I noticed you can have a daily update on Johnny on the internet. The latest stories are that he is partying in NYC with A lister Leo and he has been late in pay his bills. He has also been seen with a mysterious cougar on his arm at various NYC night spots. Manziel is now "officially" available after serving a 4 game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy. It would be nice to see some team take a chance on him, he would be scooped up in a second if his melanin content was a bit higher. I wish him the best, but he made his own bed on this one.

Totally agree. He screwed this up for himself. Maybe taking a year off will be good for him. I could however see him being blackballed from the league like Tebow was.

I have been keeping tabs on the whole Manziel situation and it seems like this time around he is serious about his return to the nfl. He has deleted his twitter account and posted photos on his instagram working out with George Whitfield, supposedly a qb guru. More than likely he will need to sign as a backup with some team that offers the potential to start down the line.

Manziel set to make his debut in the Spring League this weekend. I think all this talk about the Patriots drafting a qb will come to an end. I predict Manziel will play well enough to convince the Patriots to take a flyer on him. There has been a lot of talk of Manziel and the Patriots doing a lot of communicating the last few weeks. After all, Belichek is no stranger to controversy. He took a flyer on Tebow. Even though I don't think Tebow got a fair deal in the end, he was given an opportunity.
