Although he is big for his position at265 pounds, linebacker Mike Kudla runs the 40 in 4.7, and also broke the Combine record for repetitions in the bench pressin February. But he is far more than a physical specimen -- Kudla was very productive at Ohio State, getting 9.5 sacks last season, tied with teammate A. J. Hawk for second best in the Big Ten.


Despite his exceptional combination of athleticism and productivity, Kudla went undrafted, signing as a free agent with Pittsburgh. Today the Steelers cut Kudla. He didn't even make it to the first pre-season game.
 
Thats a big time shame! Your title is about right. They are taking many of the best athletes and discarding them like so much trash. Why? Because they don't fit it with their "supremacist program."

Although I would say they are more white friendly than some other teams.
 
I heard he had a leg injury and he would have missed all preseason.
 
I suspectKudla probably did have an injury to get purged before the first cutdown date. But why not put him on the PUP list, or even IR instead of just letting him go. Didn't show much interestor respect towarda player with a great set of skills and determination. In a fairer league someone like Kudla would be in the process of being groomed to be some team's starting middle linebacker.


Kudla is just the first of many talented white players to be purged in the next month as the NFL finalizes itsannual mandatory -- and artificial -- racialagenda of sanctifying black dominance atmost positions, and black perpetual monopoly at others. All that's left is jousting for slight advantages either way at the active racial battleground positions of quarterback, offensive lineman, and tight end.Wide receiver should be as actively contested as is quarterback what with all the great white talent bursting forth through theCaste System's constraints at the college levelbut white receivers annually are screwed over in a heartless rendering to feed the ideological principle that all whites are too slow and lacking of big play ability to merit an opportunity. So hopefully this thread can serve as a clearing house to track theinexplicable waivingof white players who would be starters and stars in a color blind system of judging merit, or at the least they would get the same opportunities that blacks do to succeed, of which there now is a huge disparity, and also a disparity in the expectations white players are given by the media, which quickly filter down to the fans and players, psychologically weakening many whites, who already have to participate in an environment geared overwhelminglytoward black ghetto cultureand its sense of entitlement and hostility toward white interlopers, including teammates,at "their" positions.
 
The Patriots released WR Matt Shelton the speedster out of Notre Dame but did sign Eddie Berlin yesterday.
 
Turns out Kudla only had a hamstring injury. Big deal.

I wasn't referring to your post, Tornado, only commenting on the flimsy pretext used by Bill Cowher to let Kudla go.
 
Shameful treatment of White Players.We can fight there endless war's and pay the bills but no White Superstars in sports[it would damage the PC System].
 
Don, do you think Matt Shelton will end up with any team this year? I thought the guy was great at Notre Dame, but wasn't given enough starts to show himself off more.
 
Unlike Kudla, Shelton had a serious injury.He was underused at Notre Dame imo and I highly doubt he'll ever get a shot at the NFL. Not being drafted seals the fate of just about all white receivers. At 6-0 and blazing fastShelton should have been drafted and then groomed to play regularly and maybe also return kicks. There's no question a black with his same speed and proven big play ability (career average of over 18 yards per catch) would have been drafted somewhere in the first three rounds.
 
Safety Tony Bua was cut by the Bengals the other day after previously being waived by the Dolphins. I used to enjoy watching him play linebacker for Arkansas, he was all over the field, seemingly in on every tackle. But he doesn't run the 40 in 4.2, not that he would have gotten a chance anyway.He reminds me of Shawn Mayer, who was an incredibletackling machine at safety for Penn State but has been jerked around the fringes of the NFL and NFL Europe for the past four years. Another white playmaker at a "blacks-only" position bites the dust.
 
Tony Bua was awesome at Arkansas. He used to get penalties thrown on him because of his agressive play towards the brothers. Same went for Jeb Huckeba. Shame that Tony is out again. He was a blast to see play.
 
Huckeba was cut by Holmgren early in training camp without ever getting to prove himself because of injuries.
 
The NFL has cut enough elite White talent, that a team could be created just out of those players alone. As a matter of fact, there SHOULD be a team created that is solely comprised of all those players that were either thrown in the trash like yesterday's garbage, or buried at the bottom of some crappy team's depth chart.

I know it would never happen, but think about it... Guys like Kevin Kasper, Danny Farmer, Rob Konrad (he quit, but because the Dolphins wouldn't let him play RB, only FB), Brock Forsey, Dustin Fox, etc. I could mention players until I'm blue in the face, and I still wouldn't have named them all.
 
Ground Fighter, I agree with you but you understate the magnitude of the discrimination. I believe that if whites were given equal opportunity to blacks in football at every level, starting at Pop Warner, the NFL would be predominantly white.


Wouldn't you love to see all-white teams play all-black teams? Man, that would be intense football, similar to the racial connotations in many boxing matches and some international basketball games. There would be an instant end to running out of bounds and falling to the turf to avoid being hit, bouncing off guys instead of trying to tackle them, and all the other "innovations" blacks have brought to the sport. Whites of course would say I'm crazy for even mentioningthe possibility,but all other races and tribes understand that race is at the root of everything.
 
Right on Ground Fighter!. I've thought this for a long time. If I ever had the money to buy a team, I'd man it with white guys cut from the other teams, and I guarantee we'd be in contention.


I just wish there was one coach out there with the balls to try even a 50/50 mix. Just one. You make your gains when you buy other people's trash for pennies. Happens in the stock market, happens in life all the time. It's called contrarian investing. Why can't the football people see this?

The fact that there have been some teams (Rams - couple years ago)that have approached being over 50% white but haven't quite got there just shows how racially aware the NFL really is all the while claiming to just go after the best talent out there. I would think that the law of averages and chance would make it inevitable that a majority white team could happen even in a league 70% black. Ah, but every team is fully aware that if they breech that 50% mark they will have to endure unending crys of racism. They know exactly what percentage of whites are on their team especially those teams that are oooh so close to crossing the line.

Imagine that - a team with a small majority of whites being called racist in a country that is 65% white. Only in America.
 
I can find no indication that Boerigter was injured. Both Boerigter and Nick Hartigan were simply purged well ahead of the first cutdown date. Just as the Jets need a running back, the Packers are weak at WR after Donald Driver, but a 6-4 guy with excellent speed who was one of the top TD scorers the one year he was allowed to play a bit is the first player cut.


I remember how harshly the play by play announcer criticized Boerigter during the Packers scrimmage. That was an omen of what was to come.It reminds me of when the Steelers drafted record setting UCLA receiver Danny Farmer in the 4th round in 2000. He got some favorable articles in the local press, but the team's black d-backs didn't like him, and Bill Cowher cut him, the highest draft pick to be cut that year. The media did a 180 in the days leading up to his purging. They had obviously been informed off the record that Cowher now had it in for Farmer and they followed his lead. Maybe Boerigter, like Farmer, didn't do a sufficient job of playing the role of white Step 'n Fetch It during training camp. There has to be more to being cut this fast than meets the eye.

The only objection that I can think of is that it's harder to scout white players because you have to it yourself instead of relying on all the experts.
Still it would be the smart thing to do.
 
Go to http://www.packers.com/and click on the video under "Night Practice 8/22, Mike McCarthy," and McCarthy answers a question about Boerigter. The sound is very low but he says something about how the "young receivers" deserved a chance, Marc's a veteran and "in fairness" to Boerigter itwas better to part ways now so that he could find a new team. McCarthy's compassion is simply overwhelming. Welcome to the NFL, rookie coach, you're showing you've learned the right lessons.
 
Somebody should kick McCarthy's "compassionate" a*s so hard he lands in Lake Michigan!

Translation:A white receiver with excellent physical tools who has shown big play abilitymust always be shunted aside for unproven commodities. A black rookie who has yet to play a down and may prove to be a total bust is always more valuable than an accomplished white player.

Once again, we are reminded just how impossible it is for even the best white athletes to play skill positions in the NFL today. Boerigter had one of the most explosive rookie seasons any WR has ever had. Basically only playing less than half the season, he scored 8 TDS, with a phenomenal 21.0 ypc, including a 99 yarder, on only 20 catches. If he'd been black, he'd have been known to everyone and would have been already been considered KC's #1 WR going into the next season. Instead, he was proclaimed (universally) a nice "sleeper" pick by the fantasy gurus. Somehow, he went from the most explosive (albeit unknown and unacknowledged) player in the league during the final stretch of games in 2002 to competing with diminutive kick returner Dante Hall as the #3 WR in 2003. Somehow, he only caught 11 passes in 15 games. It's almost like there was a decree from Vermeil (or the league itself) not to throw him the ball. How could anyone who'd peformed like that as a rookie be behind old duds like Johnnie Morton and Eddie Kennison on the depth chart? Racial discrimination doesn't get any clearer than that, folks. Alas, he then suffered one of those all-too- common devastating white injuries before the 2004 season started, and has never really been given any chance since then. Now if only Marc would publicly protest this shabby treatment, we might start getting somewhere. But in Don King's America, we all know how likely that is.
