There seems to have been quite a few black QBs recently that were drafted high that have not panned out, in fact it's probably more black QB busts then whites. JaFarcus Hustle has got to be one of the biggest QB busts of all time right now, Jason Campbell is average and was taken too high. Vince Young is playing better, but is not yet the star you'd expect from a top 10 pick. Yet still 13% of the population is ranked and pushed on Rivals and Scout.com to be 50% of college QBs. Is it any wonder why many black college QBs aren't panning out when they are handed the positions at at least 3 times their percentage of U.S population.

Mind you one white RB is drafted in the 2nd round (Brian Leonard) and plays solid for a rookie in one of the worst scenarios ever for a rookie RB to play in in St. Louis, then gets hurt and becomes the brunt of jokes of DWFs after struggling. Mind you guys like Peyton Hillis, Jacob Hester, Danny Woodhead, Brock Forsey and Mike Alstott (heck even Bob Christian looked great in limited attempts leading the league in YPC) play great- dominating stretches of games (Hillis 5.4 YPC) either in the season or breaking a pre-season record in the last 15 years (Woodhead)- yet no one will talk about why these guys fall off the face of the earth after dominating. They won't talk about why new whites don't even get a chance in hell to try to prove themselves. All we ask is for an opportunity.
