Landry Jones had an excellent college career at Oklahoma. He ranks highly on the NCAA's all time passing lists.

Jones was drafted in the 4th round of the 2013 NFL draft by the Steelers.

I think Jones has a promising career ahead of him. He'll start out by backing up Roethlisberger. Jones has the potential to eventually develop into a quality NFL starter.

The sports media has talked Jones down and continues to do so. I look forward to seeing him proving his detractors wrong.

Jones went 5 for 9 for 48 yards in the Steelers first preseason game, which is ok for his first NFL action.

The media is making him out to be totally inept. The way they talk about him it makes you think he's incapable of completing so much as a single pass.

While his game needs work he is clearly not the horrible player the media makes him out to be. Jones is a promising player and will improve.

Various members of the media were promoting the idea that Jones should be cut by the Steelers. He wasn't cut.

The Steelers used a 4th round pick on Jones and he was seen as a developmental prospect. They weren't going to cut him.

The purpose of the suggestions that Jones should be cut was to put down Jones. The reason they wanted to put him down is because Jones is white. The anti-whites don't want white players to be given a chance.

The media campaign against Jones continues. The DWFs follow the media's lead and bash Jones whenever and however possible. Jones is white and the DWFs love to attack white players. The following article and the comments are an example.

The reason why the author of the article is so gung ho to see Boyd replace Jones is that Boyd is black and Jones is white.

The comments are over the top anti-Jones, some calling him the Steelers worst pick in years, even worse than blacks that were total busts. It's ridiculous.

There was one bright spot, one commenter questioned why people wanted Jones to fail but other than that it's almost all psychotic hatred of the white man, Landry Jones.

Steelers fans hate white players - look at the team they field year in and year out. I am sure they all want Boyd to surpass Jones. It's funny that they are labeling Landry the biggest bust of all time when the other Jones - Jarvis has been a total disappointment and uber bust. Steelers fans are some of the worst. It seems the whole city of Pittsburgh worships blacks whether in football or baseball.

Well, Landry Jones wasn't cut and he beat out Tajh Boyd. Jones is currently 3rd string for Pittsburgh.

There are worse jobs than being a backup NFL quarterback and who knows, over time Jones may develop and start somewhere.

With Roethlisberger injured and Vick injury prone Landry Jones may get significant playing time this season. He may get some starts.

The mainstream media and the DFWs have lobbied to get rid of Jones the second after he was drafted in the fourth round of the 2013 draft. Most recently they wanted him replaced by free agent Tajh Boyd, who was abysmal in two training camps. Boyd is black, that's the only reason the DWFs wanted him to replace Jones.

Let's hope Jones gives a good account of himself when his opportunity comes.

The Steelers signed Jones to a two year contract for 2.2 million per year. Clearly they value him as a backup quarterback.

The mainstream media has demeaned Jones from the day he was drafted. They tried to get him cut. They did this because they had an anti-white agenda.

Jones's success has shown the mainstream media up for what it really is - racist.

The Steelers have Big Ben, Jones and Mettenberger as their three QBs for next season. Unfortunately, some so-called experts think they should draft afflete Kizer out of ND to replace Ben in a year or two. I sure hope they don't.

Jones has an injury that's limiting him in the preseason so scholar-afflete Dobbs is getting a lot of backup work and looking, not surprisingly, overmatched.

So of course the best way to improve the reserve QB problem would be to move Jones to #3 and sign Kaepernick:

Landry Jones has been a solid backup for the Steelers. He's signed through 2018 when he becomes a free agent.

I think Jones could compete for a starting spot somewhere.

Landry Jones is out of the NFL. He definitely should be in the NFL. As a quality backup, at least.

If he was black you can bet he would be.
