The Alliance of American Football League kicks off February 9th right after the Super Bowl. Barely paying attention wasn't there going to be an XFL League arriving in 2020?

I was jumping around the stations a couple of nights ago and I saw what was called a "QB Draft" taking place on CBSSN. Then I noticed Trevor Knight the speedy QB getting picked in the first round by the Arizona Hotshots.

This led me to investigate. There will be 8 teams and the season will end around the time of the NFL draft. The initial game will be broadcast on CBS but after that once a week on CBSSN. Not sure I will be able to watch those games do to scheduling. Not sure I would want to watch it anyway.

Is it a white friendly league?

Not exactly. I went through the rosters and it pretty much sticks to caste form.

Below however is a list of WRs most know here that are scattered among the teams.

Troy Pelletier ( Lehigh)

Richard Mullaney

Jake Wieneke

Nelson Spruce

Matt Sewall (Bryant). Sewall is an interesting case. Ran a 4.37 on his pro day and jumped 42 inches. Explosive player who is 5'9" 183.

Below is a wiki entry on the AAF.

I have been following the aaf for some time.
I think they have made 8 teams to the south and the xfl will do 8 to the north (if the 2019 season will be decent for the aaf).

to govern the aaf there are members of the old xfl and many well-known names of football have been hired (does not seem the usual ridiculous league).
1200 players discarded for redundancy in the nfl may constitute a good league.
if aaf and xfl are not in agreement then they are the same league, that starts cautiously south in 2019 and north in 2020 and then join. (as I said in the tread xfl)

6 out of 8 XFL teams will be south of the Mason-Dixon line. You can't get fans to come to outside games in the North in February or March because it's too damn cold.

8 out of 8 teams in the AAF are in the south (if you count southern California and Utah as the south)

The XFL has a St. Louis team and the AAF has teams in San Diego and San Antonio. I'd expect a team to relocate to Oakland after the Raiders leave - my money is on the New York team to relocate as it's too damn cold in NY to watch minor league football in February. Utah, however, will probably get a lot of fans as they aren't an NFL city.

Thanks for the research Shadowlight. You are totally correct - this is in no way shape or form a white friendly league. It's essentially the NFL in terms of racial composition.

RB Max Mickey, DBs Cole Reyes and Ryan Moeller are the only other recognizable names at caste positions. I wish all of our guys well but I really don't know how long this league will last - same with the XFL. The weekly images of NFL stadiums make me wonder if those who still follow football will continue to do so after the Super Bowl. So much of the NFL interest is tied into fantasy football and gambling.

I doubt the XFL will be any different from a racial aspect either - the first incarnation was pretty much a mirror version of the NFL at that time.

I think what we have to face is the fact there is a strict quota system in the NFL (and NBA for that matter). Since we see a disproportionate number of white players succeeding in the NFL, at positions like LB, DE and "slot" WR, that should result in other teams "copying" the trend and giving more whites a chance. We don't.

Every team should be looking for other J.J. Watts, Luke Kuechely's, Wes Welker's and Eric Decker's. Instead, we continue to see great white college players screwed over year after year. Meanwhile, a handful- and it's pretty much the exact same ratio every year, much like the number of whites drafted each year never varies, the very definition of a quota- are granted an opportunity and usually do very well with that opportunity.

Despite the fact that blacks bust over and over again in each draft, EVERY team, even the Broncos, Texans and Patriots, continue to waste high draft picks on them. As Don has astutely pointed out many times, the black "talent" pool is really dwindling. But despite this, somehow we continue to see an unlimited supply of blacks in the NCAA, the NFL, and even the CFL and lesser leagues like Arena Football. They could seemingly form ten new leagues, and you'd still have the majority of players being black. How is that possible? They are only 12% of the population.

This is why I believe pro sports have become an artificial construct, much as the entertainment world has become manipulated, to constantly promote all this amazing black "talent" that is seemingly everywhere. As can be readily seen, most of the black "entertainers" have no more business being promoted as singers or actors than most of the black athletes have any business being handed lucrative careers in professional basketball, football and baseball.

I just wanted to kickoff my initial reply in this thread with a 2013 post from ex-CF poster bigunreal, who I hope will come back. I went almost four years without posting here, so it's possible he will return? The key to bigunreal's post is his claim that they could form ten new leagues, and you'd still have majority black. I agreed in 2013 and agree even more after tracking the CFL in recent years and now looking at AAF rosters.

The league is about 10 ten days from kickoff and rosters have seemingly been finalized. In caste terms, it's not pretty.

List of whites at Caste Positions (WR, RB, Defense):

Eastern Conference:

Atlanta: LB Dylan Donahue
Birmingham: DL Jake Payne; DL Casey Sayles; S Jacob Hagen
Memphis: WR Reece Horn; WR Fabian Guerra; LB Colton Jumper; LB Davis Tull
Orlando: None

Western Conference:

Arizona: WR Richard Mullaney; LB Scooby Wright
Salt Lake: DE Karter Schult; DE Luke Carrezola; LB Trevor Reilly; LB Greer Martini; S Micah Hannemann
San Antonio: DT Winston Craig; DE Matthew Godin; LB Joel Lanning; S Chase Dutra
San Diego: WR Nelson Spruce; DT Andrew Stelter; LB Frank Ginda; LB A.J. Tarpley; S Ryan Moeller

Comments: San Diego is coached by Mike Martz, who actually seemed like a fair man. Went for best talent, regardless of race, with the Rams and won a lot....His reward, he never got a 2nd head coaching job!....No surprise folks, Steve Spurrier is head coach of the very caste Orlando team.... A.J. Tarpley is surprising. Former Stanford star had a strong rookie season in Buffalo, then retired due to concussion fears.....Jacob Hagan had a great pre-season for the Steelers a few years ago, but, needless to say, never had a chance to make the Crawfords....Nelson Spruce won the L.A. Rams #3 WR spot as a rookie in 2016, but never played a down due to "nagging injuries"; was eventually cleansed altogether. Winston Craig did a nice job in pre-season for Philadelphia, but never made it....Three Western Conference teams that begin with a "S" are the only teams worth watching at all!

Finally: I did the best I could to identify the names, but might have missed some names and I'm not 100% sure Godin, Stelter and Dutra are white. Yes, I could've "googled" those 3 and more names, but have no desire to do so at all. If anyone recognizes a name I missed, feel free to point them out. Here are the rosters:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Salt_Lake_Stallions_roster (Page has links to the 7 teams rosters)

Edit
: Added 3 players thanks to Red Raider's helpful post. Figured Payne was probably white; thought Sayles might be white; completely surprised a WR named Reece Horn is white. As noted in post, didn't want google several dozen "borderline names", realizing most would be black. Reece Horn is a name I would not even bothered to check.

Thanks for the very informative breakdown Truthteller and company. Looking forward to seeing that Western Trio of Teams you mentioned in action(at least Defensively)

Good to see Micah Hannemann is still playing!

So Matt Sewall has an amazing workout but left off a roster?! :confundio1:

Memphis WR Reece Horn is a white guy, had a shot with the Colts & Titans a couple years back. Birmingham DL Jake Payne and Casey Sayles are also white guys who gave the NFL a shot.

Dalton Crossan and Ross Scheuerman come to mind as running backs.....
These guys can play in this league....Hopefully they haven’t given up.....
DC didn’t stick on a practice squad and RS didn’t stick in Canada.....

A ridiculous set up if there ever was one. Just seemed to me and maybe many here there would be more white faces at the skill positions but as far as I can tell the ratio is maybe even worse than the NFL.

Too bad. I get into a winter grump slump in February due to winter fatigue and football ending and thought perhaps this little league will take some of the edge off. Crap was I mislead.

If New England loses my misery will extend throughout the rest of the winter. I can hear it now. The caste slant on why the Rams won and the Patriots lost. And the self congratulatory black athlete worship will sicken me to no end. I find I am getting even more sensitive to this caste crap as time moves on.

So for my sanity the Patriots better win. I imagine most if not all here are rooting for Brady and the gang.

Looking at the team breakdowns good grief makes me wonder if a lot of white talent went out and found real jobs after being ignored by the NFL? Shouldn't there at least be more white wide receivers? And just like the NFL this AAF thing follows the official caste guide and eliminates smaller white speedster WRs like Matt Sewall who was trying out for the Orlando squad who apparently have no white skill players anywhere.

Along with the absurdly low number of "three" white WRs( Reece Horn who?) I think for me the two most intriguing players include speedy dual threat QB "shouldn't he be on an NFL roster as a Taysom Hill type back up" Trevor Knight of Arizona and hyper athletic ex Saints LB Davis Hull. Also like S Hannemann whose brother is a minor league baseball speedster.

I will need a sugar rush dose of football after the Super Bowl but my interest in this half ass league will depend on the caste factor. If it tilts too much in the caste direction, which based on the rosters seems almost certain, I will shut down my interest. The best hope is that most all of the scant amount of white skill players and defenders start or get ample playing time. Still the whole operation has a minor league kind of aura that will be hard to shake.

Basically filler entertainment as I await the combine, pro days and the draft. I can picture myself losing interest after the first week. Ha.

Worth noting they have secured a nice TV deal. Expanded from initial reports of CBS and CBSSN broadcasting rights, now TNT and most notably the NFL Network will televise games. In fact the NFL Network will televise quite a lot of games.

See below the TV schedule.

https://fbschedules.com/aaf-schedule/

[update: I believe Trevor Knight won the starting job for Arizona. Hell I think Knight can do the same things as Lamar Jackson, perhaps even better, yet here he is in this minor league. Word is the NFL pushed for Knight to change positions. Meanwhile The Ravens are bankrupting their future so QB Lamar can get worshipping media attention 24/7]

There are three white linebackers who have NFL potential, Frank Ginda, Joel Lanning and Scooby Wright. If they do well in this league and develop maybe they can stick with an NFL team.

Ginda led college football in tackles. Lanning is a converted quarterback with limited experience at linebacker yet played very well. Wright had a spectacular career until his last year in college was derailed by injury.

I hope they all do well.

Was hoping to see Leo Musso's name pop up in one of these development leagues. Ignored after a spectacular Senior season. Led Wisconsin with 5ints along with 74tackles in 2017.

Tarpley’s name is shocking to me considering he called it quits after one year because of concussions. I wonder what changed? And if he wanted to play football again no nfl team would give him a tryout? He had some good tape from a solid rookie season in buffalo.

Was just channel surfing and Memphis at Birmingham is being televised by CBS Sports Network (Channel 221 on DirecTV). It's just about to kick off. Looks like Christian Hackenberg is the starting QB for Memphis while Birmingham features the legendary bust Trent Richardson at RB.

Besides Hackenberg, Memphis has a White starting receiver named Reece Horn. The rest of the offense, including the line, is black. Birmingham has a White TE and two White o-lineman, and a mestizo QB. Best I can tell both have all-Magical defenses, except for Casey Sales of Birmingham. Six White starters out of 44. :afro: I've seen enough.

LB Greer Martini recorded 7tackles and a Sack for Salt Lake City!

It's too bad SLC has an absolute oaf at RB in Joel Bougnanon. He had 16 carries for 39 yards. 2.4 average.

I don't know if anyone has counted, and I've only seen clips from a couple of games. This new league appears to be even blacker than the NFL.

I added another white wide receiver to the list above: Fabian Guerra, Memphis Express. He played at Fairmount State and comes from Miami, so I would assume he's Cuban American? Kind of looks like some of the white-Hispanics that played for the Los Angeles Dodgers in recent years. He backs up white receiver Reece Horn.

America, as far as the demographics of the league, as I noted two weeks ago (post #5), the three Western Conference teams that begin with a "S" are the only teams worth watching at all! How it compares to the NFL, I would say it's worse, believe it or not! In terms of white skill position players and defense it's probably the same. At quick glance, however, I'd say it's worse because even in the NFL several very Caste teams (i.e. L.A. Rams, Kansas City, Tennessee, Detroit, Atlanta) have at least 4 starting white offensive lineman. It's hard to say with 100% accuracy (unless I google most of the offensive linemen), but it appears the AAF has a noticeably larger percentage of black and Polynesian offensive lineman. One difference, in favor of the AAF, is there are no starting black quarterbacks, at this point. Josh Johnson was supposed to start for San Diego, but signed with the Redskins after Colt McCoy was injured.

So, after San Antonio, San Diego and Salt Lake being modestly white friendly, I'd say Memphis is somewhat watchable with two white wide receiver's and a white fullback that got 4 carries for 14 yards last week. Only reason to watch Arizona is wide receiver Richard Mullaney and a shorter white quarterback from the ACC (Wolford) that dominated week 0ne.....Birmingham, outside of former Steelers safety prospect Jacob Hagan and an athletic tight end, is unwatchable. Steve Spurrier's Orlando team is predictable and totally unwatchable. Predictable in the sense that they have three white quarterbacks, then the balance of the roster looks like Grambling or Alcorn State. But as bad as Orlando is, Atlanta is probably worse.

Like the USFL, which current AAF founder Bill Polian was a part of, this league has a "territorial draft", meaning teams automatically get the rights to players that played at local colleges. Given the football demographics of the SEC, ACC, Sun Belt Conference and others, it should be little surprise these Southern teams are so Caste.

Overall, this league is not real impressive. One oddity is Salt Lake City's defense. They had 4 white starters last week. Add 3 Polynesian starters on the defensive line, and you get a very rare pro team that does not have a majority black defense.

Thanks for the roster updates and after giving the league a decent glance last weekend I have thrown in the towel already.

I thought that if the Patriots had lost that I could turn to this league for some reassurance or something but at the end of the day there were not enough white carrots so to speak and it all reminded me of the CFL. It suddenly dawned on me I wasn't in the mood to watch anymore football.

The final tipping point was noticing that hyper athletic QB Trevor Knight got beat out for the starting job in Arizona. I wish the skill white players and white defenders all the best here but I doubt any of them will join an NFL team. Hell these players are below practice squad levels aren't they? Some are decent and would like to see them get a chance but I don't see it. The whole thing reeks of minor league careerism.

February is a brutal sports month to begin with and this league won't save it for me. So back to college basketball, the NBA and some NHL and of course the upcoming combine and pro days. I am keeping tabs on the build up to the draft and NFL off season news which for me is more exciting than this sort of half ass league.

Some people might like this AAF. I just don't feel the need to tune in.

Leonardfan, you might be correct. Hagen does have a "unique" look and he definitely comes off as a bit of a whigger.....You Tube has a close up video of him off the field: Jacob Hagen Chess and Football and he does appear to be white. Kind of dorky and whiggerish and perhaps part Native American, but probably white? But I did say probably white, so I'm not 100% sure. I don't think he's black; if he isn't totally white I would say he could be a Sam Bradford type?

As far as white defensive players in the AAF making it to the NFL, San Diego safety Ryan Moeller, San Antonio defensive tackle Winston Craig and Salt Lake linebacker Greer Martini look like they have the best chance. All are fairly young and are among the best in the league. As red raider and Bucky noted in this thread, Moeller and Martini looked great week 1. My guess is older goys like A.J. Tarpley and Davis Tull will probably be deemed too old by the Caste scouts.

Craig is a sumo-like white, who had 1.5 sacks week one. I thought he looked great in pre-season games for the Philadelphia Eagles. Brandon Noble and Kelly Gregg used NFL Europe to get to the NFL a while back. Hopefully Craig gets the same chance. I'm really impressed by him. Kind of reminds me of Beau Allen.

Just found a great link regarding Moeller. Didn't realize how awesome he was in high school, yet this self-described "Rudy" still had to walk-on at Colorado?

As a senior at Rifle High School in 2012, Moeller rushed for 3,002 yards and 43 touchdowns. It was one of the greatest single-season performances in the history of Colorado high school football.

http://www.buffzone.com/football-cubuffs/ci_31271021/hard-work-carried-buffs-ryan-moeller-success

Kevin Kaesviharn (Euro-Asian white) made it to the NFL from the XFL; Andrew Sendejo made it to the NFL from the UFL.....I'm hoping Moeller makes it a "hat-track" of white safeties from fringe leagues to NFL starter.

This week Karter Schult was the standout for SLC in another loss. 6 Tackles, 2Sacks, 4QB hits, and a forced fumble!

TT thanks for the mention of Winston Craig. Good to see another interior DL prospect with some pass rushing ability!

Rockybleier is right. Scheurman and Crossan would be ideal candidates for this league.. but we all know Whites need not apply .

Good old Weenieworld. Can you imagine what Weenieworld would write if it was say Toby Gerhart putting up these kind of pitiful numbers? They would use every pejorative from their anti-White handbook to attack him:

Trent Richardson rushed 19 times for 41 yards and one touchdown in the Birmingham Iron's 12-9, Week 2 win over the Salt Lake Stallions on Saturday, adding six catches for 50 yards on seven targets.
Richardson has been the offense for the 2-0 Iron through two weeks, rushing for 58 yards and a pair of scores in the Week 1 shutout of the Express before playing through a hamstring injury and scoring the game-winning touchdown with 4:48 left in this one. Richardson's rushing numbers aren't jumping off the page with a 42-99-3 line for a pitiful 2.36 YPC, but he's been a workhorse and has a nose for the end zone. Richardson isn't showing anything to get himself back in the NFL, but he's doing enough to remain a foundation piece in the AAF.
