You can argue if Chris Berman is Pro - black or Anti - white, but he is definitely not a gentile.

What's the difference? One cannot be pro-Black without being anti-White. It's a zero sum game.

To be fair, Berman is no different from the other jock-sniffing losers on HebeSPN. "Guys" watch ESPN; "Men" do not. My advice is to avoid it like the Yiddish crap that it is.

Excuse me for stating the obvious, but at least 3/4 of the people in
the media (films, sports casters, actors etc) are of Jewish
decent. What remains of the others (1/4) is made up of White male
hating caucasians, hispanics, blacks and women( of varying
ethnicities.) The sum of which is an aggregate of socialist
personalities with one goal (either spoken or subconcious) to denegrate
and subjegate the white man while moving forward into a one world ,
collectivist styled government.

When I've watched Chris Berman(not recently), I noticed that he wasn't as anti-white as most Jews. Maybe I missed something.

You seem to have a list of things "men" don't do, like play fantasy football for example, and now they don't watch ESPN, either.

Anything else you'd like to add? We know what you think "men" do NOT do; what is it that you think men DO?

I'm reminded of the Limbaugh-McNabb controversy a few years ago when the media geeks went out of their way to prove how color blind they were to the point of absurdity.

S. I.Rush to Judgment: Countdown host Chris Berman said the controversywas hurtful and left him angry.

"I'm angry for all the hurt ... more for you, the viewers ... African-American, all Americans," Berman said.

"I've never looked at Donovan McNabb as a black quarterback-- ever."

He was hurt.

Isn't that sweet? It would have been pretty cool if he had told Limbaugh how mad he was and Rush was the type to punch him in the face. That might have been enough to make me and Southern Knight watch ESPN again.

Anyway, I would still watch ESPN during games if I could get my cable turned on after Hurricane Rita ,but I too ,like Southern Knight, cannot sit through sportscenter any more. But what you all do in that regard is your business of course.

Some NAACP guy wrote an article criticizing McNabb. Rodney Peete (Best Damn Sports Show) threw a fit, of course, calling him a moron and all that. It's like McNabb is sacred or connected to the mob or something. Everybody who criticizes him gets roasted, even a fellow "black sports god" (Owens) and this NAACP guy.

I don't watch Sportscenter or hardly any of the pre-game stuff, either, but watching ESPN the network is a different story.

If you like Sunday night football, you have to watch ESPN.

Next year, you're going to have to watch Monday night football on ESPN.

Maybe some of you guys don't watch football, either, though since real men don't watch other men play games.

You know, I was watching hockey the other night when a buddy of mine called me up. I told him I was watching hockey and he was kind of ripping on me,so I asked him what he was watching.

"Oh, I'm watching Sex and the City with my girlfriend...."

Just in case, I thought I should add that this comment was highly sarcastic and in no way reflects my actual views regarding real men who watch sports.

Berman has never been a problem as far as I am concerned. Not a great play by play guy but has been entertaining in the studio for years and on NFL Draft day. Always enthusiastic if bombastic. There are tons of other offenders out there but Berman doesn't fit the mold as I see it.

I guess he's more or less benign, but is also pretty annoying, as well as being the king of the "grinning Negro" cliche.

Funny,
all that because Limbaugh only said "Mcnabb is overrated because
the media wants him to succeed as a black quarterback." Oh, so
scandalous.

Limbaugh resigns three days later from being pressured to do so whilst
Michael Irvin gets only an one week suspension after being arrested for
having a crack cocaine pipe found in his car. He returns to Sunday
Night Countdown like nothing happened. Utterly ridiculous.

Berman is half-Jewish courtesy of his father's side.

Hell, according to that website all the four major commissioners in sports are Jewish...damn, didn't even know.</span>

I always had a feeling about Larry Brown. James Toney?!?

At the bottom it says that this is from Wikipedia so somebody must have thrown that one in as a joke (unless his parents converted to Judaism instead of Islam!)

They're stretching quite a bit with Sampras ("paternal grandmother was Jewish.")

There's a website called Jewhoo.com, run by Jews, which is the most authoritative site I know of as far as who is and isn't a member of the tribe. It lists a lot more Jews in the sports world than the above list. UnfortunatelyJewhoo has been in the process of redesign for some months now and is using a temporary homepage with not much info on it.

That link above is the first one I've seen that claims Tagliabue is Jewish. The other three commissioners it's well known, but Tagliabue could be Italian or of some other non-Jewish European descent.

Sports Illustrated has a longpiece on Paul Tagliabue this week. He is a third-generation Italian-American, not Jewish. He received a basketball scholarship to Georgetown and as a forward was a good enough rebounder to still rank 9th on the Hoyas' all-time list at 9.0 per game. He was a Pentagon lawyer for a number of years before working under Pete Rozelle. The article doesn't specifically mention a religion, but there's nothing to indicate that Tagliabue is Jewish, which is what I've always thought. (Pete Rozelle was of Spanish descent.)

Thanks for clearing that up, Don. I had been wondering about both of those guys for a while.
