Craig Dahl, a 6-1 213 lb. strong safety out of North Dakota State, had the fastest 60 yard shuttle time of any of the 55 defensive backs at the Combine, and faster than any of the wide receivers, running it in 11.03. (Wendling and Piscitelli were also among the ten fastest DBs.)

His skin color and small program background will most likely prevent him from ever getting an opportunity from the NFL, but here's an article about his Combine performance and a bio:

Hey Don, I don't know if i'm right but I think that for next season. We need that the majority of white star go one one or 2 team. Exemple : Patriots sign Drew Bennett, draft Leonard, and Wendling or Weddle + another white LB. If the patriots wants, they can be a team of a majority white team. All oline are white, David Thomas can be one of the good TE of the league, Heath Evans is the full back, Maroney and Leonard split carry. Drew Bennett like number one receiver. Maybe i'm dreaming too much..

and that's not impossible because, they can draft Polunsny on first round, draft Leonard on second, draft Wendling on third...We just need ONE team for beginning..

I can understand why a hometown paper would pump up one of their own, but I'm not too excited about him getting a chance. 40 of theother 55 defensive backs, and 39 of the 49 wide receivers didn't even run the 60 yard shuttle drill.

I think the NFL teams will hold his 4.61 forty time against him.

I know what you're saying, and you are probably right, but 4.61 ain't too shabby, and by your stats (above) his 60 yard shuttle time still beat all fifteen DB's (including some CB's presumably) and all ten WR's who took part. So providing he has had a successful College career I think that should not preclude someone using a lower round draft pick on an obviously athletic guy.

actually the pats have 2 firsts so they could concievably get 3 of poz, weddle, leonard, gonzo, wendling or sabby in the first 2 rounds then go for another lb like robison in the 3rd or 4th...could be an awesome draft for them

Lumsdenpower, I really appreciate your optimism, and I hope the Patriots do end up with some more white players and starters, but I wouldn't build my hopes up too highly. IMHO, at this point in the Caste System NFL, all we can do is expect nothing to get better and then be pleasantly surprised by some good thing that happens every once in a while. Otherwise we are just setting ourselves up for disappointment.

A scenario like that onseveral, successful teams would be highly noticeable, though I don't think any NFL organization wants to be a "pioneer" in challenging the Caste System. Patriots owner Robert Kraft doesn't impress me as a groundbreaker in that regard either. The negative feedback would be many times worse than what the Houston Astros received for having a very successful nearly all-white team, because American blacks are less than 10 percent of MLB players. The NFL is considered by blacks to be "theirs" and more importantly it's the linchpin of the Caste System and thus a highly valued component of the entire NWO program of degrading and diminishing the status of whites.

I think a gradual whitening of rosters in general is the way the status quo will be changed in response to more fans becoming aware of the very racist and unfair nature of the Caste System along with a growing revulsion at the antics and poor play of the "affletes" (when or if it's changed), but however it takes place is fine with me. They also added a section for notables. Again, whites performed very well. Check out Michael Allan's vertical. Talk about another athletic freak - he's 6'7", 265 pounds with a 36.5" vertical and he ran a 4.65 40 yard dash. He's from a small D3 in Washington, obviously not talented enough for a Division 1 scholarship?

OTHER COMBINE WORKOUT NUMBERS
TE Michael Allan, Whitworth - Vertical jump of 36.5 inches
DE Adam Carriker, Nebraska - 33 repetitions of 225 pounds

TE Greg Olsen, Miami (Fla.) - Vertical jump of 35.5 inches

DE Brian Robison, Texas - 40-inch vertical, 10-foot-1 broad jump, 27 reps of 225 pounds

DE Tank Tyler, North Carolina State - 42 repetitions of 225 pounds

Tank Tyler is black. He is also quite the afflete, having been ejected from an NC State game for spitting and he's also building an impressive criminal record including assaulting a police officer.Edited by: Thunder

Assaulting a police officer, look for his draft stock to skyrocket.

Those were just the notable performers from the entire combine. Yahoo listed five freaks that stood out. Amazingly four out of the five athletes were white.

Those are some impressive numbers, especially consideing the relatively low number of whites at the combine.

Wendling is athletic and they say his character is top of the line. He needs to toughen up a bit but he has talent to be a ten year starter. So does Piscatelli who is plenty tough enough. Weddle is not a true safety like these guys which is why I see him at corner.

i wonder where these people get those 40 times? because they weren't the "official" times displayed on the screen during the Combine on NFL TV...

I didn't get to watch our DBs run live, but I DID watch the replay of the DB's at the combine, and it shouldn't be a surprise who was mostly edited out... all our guys were barely on screen (if at all... for example I NEVER saw Craig Dahl), and were talked about even less after the edits. It was like they had stumbled into the room by mistake. Here are some notable things I saw while watching the replay of the 40...

Aaron Ross before he even ran... Dick Vermeil: "He's a first round type guy there."

Ross ran a 4.47. Next time he had a 4.49.

Sabby Piscitelli ran a 4.49 at 6'2 ¾" and 224 pounds. Wow! The second time the big sucker ran a 4.44! Wow again!

Eric Weddle ran a 4.51 on his first attempt, but even before he ran DV said he'd make a tremendous safety. The second time around wasn't shown or talked about. They NEVER referred to him as a cornerback...

John Wendling ran a 4.48 and a 4.43 at 222 pounds and 6'1 ¼". VERY impressive.

The caste comments by Deion and Dick were too numerous to mention. But there were lots of 'em.

8 defensive backs ran faster than a 4.40... (4 ran a 4.39). Compare this to how phenomenally fast all these guys were supposed to be... Weren't they ALL supposed to be sub 4.4 guys? hmmm...

Also there were a bunch of superior afaletes who ran over 4.6 but were still considered legitimate pro prospects, but each of them "just has to be in the right system." Conversely Piscitelli, Weddle, and Wendling were "obvious special teams players," "at the very least."

Please.

This is what I have heard from other people:

The 40 times change because the initial times are subject to film review. They are then modified accordingly.

There was a DB who used to play for Chicago called Mangum. He often came on in Nickel situations. He was a corner, but because he was white they tried to make him a safety. He was a strong player - quite physical - but too small for a safety. I see the same for Weddle.

I didn't get to watch the combine but were the times electronic or hand timed? I don't understand the need for instant replay if they were timed electronically.
