I can't understand how I had never heard about this guy before, I mean I don't think I have ever seen a more athletic human in my entire life, is he even a human?

Yes Damien Walters was posted on here before, I think by whitelightning showing that Whites aren't tight hipped. He has been putting up videos for several years now, there is a younger kid on there that he is training.

I think its a bit overkill but better than 5 year olds who are fat. They say he started training when he was two. Supposedly the father didn't push him into it, only tried to imitate when he saw his father training. I think body weight exercises are good but there is a video of him lifting weights which I think is way too early, kids should only be using resistance bands.

IMO, the NFL would do far better drafting their runningbacks from the RL rosters than from American college football programs. The players are smarter, tougher, more reliable, multi-talented, and just as fast. Tomkins here could easily replace the waste-of-money Knowshon Morenos of the world.

Longinidis was a vicious mug in the ring. He's definitely one of the best kickboxers ever...along with Fred Royers, Jerome Le Banner, Duke & Rick Roufus, Peter Aerts, Andy Hug & Semmy Schilt.
