Chris Mortensen reported this, seems like they found out why VY wasn't producing!

The Titans had a big-time playmaker in Drew Bennett, but chose to bring in Chow and change to a dink and dunk offense. But then again, with washed-up Steve McNair there was little choice, nor is there with girly-throwing Vince Young.

The Titans should have added a strong running game to compliment the air attack of Billy Volek to Bennett. Instead they went the proper Caste route of screwing Volek, using Bennett as a possession receiver and then letting him leave as a free agent, and drafting Young.

Ha ha, and Volek might get to the Superbowl. How sweet would that be?

Agreed. This is pure justice if in fact Chow wanted young over Leinart. The Titans would be a great team to watch with Volek, a relatively white OL, Vanden Bosch, and Bennett as the #1 target. Maybe 3 years down the road they'll finally realize what could have been...you know, after Young runs himself out of town

I heard on a local sports show that the real reason Chow got fired was that he heavily critcized Vince Young.

Yeah, he criticized Young saying he was immature and maybe something else (I don't remember). Also, alot of drunk White fans were calling for him being fired, blaming the Titans' offensive woes on Chow. Yeah, right.

"Kinda fun watching the Titans organization implode around this guy."

It really is great to watch. A perfect stage is set for Young to fall from grace in 2-3 more ineffective seasons. I almost feel bad for Young, as he doesnt seem like an a**hole or strip-club or playboy or criminal type of guy like Mick Vick or other cocky black QB's have been in the past.

Young is simply just not smart enough and doesnt have a strong or accurate enough arm to play QB in the NFL.

Usually a black QB, along with the thousands of hours of undeserved hype is VERY annoying. Vince Young's situation is merely humorous, as next year I'm sure the team will fall from the ranks of playoff contenders to bottom dwellers.

Who knwos, maybe next year they'll somehow get even "luckier" during games despite Young's obvious deficiencies.
