It looks like St. Freddy hit his head on a bolt in the van and that caused him to lose consciousness. So much for the professional ambulance chasers having a field day over this case. I figured that even with this evidence the officers were going to left out to dry the politicians and brass. Interestingly half the officers charged are Black and the one with second degree murder charge is Black. The two bicycle patrol officers from what I saw look like they could have gotten police service charges that could be dealt with internally(if they didn't beat Brown). Many times the police services charges are easier to be convicted and can force an officer to wash out of the force. The charges are an appeasement ploy to assuage das untermenschen (to some degree). Those officers will likely be exhonorated (if not set-up/shafted by a crooked DA).

It's all about attacking the "White system" in terms of the propaganda. That only half the officers are White is a minor detail to the people looking to destroy the West. They can play any angle they like, maybe at some point portraying the black officers as caught up in the system itself, blinded to the truth by the evil Whites, making them victims themselves, that way only the human officers are the bad guys.
