It looked like Eubank Sr wanted demands that only Gayfeather and fighters with a reputation like that can make in terms of financial demands and even the announcers for the British PPV. In end the greed of SR caused this fight. It should be fun while it lasts as Brook is fast and can punch for a welterweight but GGG punches like a cruiserweight so this should end the first time GGG lands a good combo on the brave Brook.
I heard. Brook is skilled and can hit for a welterweight. But he will be demolished in the end. Kudos for him to step up, unlike most middleweights right now. The purse sure is intoxicating. The O2 Area in England will be electric. Another GGG event I can not wait for. The arena will be sold out. Incredible night.

Canelo to face Chavez Jr. on the fifth of May, 2017 -at a catch weight of no more than 164.5. But Canelo kept saying he was a Jr. middleweight and wouldn't, couldn't, face GGG at 160 and gave up his middleweight belt to avoid GGG! Some "tough Mexican", Some fighter. Some player. By doing this he's already given GGG the win by default.

To be completely fair, Canelo is probably more "white" than GGG. In fact, he is.

Doesn't change Canelo's decisions. And, our enemies favor Canelo over GGG.

Chavez will be a very live underdog in this fight. Maybe Canelo bit off too much. A well conditioned Chavez will be a handful for a small middleweight. The fight will not go the distance.

I was catching up on the boxing scene when I saw where GGG split with his trainer Abel Sanchez. GGG thank Abel for all his hard work and helping become a champion. Abel returns the favor by calling GGG cheap by not giving him more money when GGG signed with Dazn. I don't any of the facts about the situation but it seems like a petty thing to say to a man that made you plenty of money and a Hall of Fame trainer.

He could have been a BHOF if he had better management. Wasted 2 yrs chasing his white whale [Canelo] when he could have been fighting better opponents and getting recognition for his skills. I still believed he beat Canelo both times, I watch both fights several times. Sober most of the times and he was just the most effective fighter. Stay out of Vegas.

I'm kind of down about Gvozdyk vs Beterbiev and Golovkin vs Derevyanchenko in October. I would rather see these guys beating up brown people.

I am with you Limitless. There is no better sight in sports than a negro on his back with his eyes blank and a white man standing over him. I am concerned with the statement that triple G made about being a little afraid of this fight. I have never heard or read this from another fighter. Yes, they say they are a little nervous but I have never heard the word afraid use by a boxer.

I agree with that. But there don't seem to be many good brown fighters to face these guys these days. The pickings are slim. So they have to fight each other.

GlodenBoy Promotions announces Canelo vs Golovkin 3 in September. I am a big GGG fan but, at this stage of his career, this doesn't look like a good match for GGG.

GGG can only win by KO, he could dominate all 12 rounds but would lose on the scorecards or come away with a draw at best. Second fight was a lot closer, and third fight Canelo will most likely win legitimately.

Golovkin fights tonight on DAZN while PEDnelo fights tomorrow on DAZN too.

Golovkin is a 25 to 1 betting favorite against his obscure Polish national opponent, while the fight should be a blowout, Golovkin is 38 and has been showing signs of aging for the last few years.

People have talked about the rubber bout with PEDnelo but it looks like Alvarez's body can't make 160 without comprising his performance as at 168 he looks stubby compared to most opponents. Any rubber bout will have to be 168 or a possible catch weight of 164 or 165 and Alvarez will dictate the terms of weight and demand the line share of the purse.

I have a feeling the rubber bout is the rear view mirror of Alvarez and Golovkin knows it in his heart.

Wow. Thanks, WIR, I thought it was Saturday. Going to crackstreams.com to watch it. GGG looks to be in fantastic condition. Hopefully a win will lead to a final bout with Canelo, where GGG was ripped off twice by Golden Boy Showers promotions.

GGG dominated. It looked like GGG went to the well and came back 6 years younger. I was impressed with the snap on his punches, body language, and head movement. Yes, his opponent was probably a C+/B- opponent , but GGG looked great! If Canela wins tomorrow, bring on GGG v Canelo III!
