2026 NFL Preseason

Chargers are done if Herbert gets injured. Lance is up there with Jamarcus Russell as a generational bust.

Dan Jackson sighting for the Lions. He was lost last preseason after a good career at UGA.

Allar to Wetjen for the TD!!! Drew looks great. Can really sling it with ease.

Edit: it’s become obvious to me just watching tonight that Kaden was criminally underused by Iowa. Shame on them for not using him as a dangerous slot machine for all those years.
it’s as if i knew what i was talking about all those years. LOL

DE Cian Slone is a player from NC State I’ve never heard of. Playing well for the Raiders. A couple of tackles (1 for a loss) plus a sack.

Dylan Laube with a few more carries for not much. A 14 yard reception at least.

Wilson was a huge flop last season even with Rodgers as the QB, so there's definitely hope for Wetjen at WR but it may take a racial apprenticeship of a year or two.

Hurleman should be a starting WR in the NFL, very impressive athlete.
Maybe being Rodgers final season ; will advocate Wetjen start; and he will be exempted from his racial apprenticeship

Hurleman is explosive too!

NFL Network said Drew Aller nice game tonight..shows how bad Penn State OC was last year

Anderson Castle breaks one for 18 yards! 5 carries for 29 yards and counting.
Thought he got cut already?? They resigned him? Going undrafted was hoping he could at least land on the Practice Squad

Nice to see Raiders WR Jack Bech shine ..he can be a big timer with the right opportunity

49ers WR Trent Irwin with the 1st down catch on 3rd & long...still bummed about Ricky Pearsall

Castle was great!

Larison was not… 7 rushes for 1 yard?? What happened? Every other person who got carries did better. Not a good look.

Castle finished 9 for 47. Best out of the Colts RBs.

Another player to keep a watchful eye on is Caden Curry. Stud edge rusher from Ohio State fell all the way to the 6th round due to lack of upside. Well yesterday he lead the team in tackles with 6 (2 for a loss), a sack, 2 passes defended and 3 QB hits. And all of this was probably in like half of a game.

I saw his stat line - a dominant first showing for Curry!

Riley Moss with an interception tonight. He’s reportedly looked great in camp too. Improving each season. Drew Sanders actually healthy for once and playing.

Thanks for the head's up! Had just mentioned CB Riley Moss on local Saints chat board the other day with the White CB Jayden Price thread

College Ex QB turned WR Garrett Greene with the 35 yard catch for the Bucs !

Thanks for the updates! Always a time of optimism before the end of the summer purge..

I’m going to spam Whitlock with Anderson Castle comments. Feel Free to join me fellas! Get him off the WNBGay talk for a bit!

I’ve seen reports praising how athletic Moss is. I had to read it twice.

Will have to see if it carries into the season, but the positive press is good.

Hoping Cody Schrader has a good game.

Good call on Greene.

Another standout for the Bucs was outside linebacker Jack Pyburn. The former LSU star was deemed unworthy of even a 7th round selection. Yet tonight he was the defensive standout. 3 tackles (2 for losses), 2 sacks and 2 QB hits. Remember goys, sports is a meritocracy.

Tonight was like the night of fringe White RBs. Unfortunately none had a kick down the door breakout game.

Sam Scott - Jets: 3 carries for 13 yards and 1 catch for 9 yards.
Cody Schrader - Broncos: 7 carries for 17 yards and 2 catches for 6 yards.
Cash Jones - Falcons: 3 carries for 8 yards.

Other guys who stood out to me:
Joseph Manjack with 3 catches for 40 yard for Denver.
Max Llewellyn and Mason Reiger are DE trying to make the Dolphin squad. Both had good games getting after the QB.
Jackson Woodard leading the Dolphins with 7 total tackles.

The Steelers have a wr out of Notre Dame named Hurleman that had 3 catches for 46 yds. I’m sure he has been mentioned here before, but I haven’t heard of him. He’s listed as a rb on espn.

Wetjen long reception

Quinn Ewers with a bad stat line. I did see a few of the throws, one of them his receiver ran the wrong route on and another had a drop. Not sure if @Tannehill17 can provide anymore feedback.

Cade Klubnik played well and like Allar perhaps he was a victim of the offensive scheme in college. We documented PSU's mishandling of Allar and the simplistic horizontal offense that did not cater to his ability extensively.

Athan Kaliakmanis played well late in the game for the Redskins. My guess is he will overtake Sam Hartman for the third QB spot.

It baffles me that Sam Ehlinger isn't a #2 QB. Jack Strand played better than Cooper Rush, rooting for him to be developed in Atlanta. Of course that's a longshot as the NFL has no interest in QB development. Broncos WR Joseph Manjack with 3 rec for 40 yards

Bears WR Kaden Davis was just referred to as "White Lightning" by the announcer after the 41 yard catch from QB Tyson Bagent...also mentioned Scotty Miller
These dudes need to make the team

Then Kaden Davis takes a shot ..getting sandwiched cant hold onto ball..

Giants actually have two White LBs on the field - McFadden and Kelly. When's the last time that happened? Mark Herzlich and Nick Greisen maybe?

McCarthy looks solid btw - one long completion negated by penalty and another would be completion that was a blatant PI which was called.

Bagent with a TD pass on a crossing pattern - the receiver beat the safety who looks to be very unathletic.

Saints Corner Back #38 Jayden Price with the INT & PBU....Forget the Practice Squad! This dude is making this team!!

Zach Wilson TD Pass

Some good showings from White WRs in the early games:

Bears WR Kaden Davis 4 rec 88 yds
Bills WR Stephen Gosnell 3 rec 44 yds
Browns WR Luke Floriea 1 rec 35 yds
Bears WR Scotty Miller 3 rec 37 yards
