argentina v nigeria

This is the game ive been waiting for, obviously i routed for uraguay and mexico against the black soythafricans and the "french team"(although i feel sorry for the superior ribery has to play with aload of school kids).


But this is where the world cup starts imo, or i hope it starts. people on here often dont like blacks being in football, i love it, plus we are hopefully going to wittness a non black argentina school a black nigeria.


But this is also important due to lionell messi, if he has a decent world cup by his standards, then at the age of 22 he will be considered the greatest player ever. Which is very important for a caste system as soccer is by far the most popular sport in the world. Also its good that yanks will see a black team get destrpyed by a white team, especially the dwf will have another fail on their bedpost.

So hopefully we will see a decent game as i have not been impressed by the standard so far.

Anyway argentina look like they cans score at will, i think my 3-0 prediction may be more relistic 5-0 by the end of the game...

The Argentina defenese is quite shaky, particularly the right back. I guess that's what happens when you decide to play a winger at right back. Leaving Zanetti out of the squad might cost them dearly later on. Gutierrez is definitely a weak link.

Argentina could easily have scored 3/4 more goals today. The Nigerian goalkeeper had a great game which kept the score down quite a bit. I think they might miss Riquelme in the middle of the field. He was a great playmaker for them and with the movement they have in the team, I think he would have been a big asset.

Anyway, not a bad start. Messi looked lively throughout.

Why wouldn't we keep all World Cup games in the "World Cup"Â thread? Once individual games (Argentina VS. Nigeria) are over, the thread dies.

Thrashen, Mr. Goldstein is apparently smarter than all of us here as well as a better athlete as he mentions in his post. Maybe we shouldn't pick on the poor boy. After all he's her to "teach" us everything he knows.
