Who? The coach, the black quarterback, or the writer? Make it all three, please.

Marrone didn't deserve the job in the first place, got the college job after simply showing up to work as an assistant for the Saints, labeled offensive coordinator, when Sean Payton calls all of the plays. Not sure what exactly he did but he wasn't ready to coach.

Marrone will be out after another year with a poor record. The guy is obviously over matched as a head coach and delusional if he thinks Manuel is franchise QB material. Manuel will probably stick around for another year or two after that. The Bills have a black GM who learned under caste-whore extraordinaire Kevin Colbert so I don't really hold much hope for that organization for the next few years.

the dumbass will still get hired somewhere else, maybe as a coordinator but he will be hired. Coaches have like their own network. Too bad I'm at the lower levels. The guy basically liked football, knew some people higher up, had general knowledge, enough to be a mediocre college coach but was with an NFL franchise so he gets to stay. I mean Jim Halsett is still on some team as a coach, a defensive coordinator. Dude was a former linebacker yet couldn't find a decent linebacker when he was a head coach to save his life. Mike McCarthy made that system go working his way up as a coordinator, but upset he had to dumb down his offense for Aaron Brooks.

Manuel might get 4 or 5 years. I wouldn't be surprised

The Bills put all their eggs in one basket with Manuel. They had an opportunity to draft Ryan Nassib in the 4th (!) round, but they didn't do it. Nassib was a good prospect who knew Marrone's system. They should have hedged their bets and doubled up on QBs, especially since Nassib was good value in the 4th.

For better or worse the Bills are stuck with Manuel. Unfortunately for them, it'll probably be for worse.

That makes too much sense for them. I could imagine mike sherman would have been out of a job already if he had not encouraged Miami to draft Tannehill. Thats a smart coach. Marrone did the opposite. Its going to cost him unless he ends the experiment after next year. He might be able to salvage his job if starts someone competent not a black quarterback.
