I saw a piss poor pirate feed yesterday that froze at the point of the knockdown and frequently froze during the fight...
That's the reason(besides corruption) why judging can be wildly all over the place as judges only see one angle.
My computer has been buggy since about Friday. I was prepared to drive to watch the fight at bar in my area or drive in to Toronto but I was wary of how could I enjoy myself and stay sober or face getting potentially popped for a DUI, also the cab fares to and fro would be almost as much as ordering the PPV. So I got lucky and watched the crap feed and stayed with it.
Believe it or not but Uber isn't legal in my jurisdiction and the business would be slow anyway. I also don't have a smart phone but in theory you only need a computer to book a ride. As far as I know Uber drivers can bring a ride out to my area but they can't legally pick one up. Public transportation is god awful where I live so that really isn't an option either, that's the only draw back of living outside a major metropolitan area.
Ps I was listening to the morning show in Buffalo and that city doesn't have Uber because of red tape and people can wait up to 1 hour for a cab ride. The announcers were talking about tourists were shocked that there was no Uber and how slow cabs were in Buffalo while they were in town for the NCAA first weekend.
Uber no tips. Lyft =>tipsR U in Canadia or Buffalo? I think maybe Uber isn't legal in some cities in NY like Buffalo because of the cabby hack license lobby in NYC, but that's just an uneducated guess on my part. I drove a yellow cab in NYC on the night shift when I was in college...and later on I worked for the younger brother of Buffalo's police chief, Russi, also in NYC (nice guy). On the other hand I've never rode a Uber. You're not supposed to tip Uber drivers, right?
