That opinion of his to repeal the second amendment is the definition on an activist judge. A judge is not supposed to make new laws. Thats the role of the legislative branch. A judge is supposed to interpret existing laws. But arrogant leftists of course always think the rules don't apply to them, and that they know better than everyone that came before them.

The sheer madness of repealing the 2nd amendment....literally thousands, if not millions, would die. I have to imagine a good majority of the military and law enforcement would abandon their posts if told to enforce this. It would literally throw the United States into chaos.
