Wouldn't doubt it and it's working well. But for his part maybe Snowden is planning on taking a tour of different countries so they can echo Putin and take their turn to say F you to the Evil Empire.

What Snowden revealed (and we don't really know that much) does expose what many of us already know, that the gov is monitoring everyone 24/7, ala Big Brother.

The outrage and media overcoverage on the other hand, is designed to distract us from the really important things going on. Not only the Obama scandals, but the horrendous immigration bill they are trying to shove down our throats.

As to the Snowden situation as a whole, I have to agree with Putin's assessment: "it’s like shearing a pig – lots of squealing but little woolâ€￾

This Snowden guy is nothing but a damn spy!!

For the American people that is. Thus he is one of the most heroic figures in modern times. I hope Putin drowns him in sleek blond haired, blue eyed, Slavic supermodels. He deserves it. He should also go to Iceland instead of Ecuador or some other SA rathole. Stay in mother Russia where the vodka is cold and the women are hot. "Na zdorovje"!

Gentlemen, about Snowden, but also a bit off subject. Is this IT stuff he was involved with the beginning of something new? He only had a GED and had this great job. I have little to no idea what it's about, but is it a way around college? My guy who fixes my computer didn't go to college, but taught computers in college. They say college is against men and filled up with coeds. There's a young Jewish guy up in NYC who quit school in 9th grde and just sold his business to Google for $1.4 billion. He personally got $250 million. So, my real question is, is this the beginning of the end for the colleges?

With concern to the United States’ outrage over Snowdon’s “treason,” I’m reminded of Dr. Joseph Goebbles’ infamous quote from an article published in his newspaper, “Der Angriff” (“The Attack”), in which he discusses the Jewish problem festering in Germany/Austria circa 1929…

That is what would happen to us as well were we not fully aware of his nature, and if we lacked the courage to draw the following radical conclusions:

1. One cannot fight the Jew by positive means. He is a negative, and this negative must be erased from the German system, or he will forever corrupt it.

2. One cannot discuss the Jewish question with the Jews. One can hardly prove to a person that one has the duty to render him harmless.

3. One cannot allow the Jew the same means one would give an honest opponent, for he is no honorable opponent. He will use generosity and nobility only to trap his enemy.

4. The Jew has nothing to say about German questions. He is a foreigner, an alien, who only enjoys the rights of a guest, rights that he always abuses.

5. The so-called religious morality of the Jews is no morality at all, rather an encouragement to betrayal. Therefore, they have no claim to protection from the state.

6. The Jew is not smarter than we are, rather only cleverer and craftier. His system cannot be defeated economically — he follows entirely different moral principles than we do. It can only be broken through political means.

7. A Jew cannot insult a German. Jewish slanders are but badges of honor for a German opponent of the Jews.

8. The more a German person or a German movement opposes the Jew, the more valuable it is. If someone is attacked by the Jews, that is a sure sign of his virtue. He who is not persecuted by the Jews, or who is praised by them, is useless and dangerous.

9. The Jew evaluates German questions from the Jewish standpoint. As a result, the opposite of what he says must be true.

10. One must either affirm or reject anti-Semitism. He who defends the Jews harms his own people. One can only be a Jewish lackey or a Jewish opponent. Opposing the Jews is a matter of personal hygiene.

By this sagely logic...the exact opposite of everything and everyone that the U.S. Government deems as detrimental is/are therefore virtuous, noble, and true.
