Looks like Doug Marrone is likely to coach the Jets next season. Maybe he'll whiten that putrid organization up a little.

The black bills GM wants to interview both Hue Jackson and Teryl Austin - both black which should come as no surprise to anyone who knows whaley's racist inclinations.

Marrone seemed to show his "rebellion" by benching Manuel and starting Orton, and also making Chris Hogan a much bigger piece of the offense. Chandler was also targeted heavily when he was healthy. Marrone gave the team a better chance to win with those changes and they made a brief playoff run but ultimately Orton has always been a backup type QB, not a franchise one to build a team around though he was a huge upgrade from Manuel.

The Buffalo situation is pretty interesting. There was more of a disconnect than I initially thought between Marrone and the black GM. Marrone was apparently pretty upset at the Watkins trade this year because he didn't want to give up a first rounder in 2015 due to the fact he might want to draft a quarterback.

Pegula briefly flirting with Polian probably had Whaley shaking in his boots. It's a shame Polian did not return to Buffalo as he was the architect of many of there very white friendly teams in the early 90s and then took the same philosophies to the Colts. I also heard that Buffalo had an interest in Shannahan but it sounds like Whaley now has the ear of the new ownership. Shannahan would probably want total control of player personnel and Whaley is going to do his best to maintain his racist grip on that organization.

Look for Buffalo to pair it's black GM with a black head coach. Hopefully Hue Jackson. That will effectively bury the Bills.

Hopefully Pegula dismisses Whaley and Pegula has a say in the hiring.

I think this pegula guy is going to make the mistake of letting that clown Whaley hire a head coach who will more than likely be black. Whaley seems to have a racist desire for an all cocoa dream team.

The Redskins are apparently hiring a former Seahawks personnel guy - Scott mcloghlan so look for the Redskins to remain overwhelmingly black.

with the buffalo coaching job apparently the team is telling prospective candidates that they are not giving up on ej Manuel - what a stark difference from the way white qbs are treated. I'm sure that is whaleys doing.

It will be interesting to watch Gary Kubiak now that he is at Denver. The last I read, he wants to structure around Manning. We will have to see if the complexion of the team will change somewhat. John Elway could be an obstacle unless he can be convinced otherwise.

The Dolphins and jags have both hired the two previous general managers of the jets. Tannenbaum is in Miami and idzik is now with the jags. Both are mediocre talent evaluators who follow the caste system mentality.

The redskins hired scot mcloghlan who was last with the Seahawks. Granted the Redskins have always been a black team but it will be interesting to see if this guy makes them blacker.

Bumping this thread as the NFL season comes to an end to monitor the hirings and firings for this year.

Chip Kelly is the first victim.

Apparently the Eagles need a coach with emotional intelligence:

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ooking-for-coach-with-emotional-intelligence/

Looks like the idiotic owner is looking to cater to the fragile egos of his overrated affletes.

Also some bad news in Buffalo, especially for my favorite new poster Italian Stallion - It looks like that racist Whaley and Fat Rex will remain in Buffalo. I guess the new owner is ok with losing.

Buffalo is also ok having a running back for a quarterback. They love to lose.

Cleveland fires GM Ray Farmer and Pettine will be gone as well.

Someone mentioned Kelly might end up in Cleveland. Haslam wanted Kelly a few years ago before settling on Pettine - it will be interesting if Kelly ends up in Cleveland with a say in player personnel and given time to build a team his way.

Mike Tannenbaum has already appointed his hand picked affirmative action successor, Chris Grier to the GM position. Now all we need is Hue Jackscoon to coach this team to truly drive a once great franchise into the abyss.... all thanks to an owner and "football czar" who are members of the tribe.

I read somewhere yesterday that the Black Dolphins will release Jordan Cameron. They may equal this season's Oakland Raiders next year with Tannehill and a cast of nothing but Negroes. They were actually that bad back when Nick Saban was their head coach. Hard to believe that the perfect '72 Dolphins only started one black on defense, which is why even back then they were called the "No Name Defense."
