If they cut Cameron that would truly be a boneheaded move. It was just a couple years ago that he was one of the up and coming young TEs in the league with the most upside. Has something changed? Did some character issues come out? I mean this isn't a Fred Davis situation where the guy is a pothead and can't get out of bed to make it to practice. If he is cut he shouldn't have any problem finding employment.
The report I saw on Weenieworld says the Dolphins will likely cut Cameron if he doesn't accept a pay cut:
Jordan Cameron caught 2-of-4 targets for six yards and a touchdown Week 17 against the Patriots. Miami’s free agent replacement for Charles Clay opened the season with at least 7 targets in four of the first five games, but he disappeared from the offense over the second half. Cameron’s touchdown against New England was just his third of the season, and he finishes with just 386 yards on 35 receptions. They should of canned McCoy as well.
Overall I thought there would be more firings - the Colts, Saints and Lions all sounded like they were going to fire their coaches.
Pagano actually got a contract extension.
The Colts GM as well. I thought him and Pagano didn't get along.

Good to see Hatie Smiff in the sh**can. Let's hope Dougtavious Whaley is the next guy fired, although I think the Bills said they're bringing him back next year.

The Bills signed him to an extension and also brought Fat Rex's brother to Buffalo as a defensive coach. The Bills of my younger days are nothing but a memory now.

As Bmore-Dan posted - the Browns hired DePodesta of Moneyball fame. It will be interesting to see how he applies statistical analysis to the draft process.
The Lions also hired Bob Quinn away from the Patriots. I was interested to see what Pioli did in KC when he left New England but he did not impress me during his stint as GM with the Chiefs. Quinn has been part of the Patriots since 2000. It will be interesting to see if he decides to forget what has made the Pats the dominant franchise of the 2000s.

The Bucs are going to hire Koetter, but they can't offer him the position until they interview a number of black "candidates" to satisfy the Rooney affirmative-action rule. Which of course is a joke, in addition to being offensive.

Well now the media is going to get back onboard the krapernick bandwagon since kelly has a qb that fits his scheme according to the caste whore media and talking heads. Let's hope Kelly decides to move away from Krapernick anyways.
He's screwed either way because if he uses Krap, he'll lose and if he sits him, he'll be confirmed "racist'.
I expect Kelly to move on from Kaepernick, with no repercussions as the previous regime had done the same. Gabbert might just be a great fit for what Kelly is looking for, as he has a strong, accurate arm and is a very good runner. Reminds me of Alex Smith except younger and with a better arm.

I hope you're right. I can't stand Colin Sack-or-pick. It's very refreshing to see Alex "game manager" Smith in the playoffs on a hot streak while Sack-or-pick went from riding the bench to riding his couch.

I hate to say it guys but I've already read at least 3 articles today saying Chip Kelly loves the kid. He wanted to get Kaepernick no matter what team he went to. He will keep him in SanFrancisco.

It doesn't matter if Kelly likes him now. Once Chip realizes he sucks he won't be playing, if he's even kept on the roster.

The Bengals might as well give him life tenure, like a Supreme Court Justice. For a black coach, Lewis is very successful but can't win the big games. If the ownership is happy with mediocrity and undisciplined teams prone to chimpouts, then by all means they have the right coach.
