The next Gerhart. This kid is a beast. You don't see too many freshman with the ability that Brendan Douglas has. He has speed, power, agility and vision. He may not have the right smile or hip swivel the critics die for, but he will be a superstar. It's soo good to see a kid running the ball at Georgia in the SEC which should help him to gain even more respect. He is on his way towards 100 plus yards in todays game. Great little video clip there. Thanks my friend.

Lets hope this fumble doesn't cost him the starting spot.

it can't cost him the start, as he didn't start today. it shouldn't cost him any carries, either, as he played a strong game in the absence of any help. the fumble certainly hurt, but it was the only thing he did wrong. meanwhile, his teammates (including the o-line, the other tailback who also fumbled, the can't-get-open, ball-dropping wide not-receivers, and the not-so-special teams) all played poorly.

yes I know there were many other reasons for the loss, but the fumble is what people will remember, especially since he fumbled last week. Many coaches (at least the ones I have met on the high school and college level) have similar mindsets as dwfs (well not as bad but still not even close to the ideal mindset) so lets hope they view it in a fair light when reviewing the game film. He does look like the best back they have out there, he should be the starter. I figured he was since he got the bulk of the carries.

Looked him up on Rivals. They have him listed as a fullback.

RB is the most caste position in football. The satan worshiping puppet masters have done a great job using propaganda to all but eliminate the white tailback. THe thing that amazes me is just how stupid the average person is for falling for it all.

I would argue CB is the most caste position in football but RB is right up there too.

Douglas needs to hold onto the ball though.

I believe black RB Todd Gurley will be back from injury soon and then I wonder what Douglas's role will be. Hopefully he is still in the mix.

when I looked him up he was listed at 5'11 202, he looks to have added some bulk but still not even close to a fullback. Ridiculous.

born in 1994, man I am getting old.

Word is that 202 is a misprint, meant to be 220. That looks about right. He needs to hang on to the damned football. He's the best runner they have healthy right now, but he's making it difficult to defend him.
