The Drexel sounding referee was an intrusive presence in this fight. He could have cost Mollo a win. Props to the Pole for keeping his cool and using his superior skills to land the ko over the tiring Mollo in the sixth.
It looked like that to me. I mean Mollo wanted work and Szpilka wanted to hold because he was stunned yet the referee kept on screaming at Mollo for wrestling himself free? I couldn't believe that Mollo took those shots that he took before the knockout he was literally walking on eggshells from about the 4th round on.
Uncle Teddy was foaming at the mouth about this fight as I was able to watch a replay of this site on the net. I actually agreed for once about his comments on the referee. He also ripped Szpilka for wearing mock prison clothes for the fight. I almost wonder if "Uncle" Teddy thought that Mollo was Puerto Rican his love for him was un Teddy like.....
