He should take matches against Tarver and Jones.

Yeah, well, that's how I feel when listening to Hopkins' version of the fight.
Not really I used to get a kick out of pro wrestling when WCW was hot back in 1998.
Pro wrestling is virtually the only mainstream tv show where whites are portrayed as strong.

Totally agree with you Trooper Thorn.
Ground Fighter said:I had a good feeling about this fight...and my predictions were pretty accurate. Nice job Joe. I'm surprised, though, that he actually came out and called Hopkins out on his "whiteboy" comment. Good on you Joe. Now Hopkins can go shuffling back to his mosque with his subhuman tail tucked between his legs. Altough, he's so arrogant to begin with, that he probably still thinks he's the best fighter on the planet...even though he just got "played" by a "whiteboy".
I'm also amazed that Joe never lost his composure and didn't REALLY tear into Hopkins after the fight. I mean, I'm all for class and good sportsmanship, but if someone ever made the "whiteboy" remarks about me, I'd probably have a fresh loogie ready to spit in their face along with a barrage of n-words ready to fly as well.If I were in Calzaghe's shoes after this fight, I would have probably said something a lot worse to Hopkins than just exclaiming, "he got beat by a White boy". I would have told him to go shine my shoes, put on some black-face and start tap-dancing for my entertainment. But then again, you play dirty with me...I play dirty back.

HBO had it 116-111 Calzaghe. Hopkins kept bending down saying he was hit low. Really, he was just gassed and looking for a break from Joe's beating.
Bernard Hopkins was schooled by a "white boy."
I'm not surprised the black lady judge scored it for Hopkins. Black people notoriously support their own much more so than us whites support our own anymore.
The problem here is that it was probably complete deceit in her scoring, rather than just seeing the fight wrong b/c of her passion for Hopkins causing selective observation. I think she truely knew Calzaghe was the clear winner of this fight.
And of course Yahoo, would be the first to take away credit from possibly the greatest P4P fighter of all time who is white and give credit to a black felon and racist. This is the company that owns
"Caucasian Rivals"afterall.
And I agree completely w/ White Shogun, I couldn't imagine what Yahoo "Caucasian Rivals" sports would say if Joe said the equivalent of what Hopkins said. Can you imagine their reaction: "It's always a race issue when it's white vs. black. Everyone is waiting for the next Great (Black) Hope. . . It's a cultural fight for me. I will never lose to a black boy!"
Edited to Add: BTW, I didn't see the fight, so could some one tell me what happened when Clazaghe got knocked down. Sounds like he got his guard down for a sec and got hit with a haymaker.Even after Pavlik beat Taylor in the rematch guess what picture they have plastered on their website? Taylor connecting with a power shotIt seems they intentionally refuse to give credit to the white fighter. I had the fight 9 to 3 which would be 116-111. On the knockdown Joe got caught when he squared up which he has done in the past. Plus it didn't help when Hopkins plowed into him after the punch.
