Jones is a suspect, at least a person of interest. Cops usually won't lable a person as a suspect till right before charges are filed. Jones will surely get some charges for this. From what I remember the Las Vegas PD is pro-white. Remember the rapper 2-pac? 2-punk was murdered on the Vegas strip after a Mike Tyson fight. There were "no whitnesses" and no one was ever charged.

thats the way most black murders go. The monkeys wont cooperate with "dem racist po-lice" so the killers go free. Then instead of blaming it on the murderers who are from their own communities, they find a way to blame whites for it

Leaving his last court appearance (accused of spitting into a black female's face, by the way) Jones was asked by reporters to explain his predicament.
Jones screamed, "RACIALLY MOTHER @#$^ING PROFILING, RACIALLY MOTHER @#$^ING PROFILING"!!!

What I would pay to see this subhuman piece of trash get his. When are people going to have enough of this TNB and stop putting trillions of their hard earned dollars into American Professional sports. Its hard to break the hold, considering the marketing blitz they put out there, but eventually people are going to have to see it for what it is.

I had to laugh today when they ran that Black History commerical during the NASCAR race, its like WTF are you thinking?

I know what you mean, I've been going to NASCAR races since I was 5 and I've only seen 3 blacks, ever. A dad and his 2 sons. I guess NASCAR is trying to sell more racing jackets. It reminds me of a joke my dad told me when I was like 10. What does NASCAR stand for? N

This all goes back to the article that asks why we care about professional sports now in the first place. This is a test of our convictions. It's the typical American fan, planting his under exercised fat ass in front of the tube on Sunday or at the game, putting money in Adam Jones hands. I watched all of 3 NFL games last year, I caneasily make it zero next year.

If we don't take a stand by not watching the games, not buying products that sponsor the NFL, and be vocal about why, then we're all nothing. We all make a lot of hard talk in here, it's time for a litte follow thru.

Unless you're a Nielsen family, not watching the games isn't going to do any good. You can cancel your subscription to NFL ticket maybe, but that's it. If you're not going to buy any of the products advertised during the game, it's not going to matter unless you let those companies know why you're not watching. And it's going to take a seriously critical mass of people complaining about the same thing for them to take notice. There is just too much money involved.

I agree with the idea of boycotting NFL products. I don't buy NFL branded hats, jerseys, or any other gear. although there is some merit to buying the jerseys of relatively unknown white players, if one is so inclined.

Not watching is a start. It might not have direct monetary impact, but it takes a few to get the ball rolling. By all means, write to the sponsors and tell them why you're not watching. They'll care.

Buying jerseys of just white players, unfortunately, is still a contribution. The NFL owns all the logos.

Since my team is probably going to end up drafting a black quarterback (who's married to a white woman by the way) that might just be the straw that broke the camels back and enough for me to say, I'm outta here. Watching football on sundays is a waste of time anyway. I mean I love athletic competition just as much as the next guy (I'm an avid hockey player) but why should I care if my towns negroes beat some other towns negroes. It makes no difference in the long run and without having your Sunday afternoons bogged down by watching football. Think of all the things you could be doing with your families such as going ice skating, going to church, going to a park, going fishing, etc...

You're not the only one who feels that way. There aren't enough of us yet, but the numbers are growing.

Lance,

That's what's even more pointless about it. They're not even your towns' negroes. They're from anywhere and everywhere. And next year, they couldbe playing against you if you don't pay him enough.

It makes more actual sense to support your local high school teams. Or even your local college team if they at least have half their guys from the same state.

good point. But I really could care less if they are from my town or not. In fact, I would prefer them not to be from my town as I wouldnt want to have it associated with the violent crime that todays NFL players are known for. Hockey on the other hand, I feel differently about, as I like cheering for whites from all over the globe, whether they come from Finland, Russia, Sweden, Albania, USA, Canada, England, Spain, Greece, Czech Republic, Norway, Romania etc... In fact I have more in common with Russian atheletes that dont even speak English than I do with Negroes that come from my own home town. I'd rather cheer for them instead of our own homegrown criminals

Lance/Bart/Cutty, good points on forgoing the NFL these days. Without their GOD-given talent, most of these overpaid, primadonna woodpiles would be selling crackrock, stealing hubcaps or digging ditches (at best) for a living. My wife doesn't like me loading up on football anyways, so I could earn points with her by not watching the NFL on Sundays.

Like the YoBA, the NFL has become too thugged out for my taste (I'll stick to MMA & college football).

Publicist says Jones was victim in club brawl</font>

A publicist for Adam "Pacman" Jones disputes the court filings which blame Jones, in part, for helping spark a melee and a triple shooting at a Las Vegas strip club two weeks ago.

Cheryl Moss, Jones' publicist, told The Tennessean of Nashville that Jones didn't take a trash bag of dollar bills into the club, didn't punch a dancer and doesn't know the shooter. She also blamed bouncers in the club, Minxx, of macing a member of Jones' group, body slamming his stylist and choking Jones.

Jones has been interviewed in the case, but police have not listed him as a suspect or person of interest.

"He has made bad decisions in the past," Moss told The Tennessean. "But he's not a criminal."

Moss said that Jones got the plastic bag of dollar bills from a stripper after the club ran out of single dollar bills. She said that a music producer, Jermaine Dupri, had arranged for 40 strippers to be on stage, and for patrons such as Jones and rapper Nelly to shower them with dollar bills.

Moss then said that protocol calls for club management to scoop up money when more than one dancer is on stage at a time, dividing it among the dancers. One of the dancers, she said, grabbed some money, causing a fight between that dancer and three others. Jones' stylist, Sadia Morrison, tried to pull a stripper from the fight, according to Moss.

During that time, Chris Mitchell, a party organizer, tried to grab the bag of dollar bills, according to Moss. Mitchell ran into Jones' bodyguard, starting a struggle which ended in the bodyguard being maced by a club bouncer. Jones was put in a headlock by Aaron Cudworth, who was later shot.

Mitchell, according to the police warrant, "admits that he took the money in the bag belonging to Jones because he thought it was for the dancers."

Moss then said the fight got out of control, with bouncers and patrons swinging wildly. She termed the club bouncers "completely out of line" and said: "I was there. He was victimized. They kicked Pac's [rear end]," according to The Tennessean.

The police warrant says the fight got out of control after Mitchell left the club. "Jones became irate about the loss of his money, and the fact that girls were in a frenzy, picking up the money at their feet," the warrant says.

The warrant also says that a woman identified as a member of Jones' group fought with one of the strippers and security tried to break up the fight. Jones told the guards to back off and reached behind his back "as if he were retrieving a weapon there."

Jones' entourage was moved outside, but the women continued to fight, according to the warrant.

Moss told the Tennessean that Jones and his seven friends were split up during the commotion. Jones and his bodyguard waited for a taxi outside while she talked to a manager, Moss said.

"It really bothers him that the guy got paralyzed," Moss said. "It really disturbs him. He's beside himself about this."

It takes them 2 weeks to come up with this BS and they cant even get the story straight? His publicist claims the money wasn't his. If it wasn't his, then why would he be irate about the loss of it? How do you expect a bunch of worthless skanks to react when to throw 81 grand into the air? Edited by: White Mike

Pacman's attorney fears 'mob mentality'</font>
Lawyer urges fans, media not to judge until case resolved

By JIM WYATT
Staff Writer

His office is roughly 250 miles away in Atlanta, but the attorney for Pacman Jones is fully aware of what's being said, and what some might think, about his client in Nashville.

On Thursday, attorney Manny Arora asked for everyone not to rush to judgment on cases involving the Titans cornerback, while criticizing authorities in Georgia for the way they've portrayed him on charges in his home state.

"I'd like people to take pause, and rather than the mob mentality kicking in, I'd like for them to sit back and say, 'Hey, he didn't do these things. He's been in the wrong situation, yeah.' But he is almost snakebit a little bit," Arora said.

"He's been trashed in every possible forum publicly â€â€￾ television, the newspaper â€â€￾ and all for what? It is almost like there's an open call for anyone who wants to say anything negative about Adam. That's what this has become.''

While detectives in Las Vegas continue to investigate a triple shooting on Feb. 19 â€â€￾ the co-owner of the strip club where that incident took place accused Jones of being a friend of the shooter â€â€￾ old charges in Georgia against Jones came to light on Wednesday when it was discovered that he's due in court later this month for allegedly obstructing police during an incident last February.

Jones was arrested and charged with marijuana possession not long after that incident in Fayetteville, Ga., though those charges were dismissed. On Thursday, the Fayette County solicitor said there wasn't strong enough evidence against Jones to prosecute that case, but even that set off a controversy.

Jones has been involved in at least 10 off-the-field incidents involving police since he was drafted in the first round of the 2005 draft.

"I am not happy about it, but there is not much I can do about it unless I just want to go over there and pound on the solicitor's desk,'' said Mike Pruitt of the Fayette County Drug Task Force, who was involved in arresting Jones, along with his mother and two friends.

"It was his house, and the basement had dope scattered all over it in plain view. I think it was a good case against him. It's not right.''

Jones under stress

The Tennessean has had numerous conversations with Jones this week, but not for print. Jones expressed frustration with some of the stories he'd read, and Arora said Jones "is stressed beyond belief.''

Jones is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Fayetteville later this month on a felony charge of obstructing police and two charges of misdemeanor obstruction after a scuffle with police.

According to Fayetteville Police Chief Steve Heaton, the obstruction charges stem from a verbal confrontation between police and Jones and some friends who were in a car outside a house around 1 a.m. in an area where numerous thefts had been reported. Heaton said Jones fought with police when he ran into the home. A police report said Jones bit an officer during the scuffle.

What police didn't make clear, Arora said, is that Jones was sitting in front of his girlfriend's house and had done nothing wrong. "The police gave no reason why they came up to Pac's car. He had committed no crime, and there was no reason for police to come up and talk to him, but they do,'' Arora said. "He told police he wanted to leave and (a) police officer ordered him back in the car, and everything starts from there."

In the marijuana charge that wasn't prosecuted, Fayette County Solicitor General Jamie Inaguwa said Thursday that Jones didn't have any marijuana in his possession, and that his mother and a friend claimed responsibility for the marijuana that was found in his house during a search by authorities.

A total of four individuals were initially charged in the case, and two of the four were prosecuted, Inaguwa said. He said a friend of Jones, Marcus Bowens, said he had been smoking in the car the two arrived in. But Inaguwa, citing a police report, said Jones said he hadn't been smoking.

"With him driving up and not being in the house and the people pleading guilty to it inside, it would be very difficult for me to substantiate a charge against (Jones), no matter how I felt,'' Inaguwa said.

Pruitt, however, said Jones admitted in another conversation that he had been smoking marijuana on the drive from Nashville to Atlanta after initially denying it.

Lawyer weighs options

Authorities in Las Vegas still haven't named a suspect in the triple shooting at the Minxx Gentleman's Club, which paralyzed one man.

Meanwhile, Arora is considering his own options in that case, which could include filing suits against co-owner Robert Susnar, who has accused Jones of starting the melee and being involved.

The Titans and the NFL are monitoring the events. There's a chance Jones could be in violation of the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy, which relates to off-the-field matters. Accusations of marijuana use raise questions about his potentially being in violation of the NFL's Substance Abuse Policy.

The Titans haven't commented much on the issue, saying they're waiting on all of the facts. At the NFL Combine last weekend, Titans General Manager Mike Reinfeldt didn't rule out the possibility of Jones not being on the roster this fall.

"From me reading in the papers and different things, certainly there is a lot of pressure on the team to do something, and I compliment them that they have not commented or gone public until all the facts are out,'' Arora said. "What happens if they cut him and do all these things and the case is never a case and he's just always been a witness? Now you've ruined a young kid's life ...

"It just doesn't seem like any of this (negativity) out there is going to stop any time. Nothing positive seems to ever show up on the radar screen, things he has done. I don't want it to be a contest where he's good, he's bad, or he's this, that or the other, but nobody hesitates to think, 'Hey, he has been in trouble before, but the charges weren't there.' Yeah, he's made some bad choices, but those cases get dismissed for a reason."

Tommy Urbanski is a good man made paralyzed by the Rothschild-dominated porn and football industry. This event makes me extremely angry

Can't believe noone in teh NFL or NBA has gone to visit this guy or at least make a statement to him and his family. Scumbags each and every one of them. You KNOW for a fact if it was a black who got shot by a white hoodlum they powers that be would be all over the place. These guys are all beneath contempt and that goes for the whites who run the f'ing show too. Scumbags.

More like atleast a year. He has to have charges dropped from an incident in GA. If he is charged and prosecuted for the Las Vegas incident his suspension is likely to increase.
