Black Jack is still trying to hang onto his job:

According to Profootballtalk.com, Jack Del Rio will be "interviewing for his job" when he meets with owner Wayne Weaver next week. Del Rio will reportedly have to be "on his best behavior" while setting aside his "moody" tendencies. The only thing saving Del Rio at this point is the $15 million he's owed for the next three seasons, thanks to Weaver picking up the coach's option earlier in the season.

If Jacksonville takes the hometown hero Tebow in the draft I would feel much better about it if caste tool Del Rio is gone even if he is replaced by a black head coach.

Hopefully Del Rio gets sh*tcanned, I said that about Mora last week and it happened...lol. While there are not many real white friendly coaches out there I think Gruden could be a good fit for Tebow just because of how he has spoken about Tebow in the past. I know Gruden's track record pretty much sucks but he does seem to stick to white QBs so he could be a good fit if Tebow gets drafted there.
