The American was a very poor sportsman when the race was over, the black pride is so fragile lol she should be happy her country's taxpayers paid her way via USA Athletics and that gangster style armcross(folded arms) when she was introduced was a thing of beauty lol. Kus is a very smart and very fast 400m champion and she is a looker as well. I was impressed by the 4th place finisher Lenka Gymerska of Slovakia as well, she came on from along way back in a NR of 52.37. Jan-Hendrik Heymans of South Africa won the men's javelin in a U20 WL distance of 80.20m, he did this on his last throw.

The Polish gal really settled in and ran her own race. Didn’t panic when she got passed early on and just stayed relaxed. And yeah the black spoiled brats weren’t too happy about the hot blonde kicking their butts!
 
It would be so cool if Sam Blastkowski could run in the Silesia Diamond League on August 23rd. I wonder how his current conditioning is.
 
South Africa fielded an all white team to win the silver medal in the men's 4x400m relay.
Overall South Africa and Australia were very impressive at these U20 World Championships.

Lotta Kemppinen of Finland just ran a 10.95 100m. Wind was just above legal +2.3. Would have been leading time in Europe. She will break the old Finnish NR 11.13 any day now. She ran 11.21 in heats with zero wind and an atrocious reaction time of 0.23 sec.

This has to be heart breaking for her. I wish the wind was 2.0 as we all do. It shows her what she is capable of. She is on the cusp of putting
Finish Women Sprinting back into the spotlight. This would be fantastic as this small country has so much track history tradition!
