Darchinyan vs Arce

This will be an entertaining fight. Both fighters love to bang. Darchinyan is more explosive, however, has the weaker chin.

Arce is an up and down fighter, if he can get past the first 5 rounds its anyones fight.

Regarding whites gaining a foothold at the lower weights Darchinyan victory could establish a foothold. Him along with Hatton will be the only white fighter who are champs below 147 lbs.

The cousin of Crugar wins! Darchinyan was too strong and too skillful for the smaller Arce to deal with. They stopped the fight prior to the 12th round. Doctor stopped it. Arce had his moments in the early rounds but just was big enough nor had the power to change the flow of the fight.

Good win for Darc! Slowly but surely the white fighters are gaining a strong hold

He should definitely be in Ring Magazines top 10 pound for pound list.

Also another white fighter below 147 successfully defended his title for the 15th time. Omar Narvaez from Argentina defeated the previously undefeated American Rayonta Whitfield by TKO. Narvaez I believe is of Spanish descent like a lot of Argentinians.

Wow I saw this fight on tape and wow. Vic Darch. kicked ass against the tough cookie (Arce). As for Vic looking like Freddy Kreuger he isn't that ugly...
