after sevilla's victory in europa league, sevilla's best player, rakitic, kissed a team mate in a really gay manner
i won't post the image here
It was stupid what Rakitic did, and I definitely don't like all his tattoos, but media blew it out of proportion, even calling it a "gay kiss", which is ridiculous.
It's hard to believe Rakitic is a homosexual - he just recently got married with his Spanish girlfriend and they have a daughter.
Browsing the web I find this about Man City on Wikipedia. Supposedly they (and I presume other big teams too) have some special "work permit clubs", so as to make it even easier to import boatloads of Africans to Europe :icon_eek: :
Work permit clubs
Following the trend of other major English clubs, Manchester City has a series of agreements with clubs to whom they can loan youth players from non-EU countries who otherwise would need to serve five years of residence in the UK to earn an EU passport granting them the ability to play in England without needing a work permit. Primarily the countries of Benelux and Scandinavia are viewed as the shortest way of achieving this.

MANCHESTER, England (AP) — Manchester City expanded its global portfolio of clubs on Tuesday by buying a stake in Japanese team Yokohama F Marinos from Nissan Motor Co.
The Abu Dhabi-owned Premier League champions have already taken over Australian club Melbourne Heart and are starting new Major League Soccer franchise New York City FC
Yes,a sad phenomenon which helps in darkening the game.
Also,ManCity is actually buying up many clubs across the globe:

Not good for the game....at all.
How can someone support and identify with this type of club (Dubai owned, filled with Africans and other foreigners, yet somehow magically "English", representing Manchester) is beyond me... but hey - given the society of brainwashed, materialistic zombies we have become, it's no wonder...
Machiavelli comes to mind: "The prince merely has to keep the past institutions intact, while adapting these institutions to current events." - the Prince being the current powers-elites, past institutions in this case being football clubs with great tradition, many of whom had a strong identity and strong geographical, class, religious, ethnic and/or political affiliations. While keeping the outward appearances "intact" (the "brand"), these clubs are being emptied of their substance and transformed into nondescript artificial multicultural cesspools and multinational corporations ("adapting these institutions to current events") under the noses of an ever more emaciated fan-base. This is the essence of modern football.
players chosen by a saudi company? lol, if true it has to be the biggest scandal in soccer ever?Article claims Brazilian national team choices all about marketing: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...-2006-claim-sao-paulo-newspaper-10257202.html
