Pretty bummed that the Dolphins cut Jordan Kovacs but I didn't expect anything else with Jeff Africa running this team.

D-Lineman Sean Lissemore was traded from the Cowboys to the Chargers for a 7th round pick. I guess the Cowboys only allow one white d-linemen on the roster at a time. Why else would the Cowboys trade a very good DT for such a cheap price?

The most logical transaction for any team might not be made and that is a waiver claim for Tebow. The dwf and media claim it's a circus wherever Tebow that's why they won't touch him with a 10 ft pole. It's not really. In Denver people were calling for Tebow because Kyle Orton tanked. If Kyle Orton didn't play so poorly Tebow would have never seen action that year. The Jets tried everything possible to bury Tebow. Tebow wasn't even a distraction as he was not a focal point in the offense. Rex Ryan didn't even consider Tebow for qb. In NE there was no question Tebow had a role as a backup because Brady is one of the best. Belicheck didn't entertain the media and feed the media anything to use as far as Tebow goes. So what is this circus these dwf clowns speak of? an Imaginary circus? Yeah that sounds about right. While all these coordinators adjust their offenses to help their afleet qb's succeed in offenses similar to what Tebow played, Tebow is on the outside looking in because he's the wrong color/religion. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother with the Nfl.

Devon Wylie and Jacob Hester cut, but Chad Hall signed by the Chiefs to take Wylie's place as never used WR/WSTD.

Per for the course, the Buffalo Bills publicly assert they have "no interest" in Tim Tebow. Tebow is the only player in NFL history whom teams feel no compunction about disavowing publicly. The campaign against him continues, even though he isn't in the league.

Well I hope Elway is going to be happy when Manning gets injured because none of the superior black RBs know how to pass protect. It sucks that Wylie was cut - he has great speed and if used like DeSean Jackson would be a great deep threat instead of being stereotyped into the slot WR role. At least Chad Hall replaced him - hopefully he makes an impact.

Raiders cut Tyler Wilson - I guess he doesn't have dat upside of Pryor - what a joke. Honestly I think the Raiders will have a similar situation to the Jets - their third string QB (McGloin and Simms respectively) will be the best QBs on the team

The Tyler Wilson situation is very suspicious. All early reports indicated he was tearing it up in camp, and I recall reading speculation that he could very well wind up being the Raiders' starter. So what happened?

Rotoworld explains that Wilson "struggled with the mental side" of the game. Yeah, if only he had the mental acuity of all these black quarterbacks, none of whom seem to struggle with the "mental" side of these offensive systems, which we are constantly told are so complex. Yes, I'm sure the complexity of that powerful Raiders' offense was too much for Wilson to absorb.

Am I the only one who questions these stories?

Sam McGuffie says he killed his workout with the Packers (at runningback). They're keeping him in town an extra day and will have an answer for him tomorrow.

Now this would make my day if Sam McGuffie became a Packer. There is no reason he can't be at the very least a good 2nd or 3rd string tailback. I still think he could be an effective starter but I just want to see him get a chance somewhere even if it's as a backup. Come on Green Bay. Sign this kid!

devon wylie getting cut makes no sense at all, he showed promise in like the 20 snaps they played him in last year. He made a play like every time he was on the field, with more talent at qb he would have put up great numbers.

I would like to see McGuffie used as a hybrid, the thing I worry about is his vision, it looked poor at Rice, but at Michigan it was fine, so not sure what is up with that, tons of potential, would really love to see him make it. If he were black he would have at least 6 years in the NFL to get a chance to live up to his upside.

It appears we spoke too soon. The Jaguars, unbelievably enough, have now cut Jordan Shipley. It was absurd enough that this big play talent wasn't technically starting, but he's now been "beat out" for the slot receiver role by the immortal Ace Sanders.

Don't call me Mr. Optimistic.

While the Great White Purge is always infuriating, the release of Austin Collie and Jordan Shipley really irks me. They are better than 90% of the starting WRs in the NFL. Incredible to think that the likes of Josh Morgan and Darrius Heyward Bey are given AA starting jobs, while these two aren't even in the league.

It will be interesting to see just how many white WRs are left on rosters by the beginning of the season.

The powers that be are adamant that Pryor start Week 1. I hope he starts the entire year and goes 0-16.

Its a miracle! The Dolphins actually sign a white player. FB Tyler Clutts was signed by the Dolphins after being waived by Houston. Don't really know much about him but I'm sure he's better than the two sumos they cut to make room for him on the roster. I hope he does well and sticks with the team.

As I noted yesterday, NFL teams have a funny way of "purging" whites that make their initial 53 man roster, prior to week one. I would say this could go until Tuesday or Wednesday.

As far as there being an uptick in white WR's, I don't see it. There has been some uptick since the 1990's, when I first started following the NFL real close. Back in the 1990's there might only be 13 or 14 white WR's on rosters during the entire season and very few would even catch 10 balls all year. That was a real dark era for whites at skill positions.

But since 2004 (or so) it's pretty much remained the same in the mid 20's throughout the entire season. With Shipley cut, that means about 19 to start the season. My guess is Shipley, Collie, Wiley and few others will eventually sign this season (for at least one game), bringing the total of white WR's up to about 26, perhaps? Better than the early-to-mid 90's, but par for the course the last 10 years, or so.

And, it must be noted, the small "uptick" in white WR's and RB's since the mid 1990's, has been canceled out by a sharp rise black QB's, DT's and OL's.

Some random notes:

Shipley, who was a superstar at the University of Texas, is being replaced by waiver claim Stephen Burton, from West Texas A&M...anyone here ever heard of that school? Anyone else see the irony of this this?

Isn't it weird that Chad Hall is going to the Chiefs? Now fat bastard, Andy Reid, can jerk him around a little more and completely ruin his career. Will he even be active this for a game this season, before he's cut again?

By the way, Jacksonville, claimed 7 blacks on waivers today. 4 of the players they cut to make room for these scrubs are white -- TE Brett Brackett, G-C Dan Gerberry, WR Jordan Shipley and LB Andy Studebaker...just another ho-hum day in the Kosher Football League? Everything going according to plan?

Has anyone else noted how "dark" Oakland has become? They even have a black punter and just cut Tyler Wilson? I believe they might be down to like only 7 whites, not counting special teams "goys"?....No surprise, considering Reggie McKenzie (and his Red Afro) is their GM?

P.S: Big Unreal, here's a small reason for optimism: I crunched the numbers the last two years and found there's been a rise in white practice squad players. Whites now comprise about 35 to 38% of P-Squad scrubs, at times....I actually have a theory why this could be happening...It's my "Caravan Theory" ** and it might explain why teams are signing more practice squad "goys" these days?

Starting Pryor pretty much ensures the Raiders end up with the worst record this season. Unfortunately for them if this happens, it just means one black quarterback will be replaced by another as Teddy Bridgewater will likely be their pick in the draft. You know what they say, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting different results.

It's definitely a big-time disgrace the way Jordan Shipley's been treated. He had a very nice rookie season (during which he had a nasty concussion thanks to a vicious head-hunting tackle by T. J. Ward) following a great college career, then came back from his knee injury only to find he's no longer wanted in the league. Ace Sanders is all of 5'7", and even that's likely an exaggeration, he won't amount to anything more than a kick returner if he's lucky. Shipley's better than every receiver on the Raiders roster, to cite just one example. Truly a royal screwing by the NFL and its racial spoils policies.

Ourlads obviously is terrible in updating its depth charts. They had Shipley as a starter so I assumed his job was safe. Shipley is only 27 so he has plenty left in the tank. Now it depends on if any team will pick him up due to injuries.

I don't get the cutting of Hester. He was productive down the stretch for Denver and is the only fullback that the team has. I suspect when a back goes down he will be signed by Denver, but his NFL career is hanging by a string. :frusty:

Geno Smith was getting the same hype this time last year and look how that turned out. I wouldn't be surprised if the same happened with Bridgewater.

Of course, this year they're doubling down with Boyd.

There is some great humor in this news. The punter released so that "big legged" Marquette King could make the team was Chris Kluwe. Kluwe in the ultra-Liberal, pro sodomite crusader who's constantly pushing his vile platform through his position in the NFL. Isn't it hilarious that he himself is now a victim of a form of affirmative action, a program which he would undoubtedly support.

There are few times in life where justice is truly served. I will enjoy this brief moment and hope that this is the last we see of fruitcake Kluwe.

-1+1

Even though Dallas traded away Sean Lissemore to the Chargers, they did sign LB Kyle Bosworth off waivers (yes, the son of Brian Bosworth). He played 25 games the last two seasons with the Jags.
IF (and that's a big IF) he can work his way into starting, that means Dallas would have a whopping (sarcasm) three White starters on defense, and really we can at least HOPE for four if they go according to some talks and plans of having Rookie Jeff Heath (Saginaw Valley State) start at Safety... Four on an NFL D would be rather impressive in this day and age, but I doubt it happens at this point.
