2026 UNC Tarheels

Since 2009 The UNC Tarheels have started 7, 4, 5, 4, 3, 6, 8, 10, 6, 4, 5, 5, 5, 4, 5, 3 and 4 white athletes. In 2026 they will improve and start 6. The much hyped QB Bryce Baker has transferred to VA. Tech., so GR/TR Billy Edwards will lead the Tar heel offense this season with Miles O'Neill backing Edwards up at number 2. At TE the Heels will start 6'8 Jaxxon Warren a RS SO/TR-Colorado St.
UNC signed a white RB out of New Rochelle NY, Crew Davis, but he's not listed on the depth chart among 4 RB's, so he should RS. The center position will be manned by Christo Kelly.

The defense will start 3 including Syracuse transfer LB Derek McDonald. Peyton Seelman another transfer from Richmond will start at the WLB position. NC native and Minnesota transfer Coleman Bryson will start at Safety with the departure of last year's starter Will Hardy.

Billy Edwards is a pretty good quarterback with a high floor. This is his sixth season and fourth team after a redshirt and medical greyshirt. I wouldn't be surprised if he sticks around on an NFL practice squad, although there's little chance he'll be drafted.

If Belichick's girlfriend is going to continue to be part of the college football storyline, I'd prefer he just go all the way and replace her with a menagerie of bikini-clad ring girls on the sidelines. They could hold up the formation cards during the huddle like the boxing ring girls.
