Most of the Muslims in Canada are from Pakistan, India, and Iran. In that order. Those are the big 3 of Muslim immigration to Canada We do not have many Arabs here. The Arabs we do have are Iraqi, Palestinian, or Lebanese.

Canada's future is out West in the Oilsands and this is why Alberta (province of less than 4 million) subsidizes and actually pays Ontario and Quebec (more than 20 million combibed). Because there is a surplus of money being made here abd a shortage in the East.

The future of Canadian industry is in Alberta and along with BC, and Saskatchewan we are the only provinces actually doing well economically. So much so that Toronto and Montreal rely on our money to stay afloat.

Rexdale: I see mostly foreigners in rental high rises on main streets and older whites that live in houses of side streets; not many whites there anyway. Low property values and not worth investing in.

Scarborough: a very big area; mixed land use; can't say it is a neighborhood but a large geographical area.

Mississauga (not part of Toronto): has some great neighborhoods to the south; great land values and great neighborhoods of hard working wealthy whites; has a few rough spots near its downtown but decent enough neighborhoods otherwise with foreigners that keep to themselves. The South has great investment opportunities.

Brampton (not part of Toronto): mixed land use; a ********* now of Indians and Pakis in residential neighborhoods and plenty of industry. Almost no good neighborhoods but few whites anyway. Good place for industry and those type of investors but that's about it.

Toronto City Center, Central to South Etobicoke, North York, so many really good neighborhoods and great places to do business.

You say real property is overvalued. High property values always means people want to live there and take care of the place and live peacefully. Good people to live with and do business with. The same is argued about Portland, Oregon, and New York City. Yes, those places are expensive but good places to invest and do business because there is high demand and people pay more.
