Believe it or not, Gil Brandt has some very good things to say about several white prospects for 2011. Here is his take on Ryan Whalen.

Ryan Whalen

College: Stanford
Height/Weight:
6-1, 205

Stanford's leading receiver the past two years (98
catches), Whalen is a very good athlete with good hands to go with 4.55
speed. Whalen is a very good college football player.

Here is his take on Matt Szczur

. Matthew Szczur

College: Villanova
Height/Weight:
5-11, 203

Szczur may be the most interesting player in college
football. He does everything. He plays wide receiver (63 catches, eight
touchdowns the last two years), running back and returns kicks. He is
an outstanding special teams player with 4.5-type speed. Szczur was
drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Unfortunately those are the only two white receivers in his top 15.

except he can't imagine a white guy with sub 4.5 speed. Szczur has ran in the 4.3 range hand timed so I doubt he would time any slower than 4.4 electronically.

Those against white athletes probably are hoping that he chooses baseball, they kept mentioning it with Decker, Cooper and Gerhart (before his Heisman worthy season) for reasons of having them ranked so low with comments such as "well, he is probably going to play baseball"

Decker was originally considered a first round prospect before the injury. Other than Matt Jones I can't think of any white receivers that were first round picks recently.

I came across this blurb on Profootballtalk. I figured this is the best thread to put it in. Looks like caste whores like Chan Gailey...one of Kordell Stewarts biggest supporters is trying to hype up the wildcat and take aim at eliminating the white QB from the NFL. Maybe I'm reading to much into it but I do worry about the popularity of spread gimmick offenses in college really watering down the QB prospects coming into the NFL.

Here is the excerpt:
In Tim Layden's new book, Blood, Sweat and Chalk, an excellent look at various football offenses and defenses from an Xs and Os perspective, Bills coach Chan Gailey predicts that the Wildcat offense -- essentially, the resurrected single wing -- "is going to become more the norm in the future."

It's going to happen not because every team will feel compelled to run it (although most now do), but because the college game is producing quarterbacks who both run and throw, the key attributes of the guy who takes the snaps in the single wing, an attack premised on complex blocking maneuvers, backfield motion, and an ensuing atmosphere of chaos as to where the ball is -- and where it's going.

"You don't find a ton of the six-three, six-four, drop-back, stand-up passers," Gailey told Layden. "They're not in college, so we're not getting them up here."

Until that happens, teams with statuesque quarterbacks will be using the single wing based on the personnel they have, usually with the running back taking the snaps.

I wouldn't stress about it man. White QBs always, in every season, beat the hell out of black QBs. I don't see it ending, ever.

Overall it looks like things will improve a bit over last years draft in regards to offensive guards.

Looks like the pro-caste (lackeys) at CBS Sports are rating Michigan OT Stephen Schilling & UGA OL Clint Boling as a 3-4th round picks.
smiley22.gif
This, despite their being faster than (higher rated) sumos Mike Pouncey (UF), Rodney Hudson (FSU), (y)Orlando Franklin (Miami) & Benjamin Ijalana (Villanova).

Some tackle named Sherrod Martin has been pulled out of the woodwork by the DWFs and so called draft experts as well.

Most of the time, when you compare a White offensive lineman and a black lineman of the same height, the black guy out weighs the White guy by 10-20 lbs. IMO that is the only way the blacks can keep up in the strength portions of the combine. However, in putting on this extra weight to make slight strides in strength they lose out on speed. So why wouldn't you just develop White guys who have strength and speed (you can throw in the occasional black guy who possesses these attributes too)? O yea I remember, to promote cultural Marxism through an affirmative action style program.

Usually, the black linemen are heavier because they are carrying more fat in their chest, stomach, glutes and thighs (compared to White men).

Some examples (of many..) are Alabama left guard Chance Warmack and right tackle DJ Fluker. They are ridiculously obese and slow-footed for such young linemen... and they are only going to get even slower with wear and tear. Health-wise, they look like ticking timebombs.

On one play, Warmack was pulling and he eventually got to his guy, but just barely... the announcers still praised him.

Here's an example of another ridiculously-obese sumo. He's a Senior on Arizona, but not a starter: http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Jovon-Hayes-35980

And Brandon Walker: http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/player-Brandon-Walker-43064;_ylt=AmoFOSojHGn9jHGz2QjiG5NHPZB4

Seriously? Looks like he's going to explode like a balloon. A ton of black linemen look like they came from some "Fat Albert Negro Tribe"...

No agility, no endurance and no strength.

With his fists on his sides and the scowl on his face, it does look like a picture of an "angry sistah"...

From article posted by celticdb15:
SLEEPER ALERT -- Greg Salas/WR/Hawaii: Hawaii is in the midst of a terrific season and Salas has been the team's driving force on offense. During the upset over ranked Nevada, the receiver registered 11 receptions for 153 yards, accounting for more than half of the Warriors' offense. He's on pace to top last season's 106 receptions and 1,590 receiving yards. Salas is a well-sized receiver with deceptive speed as evidenced by his per-catch average of 15 yards. Graded as a fringe late-round pick entering the season, Salas has since moved into the middle frames.

Finally some respect but with that usual white slander.

Nice to see Chris White getting some props as well!

I follow college/pro football fairly close and had not heard of Chris White. I read that Draft Risers/Sliders article and did some further research and I can confirm Chris White is a beast. I wish him continued sucess. http://www.sunherald.com/2010/10/19/2567634/chris-white-turning-into-one-of.html

Way to take the initiative Leonardfan. I've done a lot of research on some of our guys, and I always make sure to point them out when I catch a game with some of my DWF friends. Throw in a quick fact and that my friend is promoting some of our underrated guys. I find that if the DWFS have seen a guy play and have heard of his talent they are a lot more likely to accept the player as "athletic". For example, about a week ago when Mariani ran back a kickoff for the Titans, I made sure to praise him when I was around a few of my buddies. I said "That guy's a beast. He went to college at Montana and runs a 4.4." They were obviously impressed that a white guy from Montana could run away from all those talented negores.

4 out of the top 11 free safeties for the 2011 NFL draft are white. This number is unheard of for white safeties. Here is a list.
