Related to the way Jews promote Jews (and the sort of people Jews like):

In a special May 10 double issue Time Magazine listed the 100 most influential people in the world. Actually they list 103, but who's counting?

Here's an ethnic breakdown:

Latin 2
Black 10
Jewish 11
Homosexual 3
White Gentile 42
Asian 22
Arab/Iranian 7
Turkish 1
White, religious background unknown 5 (includes one Matt Berg)

There are several two-fers. Assigned as follows; Elton John, that lesbian mayor of Houston and that actor on that unfunny sitcom as homosexuals, homosexual fashion designer Marc Jacobs as a Jew, and Brazilian politician Jamie Lerner as a Jew.

Simon Cowell is Jewish on his father's side of the family and is counted as Jewish. Another half-Jew, like the late Malcolm MacLaren (Sex Pistols, Bow Wow Wow), very successful in the music business and who is not generally known as Jewish.

According to Time 11.0% of the world's most influential people are Jewish. Jews are 0.17% of the world's 6.7 billion people. Overrepresented by a factor of 64. Perhaps Elena Kagan will call for a redistribution of influence. Holding breath...

Time Magazine's managing editor is Richard Stengel, who just by coincidence is Jewish. Radhika Jones managed the article project. While ostensibly white Ms. Jones seems to have no biographical information available. Perhaps she sprang fully developed from Mother Earth.

The five athletes chosen are;

Serena Williams

Sachin Tendulkar

Didier Drogba ("Imagine the body of an NBA star with feet as nimble as a prima ballerina's...carries so much of Africa's weight on his wide, sturdy shoulders.")

Kim Yu-Na

Phil Mickelson

Deepak Chopra wrote the blurb for cricketer Tendulkar, "...second most watched team sport has become a symbol of beating the colonials at their own game..." You may recall Chopra claimed his powerful meditation methods inadvertently led to a recent severe earthquake. Though it has been suggested the famous South Asian capacity for flatulence may have been a factor.

The most laughable listing is Prince (counted as black but God only knows). The most sinister listing is Victor Pinchuk, the Jewish oligarch (and alleged criminal) who operates in the Ukraine. Sir Elton John wrote his blurb.

I really don't know how you would determine a list like this. What are the criteria? I guess it's like the oft-used question by interviewers, 'Who would you invite to a dinner party?' 'I would invite Nelson Mandela so I could see a real terrorist up close.' 'Thank you for stopping by. We'll let you know.'

I would start with the founder of Gilead Sciences, Michael L. Riordan, responsible for the development of Tamiflu, among other medicines.

The creator of the television series 'Breaking Bad', Vince Gilligan.

The creator of Linux, Linus Torvalds.

And so forth.Edited by: Charlie

Kagan: Affirmative action good law â€" good politics

Fri Jun 4, 4:29 pm ET
WASHINGTON â€" As a White House adviser Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan indicated support for affirmative action as good law and good politics.

The Clinton administration was wrestling with how to weigh in on a case involving a white New Jersey school teacher who was laid off instead of an equally senior black colleague. Kagan endorsed a narrow legal argument to try to prevent a Supreme Court ruling effectively ending affirmative action policies.

The solicitor general wrote a memo saying the case could be disaster for affirmative action. In a handwritten note, Kagan said the solicitor general had "exactly the right position" legally and politically.

Kagan's stance is not a surprise and would put her in the liberal wing of the Supreme Court when it comes to affirmative action.

Second Document Has Kagan Defending Clinton Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Veto

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- A newly-produced document today from the Clinton archives is the second to show Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan defending ex-President Bill Clinton's veto of a bill to ban partial-birth abortions. The memo, and others, may increase Republican opposition to her nomination.

In one of the documents that comprises the 46,000 pages of material the William J. Clinton Presidential Library released today, Kagan opined on the ban for Clinton as an attorney with the administration's Office of Domestic Policy.

In a February 27, 1997 memo to top White House staff, Kagan referred to the startling admission from Ron Fitzsimmons, at the time the executive director of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers.

The debate then had been on whether the partial-birth abortion procedure was done for health reasons for the mother or essentially on healthy unborn children for elective reasons only.

Leading pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and NARAL made claims that flew in the face of medical practice by saying the three-day-long abortion procedure would somehow be able to save a woman's life in a life-threatening medical circumstance.

Fitzsimmons signed on to that mantra but eventually relented, saying he "lied through my teeth" about the statistics and supposed reasons for the abortion procedure.

According to CNN, the new memo showed Kagan advising Clinton, saying it "it would be a great mistake to challenge" Fitzsimmons' statements given how embarrassing they were for abortion advocates.

"The president's position today remains what it has always been," Kagan added, defending Clinton's veto in the face of the admission, "that he will sign a bill banning partial-birth abortions, but only if it has an exception that will protect those women -- even if few in number -- who need this procedure to save their lives or prevent serious harm to their health."

The Supreme Court, in 2007, eventually affirmed the constitutionality of a national partial-birth abortion ban that contained no health exception and said one was not needed.

This new memo comes after the unveiling of a prior one showing her defending Clinton's veto of the partial-birth abortion ban.

The first memo has Kagan defending a phony abortion ban that Clinton supporters ran in the Senate to help him and opponents of the authentic measure deflect criticism for opposing it.

Douglas Johnson of the National Right to Life Committee eventually told LifeNews.com the Kagan memo likely helped keep partial-birth abortions legal longer.

More on sodomite, jewess & arch-marxist "HELLena Gaygan"...

Kagan attended Lesbian dinner 2003, Lesbian conference 2003, Lesbian caucus 2008

Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan attended Harvard's first Gay, Lesbian, Bi-sexual, Transgender alumni reunion dinner in September 2003, according to the Harvard Crimson newspaper that year, lending more proof to the original CBS news report that she will be the "first openly gay justice." Student reporters then described the event: "Celebratory at times, solemn at others, alumni and current students marked the anniversary Saturday with anecdotes about the personal challenges they faced, the battle they continue to fight to keep military recruiters off campus and the need for classroom instruction in legal issues pertaining to homosexuality." [HLS Holds Nation's First Ever GLBT Reunion, 9-22-03.]

In October 2003, Kagan appeared at a two-day conference held by Lambda, the Lesbian student group at the Law School. The Harvard Law Record reported: "much of what Kagan said was a recital of her personal abhorrence for the military discriminatory policy [Don't Ask, Don't Tell]. She said, 'I am committed to working with Lambda and others . . . on making progress for the elimination of ' discriminatory policies in the military." In September 2008, Kagan was a major participant at the 25th reunion of the Harvard Gay and Lesbian Caucus, titled "A Celebration of LGBT Life at Harvard," serving as moderator of a panel that included recent Obama appointee (and noted lesbian activist) Chai Feldblum.

Besides the fact the White House now deceives the public claiming Kagan's not Lesbian, Matt Barber of Liberty Counsel explains why it matters: "Kagan's 'sexual orientation' remains the pink elephant in the room: Can a sitting justice, potentially engaged in the homosexual lifestyle, be trusted to rule on cases that might well grant special preferred government status to some â€" including that very justice â€" while, at the same time, eliminating certain free-speech and religious-liberties rights enjoyed by others? (i.e., hate-crimes laws; the Employment Non-Discrimination Act; constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act; constitutionality of "don't ask don't tell," etc.)...whether or not Elena Kagan self-identifies as a lesbian, she has proven herself a radical anti-military, pro-homosexual ideologue and activist. There's little doubt that she would take this activism with her to the high court....it's my hope that a few Republican U.S. senators might take the time to introduce you to a nice fellow by the name of Phil A. Buster."

In a breaking news interview by Politico, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan's former college roommate spoke on her behalf, to reveal that although Kagan (rarely) dated boys 30 years ago, Kagan today still refuses to personally and publicly deny reports by four Harvard students in 2006-2007 that she is currently a practicing homosexual Lesbian.Google queries for "Elena Kagan husband" and "Elena Kagan personal life" ranked in the top 10, showing we have created serious internet buzz that is forcing the Obama Administration to re-think their secrecy about Kagan's sexual orientation.

"The rumors that Kagan is gay," her former college roommate Sarah Walzer said, "were current before she became a public figure, and a source of frustration to Kagan and her friends â€" who were frustrated by their persistence, but worried that denying them could imply some anti-gay prejudice."What? Read that again, slowly.

In other words, Kagan believes anyone who claims to be heterosexual is prejudice and anti-gay, (including you and me), just by stating they are not gay, so in order to not offend gays, Kagan will not publicly or personally claim she is heterosexual, nor refute the observations of Harvard Students who observed her with her female lover on campus. In fact, Walzer here admits Kagan has intentionally rejected heterosexual labels for years, remaining "in the closet" even today, for fear of offending homosexuals.

Instead of speaking for herself, Kagan sends out a far-past roommate spokesman who only adds confusion to the mystery, to paraphrase Kagan's private admission to Walzer: "I reject heterosexual labels to avoid offending homosexuals." Is this the kind of crazy-thinking we need ruling on the Supreme Court?

As far back as 2006 and 2007, four different Harvard Law Students confirmed that Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan was Lesbian. Why now is the Obama Administration ashamed to admit her homosexual orientation? Why stay "in the closet" to the American public, when Kagan is openly-gay among her friends?

In January 2006, The Harvard Law Review Epinions openly advertised Kagan's Lesbian qualifications as a reason to attract new students:

Harvard Student #1) "HLS has changed over the years, and the newest, high-energy dean is Elena Kagan, a lesbian professor who has revitalized the community...I actually attended HLS. And I did so RECENTLY to boot, not 10 years ago."

In December 2007, three more Harvard Law Students confirmed Elena Kagan is a Lesbian while writing on the Harvard Law School Admissions Discussion Board, posting under the topic "Is Elena Kagan married?" Their comments all agree:

Date: December 16th, 2007 2:16 PM
Author: 2nd Year Biglaw Litigator

Harvard Student #2) Isn't she known to be a lesbian?

Date: December 16th, 2007 3:10 PM
Author: anonprestigiousguy

Harvard Student #3) well she is in ma.

Date: December 16th, 2007 2:10 PM
Author: notatooliswear

Harvard Student #4) pretty sure she's with a female former partner of another leading legal academic.

In my combative FoxNews Radio interview with Alan Colmes last month, I read how AOLnews.com confirmed our report, saying "Kagan Gay Rumors Didn't Start on the Right" and referencing pro-homosexual web-sites that claimed Kagan was Lesbian back in 2009, including Queerty, PinkNews, and Gawker. They brag about her, but why is the Obama Administration suddenly ashamed of Kagan's sexual orientation? Why won't the left wing media investigate? We must demand our Senators fully inquire, and filibuster...

The following seven Republicans sadly voted for Kagan in 2009 in the 61-31 vote to confirm her as Solicitor General. Please call each to say "oppose and filibuster Elena Kagan" right away. Let's seize momentum! Kyl (R-AZ, 202-224-4521), Hatch (R-UT, 202-224-5251), Coburn (R-OK, 202-224-5754), Lugar (R-IN, 202-224-4814), Snowe (R-ME, 202-224-5344), Collins (R-ME, 202-224-2523), Gregg (R-NH, 202-224-3324). Also please call new Senator Scott Brown (R-MA, 202-224-4543) Don't have time to call? Select here to sign petition and we will fax 100 Senators instantly, saving you time.

CBS News reported that President Obama's new Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan will be the "first openly gay justice," pleasing much of Obama's liberal base. But after complaints by an anonymous White House staffer that parts of the report were not public, the CBS reporter updated the post to say "I have to correct my text here to say that Kagan is apparently still closeted -- odd, because her female partner is rather well known in Harvard circles." The CBS report has now been pulled, after The Washington Post repeated the CBS report, and the White House denials, but criticized CBS policy, saying "most major news organizations have policies against 'outing' gays or reporting on the sex lives of public officials unless they are related to their public duties." The sudden media blackout on the 'taboo topic' is ironic, since Kagan's private sex life already has, and will directly impact her public Supreme Court decisions.

Regardless, The Daily Caller confirms Kagan's policy record reflects extremist sexual views in matters of law:

"Kagan's boldest foray into public life was, as dean of Harvard Law School, throwing the military off campus over its 'don't ask, don't tell' policy on gay soldiers. Kagan called the policy, implemented by her former boss President Bill Clinton, 'a profound wrong â€" a moral injustice of the first order.' She pursued the matter all the way to the Supreme Court, where the justices unanimously slapped down her arguments, forcing Harvard to allow the military to return....

"On the Defense of Marriage Act, Kagan damned with faint praise â€" she defended the law, but not without first saying the Obama administration opposed it, thought it was discriminatory and hoped to overturn it. Pro-homosexual marriage lawyer Dale Carpenter wrote the move was a 'gift to the gay-marriage movement' because the administration was 'helping knock out a leg from under the opposition to gay marriage.'...

"Long ago, Kagan wrote a memo while clerking for the late Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall that said religious organizations that provide care for teen pregnancies shouldn't get federal funds because of a strict line separating church and state."

Needless to say, Kagan is a bomb-thrower, who would rule as a pro-homosexual, pro-abortion, anti-Christian activist, and she must be filibustered if nominated.

The Wall Street Journal reports Kagan has worked in elite legal and policy jobs but has never served as a judge, which an administration official confirmed Sunday.

"Opponents of her nomination are certain to raise questions about her decision, as Harvard law dean, to sign a friend-of-the-court brief arguing that law schools did not have to allow the U.S. military to recruit on campus because the don't-ask, don't-tell policy barred gays [and lesbians] from serving openly," said WSJ.

"She and other law deans argued the rule violated their antidiscrimination policies, and Ms. Kagan called the policy 'profoundly wrong.' But they were overruled by a unanimous Supreme Court." If Kagan has served on the court, that ruling would have been 8-1, not 9-0, because Kagan's views of the law on sexuality are far outside the mainstream, regardless of her personal practice.

Kagan is the most extreme of all 7 nominees considered by Obama, we said long ago.
LifeNews.com now reports Kagan is an ardent pro-abortion advocate who, at 50, would leave a pro-abortion legacy for Obama on the Supreme Court for decades to come. She would confirm the suspicion of many political observers that Obama decided to go with a radical left-wing nominee while Democrats control the Senate with a huge advantage that is expected to deteriorate after the November elections.

Senate Republicans have already promised a tough fight against Kagan.

"Our nation deserves a Supreme Court nominee who is committed to deciding cases impartially based on the law, not on personal politics, preferences, or what's in the nominee's 'heart,'" Sen. John Cornyn, a pro-life Texas Republican who is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said last month.

The current high court has a 5-4 split in favor of unlimited abortions via Roe v. Wade and Kagan would be expected to continue that.

The ACLU credited Kagan with "shaping Clinton's policy on hate crimes."

Wendy Wright, the president of Concerned Women for America, previously said Kagan advocated abortion, and "treated pro-life activists like violent criminals, creating a task force in the Department of Justice and a grand jury to investigate peaceful pro-lifers. This raises serious concerns that she shares the hostile view that religious beliefs are a form of 'hate,'" Wright said.

"Abortion groups are actively attempting to create the impression that international norms require countries to provide access to abortion. During Kagan's nomination hearing for Solicitor General, Senator Specter questioned her about the use of foreign sources of law in constitutional decision-making," Wright said.

Kagan said before: "At least some members of the Court find foreign law relevant in at least some contexts. When this is the case, I think the Solicitor General's office should offer reasonable foreign law arguments to attract these Justices' support for the positions that the office is taking."

Kagan has also come under criticism from Marjorie Dannenfelser, the president of the pro-life women's group Susan B. Anthony List, who told LifeNews.com, "In the past Kagan has been a strong supporter of the pro-abortion agenda. She has vigorously opposed the de-funding of taxpayer-funded clinics which promote abortions, despite the fact that a majority of Americans do not want their tax dollars to fund abortion providers."

Kagan defended partial-birth Abortion

The Associated Press has obtained documents revealing Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan's extremist views on partial birth abortion, proving she argued to President Clinton that an abortion-minded mother has a "Constitutional right" to kill her child whenever she feels her own "health" would be adversely affected. Abortion providers have argued that broad "health of the mother" exceptions, unlike a "life of the mother" exception, would allow partial-birth abortions any time a woman claims her pregnancy causes vaguely-defined "emotional distress." (In other words, anytime she "feels" like killing, even at 9 months).

In a 1996 memo, Kagan argued it would be unconstitutional to prohibit the procedure outright â€" without an exception for cases where it was needed to avert "adverse health consequences" for the mother â€" and she recommended wording for such an exemption.

Kagan wrote that one of the virtues of her proposal was that "it will not make the groups go crazy" â€" presumably her favorite pro-abortion lobbying groups like Planned Parenthood â€" "because it fully protects the right of the woman to any medically necessary procedures" that include partial-birth abortion, where the baby's feet are born while his head is violently destroyed before coming out dead.

Kagan's pro-death views were also exposed in her support of physician-assisted suicide, arguing that a federal law protecting mentally ill patients should be struck down, and doctors should kill their patients upon request, violating their hypocratic oath to "first do no harm."

Jewish Clergy Group: Elena Kagan Isn't ‘Kosher' to Serve on Supreme Court

Friday, June 25, 2010
By Pete Winn, Senior Writer/Editor

Rabbi Yehuda Levin, spokesman for the Rabbinical Alliance of America. (Photo courtesy of the Alliance)
(CNSNews.com) â€" Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan is "not kosher"Â--meaning she is not fit to serve on the court--according to more than 850 Orthodox members of the Rabbinical Alliance of America. That's the term the rabbis used about Kagan in a press release issued Thursday, saying "Elena Kagan is not kosher. She is not fit to sit on this Court--or any court."

Rabbi Yehuda Levin, spokesman for the alliance, told CNSNews.com on Thursday that "a great deal has been made about the fact that she would be the second Jewish woman on the court, and we want to signal to people across the country that we take no pride in this."Â

Levin said most people are happy when "one of their own" is nominated to such a high position. But, he added, "We feel that Elena Kagan turns traditional Judaism on its head--from a concept of a nation of priests and holy people, she is turning it into, ‘Let's homosexualize every segment of society. And by the way, partial-birth babies have no right to be delivered.'"

In a statement issued Thursday, the rabbinical alliance called on the Senate Judiciary Committee to refuse to confirm Kagan to succeed the outgoing Justice John Paul Stevens.

"It is clear from Ms. Kagan's record on issues such as abortion-on-demand, partial-birth-abortion, the radical homosexual and lesbian agenda, the 'supremacy' of the anti-family panoply over religious liberties of biblical adherents, et. al., that she will function as a flame-throwing radical, hastening society's already steep decline into Sodom and Gomorrah,"Â the rabbis said in the statement.

Levin told CNSNews.com that his fellow rabbis--and hundreds of thousands of Orthodox and traditional Jews--are puzzled at the president's choice of Kagan.

"What exactly was Obama thinking, President Obama thinking, when he nominated Kagan? Because eventually, down the road, someone--or some group--is going to ‘take the hit' for the crazy decisions that Kagan is bound to make. So we would have much preferred if President Obama had given this ‘distinction' to another minority group, instead of singling out the Jews."Â

Barring a rebuff from the Senate Judiciary Committee, Levin told CNSNews.com that the rabbis want someone in the Senate to launch a filibuster to stop Kagan's nomination from coming to a vote.

"We're waiting for the more courageous, decent senators--whether it's a (Sen.) Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) or a (Sen.) Tom Coburn (R-Okla.) or a (Sen.) Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.)--we're looking for them to stand up and filibuster this embarrassing endangerment of a nomination,"Â Levin said.

Confirmation hearings for Kagan begin Monday at the Senate Judiciary Committee. Neither Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) nor Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.)--both members of the committee, known Kagan supporters and top Jewish members of the Senate--responded to calls for comment on this story.

Just as I suspected. Ol' NeoCON, RINO "fLimsey Gayham" voted for (fellow fruitcake) "hEllena Gaygan" due to fear of being "out'd" by the "pink mafia".

The secret reason Lindsey Graham voted for Elena Kagan

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) betrayed conservatives Tuesday as the only Republican on the Judiciary Committee to vote for Elena Kagan, the Supreme Court nominee whom CBS news originally reported to be an openly homosexual Lesbian, but later described her as a closeted Lesbian. When all Republicans except Graham opposed Kagan yesterday on a 13-6 vote to forward her nomination to the full Senate, Lindsey Graham defended his vote for Kagan, saying: "The Constitution in my view puts a requirement on me as a senator to not replace my judgment for his, not to think of the 100 reasons I would pick somebody differently, or pick a fight with Miss Kagan."

But William Gheen of ALIPAC recently suggested Graham could be facing personal blackmail, telling a crowd the reasons Lindsey Graham has never married: "I hope this secret isn't being used as leverage over Senator Graham, so today I think Senator Graham, you need to come forward and tell people about your alternative lifestyle and your homosexuality.Barney Frank is more honest and brave than [Graham]," Gheen continued, referring to the openly-gay Massachusetts congressman. If Gheen's allegations are correct, it could logically explain why the Homosexual Graham supported the Lesbian Kagan, against the pleas of thousands of phone callers and faxers who demanded Graham filibuster Kagan.

So everybody please call Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC, 202-224-5972) and express your disappointment with Graham's vote for Kagan. But the full Senate vote is coming fast, and it's not too late to demand a filibuster of Kagan's nomination.

Senator Jeff Sessions told Human Events that "a Filibuster is not off the table" for Kagan, and is theoretically still possible, if "extraordinary circumstances" are deemed warranted. But Tuesday's vote by the betrayer Graham ended the possibility that Republicans could employ Judiciary rules to stop a full Senate vote. At least one Republican must vote to allow Kagan out of committee, according to Judiciary rules, even if all 7 Republicans of the 19 Judiciary Senators vote against her.

Senate Judiciary Rule IV states: "If there is objection to bring the matter to a vote without further debate, a roll call vote of the Committee shall be taken, and debate shall be terminated if the motion to bring the matter to a vote without further debate passes with ten votes in the affirmative, one of which must be cast by the minority."

In other words, Elena Kagan needed Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), or at least one lukewarm Republican on the committee, to move forward to the full Senate. Given his softball remarks, we predicted that Senator Graham would be the only Republican vote to forward Kagan to the full Senate.

Associated Press reported that even moderate Senator John McCain (R-AZ) plans to vote against confirming Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan. The Arizona senator's decision makes him the latest [of at least 13] in the GOP to publicly oppose President Barack Obama's nominee to succeed retiring Justice John Paul Stevens. McCain says Kagan is unlikely to exercise judicial restraint, based on her decision as dean of Harvard Law School to bar military recruiters from the campus career services office because of the ban on openly gay soldiers.

Democrats have enough votes to confirm Kagan, but do they have enough to overcome a filibuster? So far, only Graham of the 41 Republican has announced plans to vote for Kagan. This supports our theory that she can be stopped, if only Republicans will attempt a filibuster, for which Senator Sessions believes there is still hope, but he needs our help...

In part two of our investigative report on Supreme Court Nominee Elena Kagan, we reveal that Elena Kagan recruited two prominent homosexual attorneys to teach "queer law" as Dean of Harvard Law School. According to our breaking-news investigative journalist report by Peter LaBarbera and Amy Contrada...

First, "Kagan recruited former ACLU lawyer (and former ACT-UP activist) William Rubenstein to teach 'queer' legal theory [at Harvard]. Few Americans can comprehend the radical nature of 'queer' academics. Rubenstein described one of his courses as taking up 'newer identities (bisexuality, trans, genderf***)' as well as 'polygamy, S&M, the sexuality of minors.'"

Second, "Kagan promoted and facilitated the 'transgender' legal agenda during her tenure at Harvard. In 2007, HLS offered a Transgender Law course by 'out lesbian' Professor Janet Halley and Dean Spade, a transsexual activist attorney. Halley's extremism and contempt for natural gender boundaries is illustrated by her calling herself a 'gay man.' Kagan also brought in Cass Sunstein (currently Obama's regulatory czar) who has written in support of polygamy and other free-for-all marriage relationships."

Kagan's first homosexual recruit Rubenstein spoke at the September 2003 Harvard Gay-Lesbian Reunion (which Kagan attended, according to the Harvard Crimson) demanding to transform the entire Harvard Law School into a queer studies program, saying, "Imagine the possibilities: student scholarships; fellowships for graduates to work on queer issues or to assist them in becoming legal scholars; funds to expand Harvard's collection of gay materials; funds to support scholars to come to Harvard to teach and write; research and travel money to facilitate the efforts of Professor Halley and other Harvard faculty working on these issues; an endowed speaker series providing a forum for the exchange of ideas among scholars, lawyers, judges, and law students; a chair. Such programs would both make Harvard a more welcoming place and help Harvard contribute more to intellectual discourse on gay issues. Harvard should aspire to lead, and we alums should aspire to make sure that happens." [Chaps' comment: Considering Harvard's original 1636 charter was founded to train puritan ministers how to preach the gospel and oppose sin, Kagan took the now Unitarian Universalist school to new depths of depravity.]

Kagan's second homosexual recruit Halley taught a class on "transgender, intersex, or gender non-conforming" law according to the April 2008 Harvard Law Record, which advertised: "As evidence of the increasing visibility of transgender people, Harvard Law School is offering a seminar on transgender law next spring taught by [out lesbian] Professor Janet Halley and [transsexual] Dean Spade, founder of the Sylvia Rivera Law Project, which is dedicated to serving the needs of low-income people of color who are transgender, intersex, or gender non-conforming."

Senators should ask, how many homosexual law clerks will Kagan recruit, to influence the paper-flow, case selection, documentation, and decisions made at the Supreme Court? And how many of those will eventually become biased federal judges ruling America? How fast will Kagan take America to the same depraved depths she took Harvard Law?

We recently reported how Kagan's administration forced Blue-Cross, Blue-Shield to pay for sex-change operations as a benefit for students as Dean of Harvard Law.

The breaking news report by Amy Contrada and Peter LaBarbera, just updated at MassResistance.org, contains links to 2006 and 2008 articles from the Harvard Crimson newspaper. The Harvard Crimson reports prove Elena Kagan teamed up with the Lambda "Trans-gender Task Force" as Harvard Law Dean overseeing the administrative team that forced Blue-Cross, Blue-Shield to provide sex-change operations as a paid benefit, including breast enhancement or breast-removal (but not yet genital mutilation) for students or faculty who suffer from "gender identity disorder." The partial sex-change operations must be fully covered by insurance premiums, as Kagan's administrators demanded they be funded as an "equal right."

"Prior to the modification, Harvard subscribed to a standard plan from Blue Cross that specifically excluded 'services and supplies that are related to sex change surgery or to the reversal of a sex change,'" reported the Harvard Crimson.

But after Kagan's involvement, "the new policy states that 'gender reassignment surgery is one treatment option for Gender Identity Disorder, a condition in which a person feels a strong and persistent identification with the opposite gender accompanied by a strong sense of discomfort with their own gender.'...'Putting the insurance policy in line with Harvard's goals of equity and inclusion goes along with the non-discrimination statement,' says Eva B. Rosenberg [...], chair of Harvard Transgender Task Force.

This raises a question that must be asked by Senators: "Does Elena Kagan believe Obamacare is a Constitutional right, and does that include sex-change operations?"

Kagan also discussed allowing cross-dressing men to use ladies bathrooms at Harvard, after sympathetically hearing that demand by the Lambda community of homosexual students.

--"Bathrooms, locker rooms, or dorms can be chosen according to one's self-proclaimed 'gender identity.' Harvard College housing (now 'gender neutral') allows students to declare themselves 'transgender' or 'other' instead of male or female," (thanks partly to Kagan's pro-transgender leadership) the report reads.

--"Cross-dressing must be allowed without comment or reaction," the report reads. Kagan's administration thus pressured censorship of critical opinion.

"A lot of people don't realize that using a bathroom or checking off gender on a form can be stressful to gender nonconforming people," Rosenberg told the Harvard Crimson in 2008."Some of the discrimination that goes on is just unconscious or routine," lamented trans-genders at Harvard. IN OTHER WORDS, NORMAL PEOPLE DISCRIMINATE BY DEMANDING MEN USE THE MEN'S ROOM. But Kagan supported Lambda's efforts to make such "discrimination" illegal, as proven below...

The September 2008 Harvard Crimson reported Lambda had "begun conversations with the law school administration [i.e., Elena Kagan] to make our restrooms safe and accessible for people regardless of their gender identity or expression.

Kagan spoke several times at pro-homosexual banquets, and personally said 'I am committed to working with Lambda and others . . . on making progress for the elimination of discriminatory policies" not only in the military, but now apparently by any business that labels "Men" or "Women" on the ladies restroom (that's illegal discrimination?), and Blue-Cross, Blue-Shield, who had previously excluded sex-change operations. (That's illegal discrimination? Kagan believes yes, it is.)

Our alarming new report confirms how Elena Kagan will rule on laws like "E.N.D.A." which homosexual Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) is trying to push through Congress, forcing all women and little girls nationwide to share public restrooms with cross-dressing men.

"For students and employees who have a medical need for the procedures that are now covered, it is an important increase in accessibility to surgeries that significantly improve one's quality of life and often are necessary for ensuring safety," wrote Sara Kimmel, a psychologist at UHS. [In other words, Kagan believes not having a sex-change is unsafe.]

Recognizing sex-change operations as a medical need was another reason for Kagan to demand Blue-Cross Blue-Shield remove the exclusion. "Many transgender people experience discomfort and depression because of the incongruence between body and mind, a sentiment that is becoming more widely accepted as constituting a medical need and a right to treatment," reported the Harvard Crimson. [Kagan sees paid sex-change operations as a "right" perhaps guaranteed by the Constitution.]

Let's get this straight. Kagan believes the best way to help gender-confused students is to make others pay their doctors to mutilate their bodies, so their bodies will match their confused minds. Sex-change operations are the new civil right, according to Kagan.

Buster."
