His lawyers will probably get him to plead out a deal for a misdemeanor. All they have to prove or suggest he was just getting personal use amount and having extra weed for parties and friends. I have seen this before with other celebrities.
Personally, I don’t think “transporting plants across imaginary lines” should be illegal. It’s just the pure stupidity of the risk that astounds me.
