Another week, and the same old story. The level of play in every game I saw was horrific (and I have Sunday Ticket from Direct TV, so I do a lot of surfing). I believe high school football players were better all around at everything 30 years ago than these professional alleged athletes.
What bugs me more than anything is the fact that you are now seeing visibly fat black players at almost every position. It's not just the obese sumos, with their jiggling rolls of fat. It's many linebackers, a few safeties, numerous tight ends, even a few "running" backs and wide receivers. And then there are the black quarterbacks, which are becoming an increasinbly chubby group.
When we think about the dearth of white running backs, it really stings to watch fat turds like Jamal Lewis and Maurice Jones Drew being fed the ball constantly. It's amazing to consider that Jacob Hester, starting running back for a NCAA national championship team, can't get any carries even when the back in front of him is hurt, but slow fat turd Leron McClain is being fed the ball on a regular basis by the Ravens. Apparently, new Caste disciple John Harbaugh loves McClain. For those of you who might not have heard of this plodding hippo in college, there's a very good reason for that. McClain only had 30 carries during his college career as a blocking fullback. That's the Caste System in a nutshell; turning productive white running backs into bulked up fullbacks, while giving fat black blockers a chance to be true running backs in the NFL.
It's just getting harder and harder to watch these games. I only do so because of fantasy football, which I am inexplicably addicted to. However, with the maddening coaching and "strategy" (nightmarish "game time decisions" on the myriad of injured players, full blown popularity of running back by committees, etc.), and the completely atrocious level of play, I don't know how much longer I can stand it. Watching a lot of obese, out of shape linemen wrestle with each other, while arrogant backs and receivers prove they cannot do the most elementary things with the ball (catch, fall on fumbles, tackle), is not very entertaining.
