CASTE FOOTBALL UPDATE

Hey, thanks again for getting CF up and running again. A suggestion. The blue border underneath your iconic Caste Football logo should be a color from it. Say the blue, green, grey or gold colors. It would be more balanced and pleasing to the eye.
I've been informed by the webmaster that all glitches have been resolved. If you notice any please post them on this thread. If you are having log-in problems and can't post, email me at mail@americanfreedomunion.com. Be as detailed as possible if having log-in problems, copy and paste any error messages or other pertinent info.
I see how to change avatars, but haven't figured out a way to add or change a signature yet. Has anyone changed their signature since we switched to the new software?

Don, I have. Just move the cursor over the "person" icon on the right side of the blue bar at the top of the forum panel and click on the blue text that says signature. It worked well for me.
I know what you're referring to Reb, as I checked out a YouTube video on signatures for XenForo after I made that post above. Unfortunately the signature option doesn't show up for me when I use the person icon, must be related to me being listed as admin rather than a regular member. Probably easy to remedy if I had a little direction from someone with knowledge of the new software we're using.

I deleted the thread in Happy Hour about the $10 bill changing because when I tried to go to the newest post it went instead to a message warning about the page being unsafe. It looked like some kind of spam or hack attempt. I haven't seen it in any other threads; if anyone does please mention it in this thread.
Looks like the problems yesterday and earlier today have been fixed. Post on this thread if you have any problems or notice any glitches.

Thanks Don. I started a new thread last night and it was somehow interspersed into another HH thread and it's not here now. I PMed you about a possible glitch. Did you receive it?
New posts were randomly being merged into existing threads, which is why I posted in caps not to post until I gave the all clear signal. Other posts weren't showing up at all. And the site was running very slowly, timing out a lot.
The hosting company transferred CF to a different server yesterday morning. All the posts since August 29th didn't "migrate" through as they should have. So there was all the missing new content, plus the problems with trying to make new posts.
I spent a lot of yesterday on the phone with them, trying to get them to understand what was wrong so that it could be fixed. I kept getting periodic emails telling me it was fixed when it wasn't. Finally talked with a guy there today who I showed over the phone what the issues were so that he understood what was going on and he got on it and now it seems to be fine again.

Thanks again, Don. I mistakenly thought the glitches were repaired late last night before I started the thread. I'll try to re-post it today.
CF seems to be running slow a fair amount of the time. Anyone else experiencing this?

To update everyone, Caste Football finally has an email address again. There's a Contact Us link in the upper left along the black bar that both registered users and guests can use. The email address is the same as before: mail@castefootball.us.
A Donate button has been added to the right-hand column, and below that a link to CF's Facebook page. I've been updating the Facebook page with articles and NFL threads from the forum but so far it has just 29 likes.
The Xenforo software is working well, it's user friendly and attractive, and most importantly there's been no hacking and spammers and their posts have been quickly deleted.
