Even though I want the Patriots to blow the Jets out, it really is good to see Decker catching passes. He now has 4 for 65.

Also good to see Amendola returning kickoffs. At least he's on the field.

After so many blowouts this year, the one time we really want one, it's a close game. I had high hopes after that quick Patriots touchdown.

Edelman... Back to back drops.
Follows with a nice third down catch.

Refs pushing the Patriots back with questionable at best penalties.

The Patriots' D seems to love giving up free yards.

Came down to the wire against the worst QB in the NFL, a team with a 1-5 record, while at home. A game like this really makes me miss the 2010-2012 Patriots.

Thursday night games are usually a little bit flukey though.

Short week, rivalry game, and unpredictable season meant this game could've gone either way. I personally expected a Pats blowout, but I'm glad they won regardless.

As for the Jets, why do I have a feeling that despite this train wreck of a season, Rex "Jabba The Hut" Ryan will return next year, along with Geno Smiff as the starting QB. What a worthless, clown organization this is, whose fans, led by "Fireman Ed" were the most loathsome DWFs in the NFL before being replaced at the top spot by the "12th man" in Seattle.

Great to see Amendola have an impactful game with the game winning touchdown grab fantastic catch and providing a much needed impetuous to the kick off return looked really good in that area. Also snagging the onside kick attempt seemed to be everywhere when it mattered. Pleased for him has had a tough year.

Great to see the pats win but the defense is struggling, making Geno SMith look like an NFL quarterback does not bode well come play off time but keep the faith with Brady Gronk and Edelman with a sprinkling of Amendola they have are a top offense. To be fair Vereen and Lafell seem to be hitting a bit of form so hopefully the offense can carry the defense once again.

Pathetic defensive showing by the patriots. They made geno smiff and the jets offense look effective. They were gashed on the ground. The interior dline and linebackers got shredded. Revis is one of the more overrated players in the game, he was not impressive past night nor was the other big name cb the patriots signed Brandon browner.

I was glad to see amendola get that td reception and his returns were good as well- usually giving the patriots offense starting field position around the 30 yard line.

Fireman Ed quit in 2012 after the "buttfumble". I guess even he was too embarrassed to be associated with the Jets. The pathetic Jets have been "begging" him to return to his role but Ed has turned them down.

Fear not though, he's still a huge DWF who attends the games, just not their cheerleader anymore.

PS - Unrelated to football but I got a laugh out of the "trending" stories on the side bar of that article. Apparently Joe Biden's daughter's past is "full of weed and wild parties" and his son was "kicked out of the Navy for failing coke test". What dysfunctional losers we "allow" to "rule over us".

Sounds similar to Obama's youth.
