To me the Browns look like a team that believed all of the pre-season hype. That they were just going to go out and roll over everybody. Reality is smacking them in the face, showing the holes in this team. O-line is blocking poorly, receivers are rarely open. Defense is playing well, especially the unknown lunch pail guy in the middle (Schobert). Baker Mayfield looks like a different player. He's not just playing the game, which is what made him successful at Oklahoma and last year in Cleveland. It's like they've added a ton of structure and boundaries to the offense, overcoaching, overly complicated schemes.

Bad news for one of the few White defensive tackles in the league:

Bills DT Harrison Phillips (torn ACL) will miss the remainder of the 2019 season.
Phillips suffered a torn ACL during the Bills' Week 3 win over the Bengals. He offered rotational depth in the middle of the defensive line and played between 32-43% snaps in Weeks 1-3.

the offensive tackles are the problem; they simply can’t handle the pass rush. the interior linemen did very well, at least in the game against the Rams.

the wideouts don’t appear to be able to get separation, but that might be a product of having so little time to get open ...

Perhaps. But on the many plays where Mayfield had to run for his life I still didn't see anyone open. Baker had to throw those balls into the stands almost every time. The offense looks so stagnant compared to last year when Mayfield just did what he did. Maybe it's just me, but when a QB is running out of the pocket, aren't the receivers supposed to alter their routes to help? Look at what the Seahawks receivers do when the Midget scrambles. I think it's the new scheme that is hurting most, and especially when Baker has no time, which is most of the time.

It's amazing to me the number of times black receivers don't make an effort to come back to the QB or otherwise change their route. That's a basic fundamental that receivers should have drummed into them starting at the peewee level. But as with society in general, so many fundamentals have been changed or abolished to cater to the whims and desires of a more "urban" style of player.

Good news, the Panthers have already ruled Cam Newton out for week 4. The Kyle Allen show continues!

The AZ Cardinals cut 11 year wide receiver M. Crabtree. This might be good news for Andy Isabella to get some reps in a game at the receiver position. I sure hope so. What a waste to only have
him return a few kicks after how good he was in college. The kid should ge a 1 or 2 receiver in this racist league. Hoping for the best.

Good news for Kyle Allen and the rest of the Carolina offense:

The Athletic's Joseph Person reports Cam Newton (foot) is dealing with a Lisfranc injury.
Although his timetable is unclear, multiple sources told Person that surgery isn't planned for Newton at this time; the fact it's even been mentioned is concerning. A non-surgical approach to recovery from Lisfranc normally takes 4-8 weeks to heal. If the Panthers choose to keep Newton out beyond their Week 7 bye, he'll be sidelined for the next three games with potential to return in late-October (at best). At this point, it would not be shocking to see him shutdown for the second consecutive season. Kyle Allen will continue to start in his absence.

Good news for Kyle Allen. Scam will be protected by the media and the pressure will mount once he is deemed healthy to be given back the starting job - Hopefully Allen continues to play well (he already out played the 1st overall pick) and is able to help push Scam out the door.

Also, now Allen has some breathing room to develop chemistry with the offense, and establish a greater body of work to show, once Newton is ready to play again.

They say cats have 9 lives. Looks like Laquon Treadwell is like a cat. The Vikings have re-signed this bust, due in part to Chad Beebe torn ligaments in his foot. An upsider that continues live on.

Imagine if Allen takes Carolina to the Superbowl. What a slap in the face that would be to Scam.

Every DWF thinks it's perfectly legitimate that Krappernick took Alex Smith's job after he got injured and kept it even after Smith got healthy again. They should show the same enthusiasm for Kyle Allen taking and keeping sCam Newton's job.

I agree. I just watched a video interview with Cam Newton and he says he will be out anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks! This is the chance to prove yourself for Kyle Allen!

Good point. Of course we at Caste Football now this will never happen because Allen is white and Newton is black. The mainstream media is black supremacist and wants all quarterbacks to be black.

(((Black supremacists))) don't own the media. On a side note wikipedia the original founders of the 6 major studios. I always assumed that in America a certain parasitic group slowly took control of the entertainment business ( or at least used puppets). Instead all six of them came from (commies), most of them not even American Commies. They have always had total control.

They said it was proven to be the right move since they went to the Super Bowl. Even though Smith the previous year was a muffed kick return away from the Super Bowl, the returner muffed 2 of them giving up easy TDs. The 49ers improved, and maybe would have won with Smith under center. We'll never know, but it was "the right move." A SB loss.

Whenever libtards try the "muh Super Bowl" line in defense of Krappernick, I always point out Rex Grossman and his identical result (both went to the Super Bowl and lost). Bringing up Grossman always seems to shut them up.

Now the MSM has started discussing how the Vikings need to get rid of Kirk Cousins he's so horrible, even if they have to give another team a draft pick to do it. Their anti-white bias and agenda is obvious. They never talk about getting rid of black quarterbacks who have bad games.

Statistically Cousins had a decent game yesterday against a tough Chicago defense with a QB rating over 90. So how is that so horrible that the Vikings needs to give a high draft pick to someone to get rid of them?

Hey EP, did you happen to see the game? Despite the "decent statistical game", Cousins was not good. He has been mostly bad this season and nothing to write home about last. To someone who has seen Cousins do well and thrive, the problems with this offense are fairly obvious. First the line is not giving him much time, he's getting drilled constantly. The offensive philosophy of this staff does not cater to Cousin's strengths. It's a run-first offense without the ability to run.

Cousins does not look comfortable running it and rarely gets into a groove. When he's "on" he is very accurate and can throw the long ball with the best of them, but I don't see that happening with this offense. So, you can put it all on Cousins like the media and DWFs are doing, or on the scheme and support. Thielen does call out Cousins like the media would like you to believe in the reports all over sports news today. To me he is pointing at the "run run run" scheme.

Cousins did not look good yesterday. Statistics don't always give an accurate picture; the fact is the Vikings were scoreless until very late in the game. As I posted in the Week 4 thread, Cousins missed Thielen at least three times when he was open that I saw, including missing an easy throw near the end of the game on fourth down. Should he be replaced? Of course not that's typical anti-White media bias, but at the same time the reality is he's struggling this season.

I was going to comment on this, but you have pointed everything out from yesterday’s game. It was the CBS game on my neck of the woods and the Vikings are a CF favorite, so I watched the game in its entirety.

Cousins had a lousy game, that rating of 90 is hugely misleading and perhaps the rating system should be revised. He definitely missed a wide open Thielen early on what would’ve been a long TD since Thielen had beaten his man. In a defensive struggle against a tough opponent on the road, that play could’ve completely changed the complexion of the game.

Cousins is making $28 million per year. That’s franchise QB money, that’s the guy who goes on the road in a hostile environment and pulls out a victory. The Vikings were a QB away from being a Super Bowl team, instead they are now the worst team in their own division, largely due to poor play by Cousins. I believe he’s something like 4-27 against teams with winning records, certainly not a big-game QB. Pointing out these facts is not anti-white bias.

The Vikings have all the pieces to be a legit contender, but right now, their QB is holding them back.
