When will be next race for a jappanese or chinise sprinter?

Some pretty good times at the Japanese National Championships.
HS sensation Kiryu, got a bad start and couldn't catch Olympian Yamagata, who ran a very good time of 10.11.
Actually the Japanese men are running better than the Europeans this year.

Men's 100 m Final +0.7
1. Ryota Yamagata (Keio Univ.) - 10.11
2. Yoshihide Kiryu (Rakunan H.S.) - 10.25
3. Kei Takase (Team Fujitsu) - 10.28

Men's 200 m Final (+0.9)

That may be and it's good for helping to break down stereotypes but I want to see them put up times like that in Europe. I have followed track for decades and the Asians always run fast in Japan but struggle most of the time in Europe or on other continents. Maybe this year will be different.

This may be old news to some of you, but I notice there is some 17 year old Japanese sprinter that ran a 10.01! It's listed as the fastest time here http://www.athletic.net/TrackAndField/

Ryota Yamagata ran last year in london a 10.07 so he's not a fast man only in japan,i think this guy have a chance to broke 10 seconds barrier this year.

For anyone interested, Kiryu will participate in the DL Birmingham this month.

BTW he ran 10.17 (-0.2) in the 100m on Friday and 20.41 (+0.5) in the 200m on Saturday.
He must be very tired after he ran a total of 20 races in just 16 days.

This young sprinter run top time for juniors not only for youth and decent times for seniors. He run in light headwind sub 10.2 and sprinters like reuss,keller or kilty cant run under 10.2 on tailwind,and dont tell me about that 10.09 of reuss from last season,his second best is 10.20 so it's more from that fast track and is something like once in life.

yes. Very impressed at this stage of the season with nil wind. And that's without Kiryu, their top guy. No wonder they are always relaying around the 38 mark

This comes on the heels of his 10.09 with no wind a week ago.
This could also be a great year for Asian sprinters, with several getting close to the 10 flat mark in the 100m.

I think I'm correct in saying that we haven't till now seen Chinese and Japanese athletes starting to crowd that 10 second mark at the same time. Now they are.
A few Chinese/Japanese meets (since they live just a short flight away) may give them just the incentive they need.

20.14 will feature highly on IAAF lists and will gain some international interest

lots of 10.zeros in the last week. How can someone, white or Asian NOT break 10 this season?
I thought Su could have jumped out a bit faster. His reaction looked to me a little slow but I may be wrong.
I youtubed "Su Bingtian, 10.06" and the race comes up first selection
