Hey CS, I think you answered your own question here. Of course, Christian McCaffrey is a very good RB, better than the vast majority of the black RB's on "Rivals top 100". But, then again, so are many, many of the ignored white RBs around the country. The only way that he overcame the stigma is because of his famous dad. Without this, he would be shunned and have to settle for Division 3 or NAIA like the rest of the crackers who lack a room-brightening smile.

I believe a few months ago scout had McCaffrey ranked 38th out of the class of 2014 running backs and I checked a week later and he rose all the way to 13th.
Mark Andrews will probably wind up as a tight end. I am not knocking his skills but I was not very impressed with him as I have seen a lot of out " passed over " guys that were faster and look to be much better overall athletically.
As impressed as I have been with Vic Warton it is a near certainty nwe coach Butch Jones wants him in the Welker though he is expected to challenge for the starting kick and punt return duties. He is clearly an elite shut down corner but we just can't have a starting white cornerback in the " progressive " SEC.

Wow. I stand corrected. I really thought this kid was white. How many Mullatos have that kind of caucasian curly hair? Thanks 2BeersinHand. I just assumed because he was being moved to the slot though he is a great corner he was given the official 100 % caucasian quota.

Just to update the wr position. A very underrated Garrett Gray out of Texas is going to Texas. Trey Quinn looks to be heading to Notre Dame. CJ Worton is going to Florida State. Ben Nieman is going to Northern Illinois. Up and comer and very athletic Trop Apke is going to Penn State. Boston College has taken on Troy Flutie. ( I dont have to name the father ) Super fast and tough Bo Hines is going to North Carolina State. A tall athletic wr prospect Mike Gesicki has offers from Ohio State an Wisconsin. Mark Andrews and Braxton Berrios have over 15 big time D1 offers. Speedy Mike Dudeck is going to Illinois. A very fast and elusive wr Ian Sadler is going to Texas Tech. Ill post more soon as there are quite a few guys out there with at least 1 solid D 1 offer.

TT, how many white RB's have you found committing to D-1 schools other than McCaffrey and I don't think McCaffrey will play RB at Stanford, just my prediction! I can't find a Drew Cerlis. There is a Drew Celis, but he looks half black in the photos I can see. Can you find a picture of him?

McCaffrey will play rb at Stanford. I guarantee nothing but he is to good not to use there.
Drew Celis is mostly white with a little Hispanic in him. Iv'e seen pictures of him. He is not half-black.
I know of 3 other running backs who have committed. Trey Smith is going to Colorado State. Trent Grimes is going to Central Michigan and Ian Eriksen has committed to Eastern Michigan. There is another white rb I can't find right now who has an offer from Louisiana-Lafyette but I will dig him up later. Matt Guida may be going to Arizona State. I would hate to see him wind up at Army or Air Force. Tyler Henderson who is fast but diminuitive might play wr but he has offers from Duke, Georgia Tech, Temple and Buffalo.

I just wanted to update the white wr outlook for 2014 as its good and only going to get better.

Mark Andrews has numerous offers but might project as a tight end.

Trey Quinn. Enough said. Even espn.com has him as their third ranked wr.

Braxton Berrios has numerous offers and a 3.8 short shuttle time making him one of the quickest players in the country.

Troy Apke is very fast and going to Penn State.

Emanuel Soto is a possession guy but he has multiple offers from Florida schools.

Sam Martin out of Colorado is fast and athletic and most likely going to Colorado U.

Mike Gisecki has big time d 1 ofers.

Bo Hines who should be a rb is going to NC State and is very strong and fast.

Cj Worton is going to Florida State.

RJ Urzendowski looks to be going to Rutgers.

Mike Siragusa has multiple d 1 offers.

Tyler Ahrens is a possession guy but has many d 1 offers.

Andrew Meyer has a d 1 offer and is vry good after the catch.

Ryan Frey is a burner.

Austin Proehl son of Ricky looks to be going to Wake Forest.

Mike Dudek who can fly is going to Illinois.

Drew Celis is athletic and going to Nevada.

Nick Kurts ha 20 big time offers and could be the best overall talent I have seen in 20 years. He reminds me of Randy Moss in his prime.

john Cole Neph is athletic with multiple offes.

Gabe Fuselier is speedy and is going to Louisiana - Lafayette.

I will update this in a minute.

Brandon Scott has d 1 offers.

Troy Flutie whom I know little about is going to Boston College.

Quick twitched Cody Thompson is going to Toledo.

Daniel Khan has d 1 offers.

Brandon Kunitz has d 1 offers.

Tyler Patrick has d 1 offers.

Karl Holmes has d 1 offers.

Ian Sadler out of Texas is like Welker and Amendola on crack. This kid is short but very I mean very explosive. He is going to Texas Tech like the aforementioned.

Connor Kristancic has d 1 offers.

Roscoe Palumbo has a d 1 offer.

Matt Beigalski is narrowing his decision to BC or Rutgers.

Collin Lisa has d 1 offers.

Alex Huard from Quebec but prepping in Conn. has an offer from Boston College for wr but he looks to be a natural fluid corner prospect. He is a burner.

Luke Peterman has d 1 offers.

Caleb Scott has a d 1 offer.

Mitchell Herbert has d 1 offers.

Carter Swanson has d 1 offers and looks to be another David " circus " Kircus in the making.

Austin Parker has d 1 offers.

Lance Wright looks to be going to Hawaii though he has not committed yet.

Zack Bornstein is a tall fast receiver with multiple d 1 offers.

The real deal may be Tony Ellison out of California. He is going to Arizona and he has all the tools to be a dynamic wr. He is only 5'11" but he is incredible after the catch and has great hands and a second and third gear.

Also Tanner Sanders looks to be headed to Oregon State.

This is really weird. It probably deserves its own thread but Toby Gerhart has a younger brother named Coltin who just committed to Arizona State. He is listed as a quarterback but apparently the 6'1" athlete is being sought after as a running back. I don't know if he will have Toby's ability to run with the ball but its nice to see another Gerhart going to D 1.

Mark Andrews has committed to Oklahoma. He wanted to stay at wide out and thats apparently where he is going to stay. Good news here as Oklahoma has not offered any white recruits at receiver in probably 3 decades now.

This Fort Campbell Highlands(almost all white) team from Kentucky is putting on a clinic dominating their (darker)Florida competition. One jock sniffing announcer still claims the better athletes are on the Florida Squad Lol. Refreshing of ESPN to show this game!

WR Braxton Berrios, who's an absolute athletic specimen with a 4.5 40, 40 inch vert, and 3.81 shuttle (nation's fastest according to ESPN) has committed to Miami. Wow. When was the last time Miami had a white WR start?

Is this a sign the apocalypse is upon us? There is always the chance that he could get screwed by this caste program no matter how many stars he has. I would have preferred if he chose a "whiter" top 25 program.

Likewise. But to be fair, his top 4 of Miami, Oregon, Tennessee, and South Carolina didn't exactly indicate he knew what he was doing. I would have at least preferred Tennessee or Oregon since they've had a couple of white WRs come through in recent years.

For any of you guys who follow the recruiting stuff - can anyone give a run down of white QBs? Where they are going? How many of them?

Some big name QB commits, in order of their ranking;
Kyle Allen - Texas A&M (some say he may start as a true freshman if Jonny leaves)
Keller Chryst - Stanford
David Cornwell - Alabama
Caleb Henderson - North Carolina
Jacob Park - Georgia (not sure why he's listed as a pocket passer...great runner as well)
Drew Barker - Kentucky (could be the best QB in the class IMO)
Justice Hansen - Oklahoma (reminds me of Trevor Knight with better passing capability)
Tyler Wiegers - Rutgers
Sean White - Auburn (most overlooked among the group; won the Elite 11 QB competition against many of these guys yet has a very short offer list. Will be the first starting qhite QB for Auburn in a long time, could start as an underclassmen)
Michael O'Connor - Penn State
KJ Carta-Samuels - Vanderbilt (younger bro of the current QB, good athlete)
Foster Sawyer - TCU (committed alongside another QB; a white dual threat guy Grayson Muehlstein)
Wilton Speight - Michigan

Guys lucky enough for the dual threat moniker:
Will Grier - Florida
Rafe Peavey - Arkansas
Zach Darlington - Nebraska
Luke Rubenzer - Cal
Coltin Gerhart - ASU - will probably switch positions

A lot of the smaller schools (like Temple, CMU, etc) have white pocket passers committed as well.

Scanning the Under Armour HS All-Star Game a few weeks ago...the demographics played fairly close to the NFL Draft script...(before rosters were tweaked due to injuries)23 white players...69 black & 2 poly's...WR Braxton Barrios caught a TD pass! Can not remember last time the Canes had a white WR.

The US Army All-American Bowl featured elite talents.... WR Trey Quinn(4.39 40/All-Time National HS Leader in Receiving yards/over 6,550), All-Purpose Back Christian McCaffrey(it was said he will be used like Oregon's DeAnthony Thomas) & WR Mark Andrews 6'-6" 225; that could grow into a TE.

Of Rivals.com TOP 100 WR's (not including mixed); there were only 8 white players...who knows? There are probably some talented future Walk-ons like Jordy Nelson or Jared Abbrederis waiting to arrive on the scene totally looked over by these racist recruiting services!

#10 Trey Quinn(LA)....committed to LSU (9th by 24/7 Sports.com) should be in Top 5
#13 Mark Andrews(AZ)..." to Oklahoma
#43 Braxton Barrios(NC)..." to Miami
#50 Vic Wharton (TN)..." to Tennessee(originally listed at CB)/looks white to me
#65 C.J. Worton (FL)..to Florida State...brother of JJ at UCF( last Noles' white WR-Matt Frier in 90's?)
#69 Troy Apke (PA)...Penn State..runs a 4.47
#85 Bo Hines (NC)...to N.C. State
#96 Ian Sadler(TX)...to Texas Tech

Christian McCaffrey(4.4's)...committed to Stanford was Rated #5th Best All Purpose Back

Here are some recent white WR signings that I don't believe are listed in previous posts by Twinkletoes and Twentytwo.
Blake Dennis Akron
Cody Hollister, juco player to Arkansas
Chris Zook, Luke Peterman, Alex Aukerman Army
Corey Lacamaria Ball State
John Freismuth Colorado State, might be a DB though
Mack Richards Hawaii
Matt Merimee Miami (of Ohio of course)

The more I look at Tennessee wr/db/kr Vic Wharton I am convinced this kid is white. His father is coal black and the kid has straight blond hair. Maybe hes adopted or his mother cheated on the husband. Stranger things have happened. If this kid is half black then so is Justin Beiber.
