To be honest I think just about anyone would fail in the Jets system. The Jets are run by an unintelligent head coach, a caste whore as an offensive coordinator, and a defense filled with thugs. The best case for both McElroy and Tebow is that they get picked up by another team, who can groom them for the future. I think Rex Ryan will be goon by the end of the season, and the way the Jets are they try to give some failed coach another chance and they team will fail again.

NFL.com has an article on Kyle Shanahan maybe getting a head coaching job in the offseason and bringing Kirk Cousins with him. That'd be sweet.
