Carr is making the Jets look like prop planes. Lighting it up. I hate the Raiders, but it's good to see him have good success against a team that was fawning over Geno.

BSPN seemed to be downright giddy Smiff was back in the game.

When the Raiders are on offense, Derek Carr is usually the only White player on the field out of 22.

So is Fitzpatrick injured? I would think he would have to be if Smiff is in as Fitzpatrick has played pretty well this year.

I wish more people noticed and would catch on to the system...

With 29 seconds left in the 3rd quarter Brees has 408 yards and 6 TD passes, could be a record setting day for this brilliant QB.

Drew Brees ended up 44 yards short of breaking Norm Van Brocklin's record for yards passing in a single game. A few years ago, Brees broke Johnny Unitas' record for consecutive games with a TD pass.

Jeff Heath just layed a clean block on a special teams play and the seattle player got knocked out and the cart had to be brought in for him. Heath was flagged for the hit.

Fritz has a strained tendon in his non throwing arm. What are the chances of Smiff supplanting him if the Jets come close to winning or win? Yeah, we know, the second chance Smiff becomes reality. Hell, he may be starting next week even he sucks and Fritz is ok to return. God, its great to be an affelet in the NFL today.

Nick Foles with his second good game in a row with a passer rating over 100 in a Rams win.

It's funny how guys like Brees and Manning can sit back and throw for 400-500 yards, 6-7 TDs, and 50 points against 100% coal black defenses...and nobody wonders how it's possible that the defenses are so pathetic. And nobody wonders why no black quarterbacks could ever have that kind of shootout.

I would hope the Jets aren't that dumb. Smiff is the definition of the entitled black quarterback. The jets season will tank if Fitz is put on the bench.

Matt Cassel absolutely got the deer in headlights look on that final drive. Very disappointing. He makes the mistake of constantly forcing the ball Dez Bryant who has been covered like a blanket the entire game. Dallas really needs Romo back. At least it would help Witten and Beasely.

He also made a couple plays covering receivers off the line.

The Cowboys obviously miss Tony Romo.

Even so, I think they made a mistake in not sticking with Brandon Weeden. Weeden is familiar with the team and would have given them a better chance to win.

Disappointing loss by the Cowboys. I have to agree with Extra Point. I didn't think their was much of a difference between Weeden and Cassell. I think Weeden could have won that game.

I can't believe Witten and Beasley were not at least targeted more. They got like 1 pass each. That was a joke. It may be too late even when Romo gets back. Cassel was not impressive at all.

Well, the Packers and Broncos about to tee off. I pick the Packers.

Another reason to pull for the Pack tonight is that the Vikes won today. I really don't want to see them only one game behind Green Bay. I don't know how, but Minn is 5 - 2. That is unbelieveable. I reaaally want Denver to lose tonight.

17-0 now. Broncos are dominating, surprisingly. Green Bay needs to score before halftime.

I think the Packers really miss Jordy Nelson.

Nelson was a big deep threat and stretched out defenses.

Yes, they panicked and switched Qb's too quickly. Cassell looked pretty bad on that last drive.

Dez Bryant was his usual obnoxious TNB self after the Cowboys loss. Probably upset over his few targets and poor performance he went off about the media accusing him of having problems with the Seahawks after one of their players got seriously hurt. Bryant took it out on the assembled (probably mostly white) sports writers.Imagine a white player saying the following to a group of reporters...

"Stay the (expletive) away ...," Bryant yelled to a group of reporters. "Why don't you all get the (bleep) out of here? This is our (expletive) locker room. You (expletive) dirty (expletive)."

Why not Janis?

Why the heck are the Packers not putting Janis in the game. These receivers are big and slow. Is he hurt or something?

Clay Matthews was out for a play and the Broncos immediately launch a big run for a TD through the spot Matthews would have defended.

This shows the value of Matthews, one of the best defensive players in the game.
