some credit should go to the Iowa offensive coordinator, as well, for calling some good plays and keeping the Purdue defense off balance. he’s been (rightfully) under a lot of pressure for the Hawkeyes offensive ineptitude this season, but so far today he’s earning his paycheck.

Moss is easily a 2nd round pick - 3rd at the worst. Alot of these projections are horrendous.

Moss has been targeted repeatedly by Purdue today, but to no avail. he’s been blanketing whomever he’s covering, and he has a handful of pass deflections as well as 2 near-interceptions amidst the action. the announcing duo has been giving him tremendous accolades throughout the broadcast.

Iowa’s defense holds Purdue out of the end zone on its home field for the first time since 2013 (if i read the stat correctly) and improved their national-best defensive ranking. on the year, they’ve only allowed 3.9 yards-per-play (the best in the country); today they surrendered a mere 3.5.

We will have 3 white running backs over 1000 yards in the NCAA and 2 of them, (Roberts & Steele) are both in the top 8 in rushing
in the NCAA. Will check to see where Will Shipley is after todays late afternoon game. White running backs making people take
notice. We all know we should have so many more white running backs but the systems fights against us at every level. We are seeing
some tiny cracks in the damn though and that may just eventually turn into a tidal wave!
