This program that this video is an advertisement for is called plyometrics, or depth jumping. It really works to increase your vertical leap. I did it for a while in 9th and 10th grade and it definitely helped me. Granted I couldn't jump anything like the guy in this video, but it helped noticeably. If you have a son who wants to increase his vertical leap and explosiveness, get him on a plyometrics program.
Some people think you can't increase your vertical leap or sprinting speed through working at it. They actually think you are stuck with whatever your natural ability is for explosive athletic abilities like jumping and sprinting. I played basketball in middle school and 9th grade with a kid who thought this. I remember him saying to me "you can't increase speed." He probably said this because this kid was a naturally good athlete and he didn't want any other people to work at their athletic skills and close the gap with him. But you can certainly improve these abilities if you know the right exercises to do.

Jacob Tucker is still the best dunker I have ever seen in my life period. It's not even close. We have talked about him before but I had to bring it up again. He can do any dunk that guys 5 - 10 inches taller
than him struggle to do even with great athletecism. Tucker has the greatest vertical leap I've ever seen. Would have love to seen him compete in the Olympics in the high jump as he would probably have

i’ll admit that i prefer a humble approach, as well, but that’s not the “street ball” image that is en vogue these days. what stands out to me, however, is that it’s interesting how when black street ballers punk White kids like this it’s “cool,” but when the roles are reversed it’s problematic. double standards abound.
the dude certainly has hops, though. i wonder what the rest of his story is, as well as what led up to this moment.

I love it!! That kid has some major balls to pull that surrounded by lots of diversity! Of course I wish he didn’t talk in that manner but youths are inundated with it from the moment they wake up in the morning and pick up their phone or turn on the tv. In that environment he may have got jumped by 5 or 6 of them if he talked like some kid from the Midwest, showed any type of weaknesses or had on headband/knee pads. They only respect strength.
Yeah, you really don't know what kind of environment the White kid has grown up in, or that smaller kid may be someone who had been giving him a hard time, especially surrounded by all his black buddies. The biggest surprise to me is that none of them did anything after he embarrassed the kid and then pushed him. Certainly we've seen the reverse situation countless times where a lone Black bullies or assaults Whites and all the Whites do nothing.

The most frustrating thing for me is that for decades is that the majority of super athletic white guys never get drafted into the nba or they do but never get to play. It's almost
like there is a caste system trying to hide white athletecism. No they would never do that says the elephant in the room.
Look what happens to most of our guys. The nba doesn't want them to become stars. I could list so many but I will name only a few off the top of my head.
Marko Milic, Joe Alexander, Pat Connaughton, Grayson Allen, Mac McClung. The guys that do make it don't get to start the majority of the time. I find it
ironic that they rarely are allowed in the NBA Dunk Contest. Most give up and go play in Europe or over in Asia. Can you blame them?

goes another athletic freak talent that will be burried on the bench with splinters on his ass.

The way that he is behaving is appropriate for the situation. The guys around him at that moment behave like that and will respect him if he is successful after trash talking his opponent.

Marko Milic dunked over that car as a teenager. I've seen so many of our guys for decades just disapear into nowhere. The NBA and all
the other pro sports leagues hate athletic white guys. Joe Alexander could dunk from the free throw line. Sorry that's not allowed to be done
by white guys. Brent Barry embarassed the league once and they will not let it happen again. This is the TRUTH!
So many guys. I could make a list that would be endless but it doesn't matter as whites are not wanted. Especially our most athletic guys!

Thanks for reminding me of Millic WL!!,I had high hopes for that guy and I was just a kid!! It made no sense to me that he wasn’t an Allstar but now I understand.

I agree imagine Larry bird with Mason Plumlees body. Lebron would quiver in fear!! Larry was almost that athletic but he cut his career short by diving on the court after loose balls drinking beer, and getting into hard core brawls (which is awesome) on the floor. Larry would have made lebron quiver in fear anyways.
