No, as I'd imagine he's a relative unknown in Europe. He's an American comedic actor best known for his work on the sketch show Saturday Night Live back in the 90s. He was a big, fat party-animal and died back in 97 from an overdose.

His buffoonish comedy act plus appearance make him and Herrera long lost brothers.
