There must be some tacit rule among the owners that every team has to have at least one black quarterback in their system. There will not be a written rule requiring a black quarterback, but a vocal agreement to keep at least one black quarterback on the payroll. Some of the black quarterbacks that are on payrolls seem so confused and inept, one wonders if they have even memorized the rules of the game, or if they even know what team they are playing for.

Can only imagine how great Janis would be by now if given even close to the same opportunity as Adams.

Adams is pretty bad if you're fan of anyone "who is entitled to catch AR's throws". He did developed a lot, better catcher when AR is out of the pocket.
What is important now is will Packers cut any of Cobb/Nelson?

Janis is done in GB, he won't be Adams if you give him so much snaps, he's more like C McCaffrey, who can run and catch, better weapon on field.

A written rule of that sort would go too far even for the DWFs, who seem to accept the Rooney Rule without much protest.

I guess this classifies as a rumor. The play by play announcer for the New Orleans game said the Saints might have a few plays for Taysom Hill at wide receiver in the playoffs.

Some more "expert" analysis from weenieworld. Apparently Joe Flacco is the problem in Baltimore but Tyrod Taylor is the most under-appreciated quarterback in football. You can't make this stuff up.

Joe Flacco expects Ravens OC Marty Mornhinweg to be back for 2018.

"Our relationship continues to grow," Flacco said Monday. The "growth" Flacco speaks of was a 5.72 YPA in 2017, as well as 18:13 TD:INT ratio. Somewhat surprisingly, Mornhinweg did manage to oversee the league's ninth-highest scoring team. Defense played a part, but so did a potent rushing attack. Mornhinweg is no one's idea of a creative play-caller, but Flacco is probably the bigger problem in Baltimore. The Ravens are Mornhinweg's fourth NFL coordinating job.

Tyrod Taylor completed 19-of-27 passes for 204 yards and a touchdown while adding six carries for 35 yards Sunday in the Bills' Week 17 win over the Dolphins.

There's been no shortage of drama throughout Taylor's tenure in Buffalo. Arguably the most under-appreciated quarterback in football, Taylor was inexplicably benched for Nathan Peterman in Week 11, only to have the overmatched rookie throw five first-half interceptions against the Chargers. Taylor regained his starting job following Peterman’s implosion but he never made much of a dent in fantasy with Deonte Thompson and an injured Kelvin Benjamin as his top receivers. Tyrod kept the mistakes to a minimum during the regular season (four interceptions) and was productive as a ball-carrier with 427 rushing yards, but never topped 300 passing yards in a game. Taylor will make his first postseason start next week in Jacksonville. It's the Bills' first playoff appearance since 1999.

I do recollect the XFL to a degree. I can't recall it being better as for as racial makeup. The venture was a partnership with NBC, so that would indicate a disaster concerning fairness. Anyway, the thing vanquished after one year At first thought, the MAGAFL moniker seems a like a nice counter strategy to attract people fed up with the NFL. I''m wondering if Mcmahon is outsmarting himself. The Deep state and all of its branches (most importantly the MSM) that trickle down through our society will hate it. TV revenue is vital to compete seriously. Heck, I can see ESPN lampooning, as spiteful as they are.
If there ever was a time where either an alternative professional football league like the XFL (or MAGAFL (a bad name, really)) would be created or the NFL's strangle-hold on professional football broken up, it would be now under the Trump administration. When an organization like the Cleveland Browns can go 0-16 and 1-31 over the past two seasons and the head coach (essentially the operations manager) is still retained, then it's obvious that a free market doesn't exist and something needs to be done, especially if they are partially subsidized by Federal taxpayer dollars in any way.

I don't know how the NFL is structured from a business standpoint...whether they'd even be subject to Anti-Trust laws as I think that was played out in court a few decades ago, but maybe under a new FTC Chairman something could be done to break them up or make them subject to some level of accountability to their fans.

I don't see a viable competitor to the NFL, like the XFL, as McMahon's $100 million is a pittance today. It would take a serious group of investors with several billion dollars combined and a unique business plan to make it happen. It would have to be done during the same Fall season, not in the Spring.

Perhaps something along these lines...the stadiums should be shared across leagues (especially if they were partially or fully taxpayer funded) with schedules worked around each other, like when one team is away at another shared stadium, the other league has the stadium. For instance, Cleveland would also have another professional football team, like the Cleveland Barbarians, and they would play at FirstEnergy stadium on September 12th while the Cleveland Browns played away on that date. With just that bit of additional competition, do you think Hue Jackson would survive a 1-31 record over two seasons or would Cleveland professional football fans abandon them and just go to the Cleveland Barbarian games and buy their merchandise and paraphernalia?

I know this hasn't been thought out anywhere near thoroughly... just throwing out some ideas.

It appears WWE owner Vince Mcmahon is planning to resurrect the XFL with a new name - MAGAFL. Thoughts?

I doubt McMahon has anything to offer other than a slightly stronger deracialized patriotism and militarism. Much like the original XFL and Linda McMahon's two senate campaigns, this looks like another futile and extremely expensive attempt at mainstream success and acceptance.

The combined value of the 32 NFL franchises is probably getting close to $100 billion. It's "too big to fail" given the very important role it plays in the overall system by providing social conditioning and a vicarious substitute for genuine tribalism and group identity. The mild criticism of Trump and of Rush Limbaugh 15 years ago is as far as any conservative public figure will go. A league that wants to be a serious rival would have to have huge start-up money and be willing to lose a lot of it before making money. And it would be just as black as the NFL as conservatives sold out on race a long time ago.

Isn't that what killed the USFL back in the 80's though?

why aren't the fans of the Cleveland Browns screaming for Jacksons head on a platter? I mean unless all the fans are negros or cucked whites the fans should not have to pay to watch D2 college level ball with one of the worst QB's ever from their NFL team...They have a few good white players to build on....

Yeah, I know it's mostly a "pipe dream" that anything will be done, either from an anti-trust or competition perspective. The best one could hope for is new ownership that would try to do the "right thing"...at least in some organizations. Kind of like the two-party duopoly of Democrats or Republicans where I can't see a viable third party option so taking over one of them (the Republican Party) is the only way to get some form of representation.

Limbaugh finally gave up on the NFL (admitted he was "addicted" to it) earlier this year and has been highly critical and condescending towards them since. Continued boycotts of them, both by not going to games or not watching them, will ultimately have a toll and they'll be forced to make some type of change, even if it's minor. I guess that's really about the best we can (realistically) hope for.

Looks like Gruden to the Raiders is going to happen.

Let's hope he remembers how critical he was of players while in the booth and carries some of that back over to coaching. I have to wonder how much of a roster overhaul he will perform. "Beast Mode" was a huge bust for the Raiders this year when he was supposed to the be the missing piece of the Raiders offense. Both Lynch and Crabtree made more of an impact with their asinine activities - getting into fights and being plain dumb than any value they brought onto the field. I would think Gruden knows what kind of terrible locker room he is walking into.

I just did a quick peek at the drafting history in Tampa Bay and Oakland during his tenure and the drafts were not white friendly (I do not know the how much he controlled personnel in Oakland or Tampa bay). From what I vaguely remember about Gruden - he preferred veteran players.

Negroes and cucked Whites describes Cleveland to a T. They worship LeBrown James as basketball-dunkin' Jeebus. Most of them probably think Lamar "Upside" Jackson will save them.

Gruden screwed over several talented White receivers at Tampa, Danny Farmer among them. He also demoted the great Mike Alstott. In Gruden's first year, 2002, Alstott gained 548 yards rushing, but then his production dropped off a cliff -- starting in '03, 77 yards, 230 yards, 80 yards, and 171 yards in '06 his last year. Some of that dropoff was due to injuries, but a lot of it wasn't. I can't remember a Gruden-coached team at either Oakland or Tampa I would call relatively White friendly.

I never liked Gruden at all as a head coach, but I do respect his work as an analyst for Monday Night Football. He's been fair in his often over the top flattery for players, I'm hoping that will be reflected in his next go-round as a head coach after a long time away, but I'm not going to be overly optimistic. Also, his brother in Washington is pretty bad, though working for Dan Snyder there's probably nothing he can do about the basic make-up of his team.

As an Eagles fan I will bever forget WR Joe Jerovicious putting a stake through us in the NFC championship game. Ran the entire field. Maybe that opened Gruden's eyes to the value of white receivers... would love to see Zach Zenner end up there.

Yeah, Joe J., brings back some good memories. Followed him closely at Penn State, similar in size and ability to Jeff Samardzija, drafted in the second round in '98 by the Giants when they went through a brief but memorable phase of being fair to White players (also drafting tailback Sean Bennett and cornerback Jason Sehorn in that era), but Jurevicius was always underutilized in the NFL. He only went over 500 yards three times in ten seasons, with 706 yards being his career best. He was always a third or fourth receiver, rarely started.

Jon Gruden is so Germanic looking that in order to not be perceived as even the slightest bit "racist", he seems to go the extra mile with his flattery of affletes and the sort of rosters his teams have fielded in the past, at least that's one of my theories.

There will certainly be a slight departure from the Black Jack days in terms of de-blackening that horrendous roster, but I'd agree that the Raiders will not be a white-friendly team by any stretch. I'd expect the league average of 15-18 whites in a best case scenario. Break up the all sumo offensive line and add some whites there, maybe a couple of white TEs and defenders, a WSTD or two, and that should about do it.

The good news is I'm almost 100% certain we have seen the last of Del Rio. Good riddance you black-supremacist fool.

Here's Jurevicius' long catch and run in the NFC championship game. It starts around 1:30, followed by a Mike Alstott touchdown run. Jurevicius, Alstott and John Lynch made that Tampa team fun to root for, but as I recall that was about it as far as White talent. Brad Johnson was the QB, he had a long career but was middle of the pack at his position.

You know, I actually like Cleveland exactly the way it is, and I hope it stays as the NFL's garbage dump. Let them draft bums like Kizer and Jackson, and their careers be over before they start, instead of white QBs. Let the same thing happen to AA hires like Jackson who will most likely be fired next year and will never again be a head coach. Let it also serve as a career graveyard for anti-white caste vermin such as Walrus Holmgren, Pat Shurmur, Mike Pettine, et al, who failed miserably and will never again be in a position to hurt white players.

Whatever curse has landed on the Browns, it seems be affecting the right people. I know they screwed over Hillis and Manziel, but one can make a strong case that both of those players were partly responsible for their own demise by making some poor decisions.

A shame...he was damned good. Here are some nice highlights

Who drafted Jason Sehorn, BTW? That took big nuts. And why did that not encourage at all any more white d-backs? Baffles me.

Funny how much I hated that back then, now it makes me smile. No call on the horse collar there on JJ.

The NFL doesn't want White running backs, receivers and defensive players. There's a strict quota that hasn't deviated going on 35 years now. The very rare White who breaks through and becomes a superstar -- Sehorn, J.J. Watt, Kuechly, Urlacher, Jordy, Welker -- changes nothing. The Caste System is "baked in the cake," with the 100% support of the media.

Even Sehorn was drafted as a safety and wasn't "allowed" to play cornerback until his third season with the Giants. And that was during the Giants' brief era of being fair to White players. With any other team he likely would have been a safety his entire career.

So, I was listening to the Bronco's post-season press conference a couple of hours ago featuring Elway and head coach Vance Joseph. Apparently, in addition to the OC who was fired several weeks ago, six other assistant coaches (I'm guessing the majority of them were White) were canned and the focus was on the current QBs as needing to play better. Amazing how many other individuals and their families will be forever impacted because of the fear of ridding themselves of a black head coach.

One good thing I heard from Joseph was that he was very pleased with the play of Paxton Lynch in the last game of the season. However, it appears the Broncos, from what I heard from Elway, was that they were going to go after a veteran QB but still evaluate the incoming college talent to see if there's a fit as well. So, I'm cautiously optimistic that they will still give Lynch a chance, but they may still go in a different direction, which means that all the (White) QBs will also have suffer from the dismal head coaching performance as well.
