Jeez I sure wanted GGG to win but I don't think he did and for once I agree with the announcers.
"Didn't let his hands go enough. Looked too much for a perfect shot."
No he didn't do much.
Jacobs' excellent cornerman sounded like the excellent black guy who does that Youtube boxing betting show.
The HBO are sliding all over Jacobs' c*ck. Saying it came down to the last round which GGG won!LOL Caste clowns. Even in defeat.!
I saw GGG winning 9 rds. Jacobs winning 2 or 3. It was clear who the winner was. The HBO are sliding all over Jacobs' c*ck. Saying it came down to the last round which GGG won!LOL Caste clowns. Even in defeat.!
Did u guys hear the British announcers putting down Little Bug Eyes?
That wasn't the main issue. GGG just didn't throw enough 4-5 shots combos. Too much head hunting. GGG's corner man Sanchez was telling him to hit anything just hit.
No. Details? I shut BoxNation off halfway through and switched to an HBO stream.

The bald guy of BoxNation said bug eyes was a (prick?) for saying to the Oriental kid "...you got the decision anyway...". And then he asked the rhetorical question: "Imagine had he said that to Tony Bellew!"
Yes GGG was too fine and looking for the perfect shot or combination. If he let his hands go earlier he probably would have won go away or got the late stoppage. I don't know how you can give Jacobs a close decision when he was running and firing target hitting combinations, while GGG was firing target smashing combinations. The last two rounds Jacobs was literally running and slapping when he had to fire to keep GGG off of him. That said I still was worried that judges would give the decision to Jacobs as I thought Choclatito won that fight fairly clearly too.Didn't let his hands go enough. The British announcers had it right, and his corner too. He was doing that stalking thing but not enough - in fact none - of the machine gun combos that made him famous.
Personally I enjoyed the fight before this one much better and, like I said, usually I'm only interested in the heavies. That one was sensational:
Srisaket defeats Chocolatito in classic
WBC mandatory super flyweight challenger Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (42-4-1,38 KOs) scored a stunning majority decision upset over previously unbeaten WBC super flyweight champion Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez (46-1, 38 KOs) on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Srisaket dropped Gonzalez in round one with a body shot. More problems for Chocolatito in round three when he was cut over the right eye by an unintentional headbutt. Srisaket was deducted a point after another headbutt in round six. Very hard back-and-forth battle with Gonzalez, bleeding heavily, fighting hard the whole way. Scores were 114-112, 114-112, 113-113.

What did he do? I shut it off. You know who else showed no class, the Nicaraguan who lost to the Thai in the sensational fight that preceded this main event - 1,000X better than the main event - he just left the ring.
I liked it too. But maybe for other reasons? I like seeing Latino heroes loose. Mayweather had not retired for five minutes before the blacks and browns started drumming the beat for Choco as the P4P #1 man because they had nobody else.
Jacobs showed no class in saying the judges picked GGG over him because GGG is the bigger draw. In other words he implied favoritism. Fack, if anyone is more favored in sport it is those dark devils.
I like Asian people so I'm glad to see an Asian champ. The Nicaraguan had great fighting spirit and a spectacular 46-0 record and I've nothing against him - except for the way he stormed out of the ring at the end - but there are more than enough mestizo boxers already.
The Thai boxer - BoxRec lists his name as Wisaksil Wangek. He's got a different name everywhere you look.
Also...when he asked Jacobs if he was interested in a "re-match"? Jacobs did NOT answer back yes...he side stepped it just talking about future stuff..he wants no part of GGG again...Believe that!
Wish GGG had gone to the body more...his jab was snapping & lethal as always! Jacobs got dropped in the 4th Round...He said "he caught me w a good shot; but is that all the power you have"?
Jacobs was a game fighter & great story...lucky to be in it at 180lbs at least 10lbs heavier...still GGG Won the fight clearly
It will be very easy. 9 rds for GGG and 3 rds for the sacred Jacobs.Well we won't have a definitive answer as to who really deserved the decision till I'm able to watch the replay.
