To be fair, does it specifically say he's looking for Africans? The picture shown in the article looks to feature a couple of white guys. I remember the Dolphins had a white Brazilian as part of their international program. Just want to be sure of what the actual motive is before I start hating on this dude (although I'm sure most scouts are caste clowns just like most coaches and GM's are)
