I believe Harrison Smith was the last 1st round White DB selected back in 2012.
Glad that three White DBs were selected and 4 have been signed as UDFAs - Nick Andersen, Tanner Wall, Silas Walters and Parker Robertson.

1 in each decade of this century, hope 27" draft can break this trend .

The Packers are just an insane display of the caste system. Gutenkuck is absolutely fanatical in his adherence to it and just a plain old negrophile on top of it. The fact he signed an incapable black UDFA QB that resembles Malik Willis is pure comedy. I won't get into the blind devotion the organization, NFL media and DWFs have to a mid tier QB Jordan Love (a poor man's Dak Prescott). Here is his run down as GM of the Packers. Reminds me of the Europeans allowing the brown slop to invade all EU member countries. Sports mirror society!

49ers GM John Lynch became the focal point of some friendly jabbing back and forth in this thread. I do feel the criticism towards him is warranted. On top of ignoring many White athletes he has made some awful 1st round picks - Trey Lance is a top 3 bust all time, Solomon Thomas, Reuben Foster, Javon Kinlaw all misses. Even Pearsall has been injury prone but getting shot by a black youff gets him a pass in my book.

I just find it quite interesting that the GM who has put together the second relatively White friendliest offense of the past 40 years along with Bosa on defense seems to be far and away the most hated GM in the league. It's not as strange as the Carson Palmer is the Devil cult that sprung up some years ago but still bizarre.
Lynch quickly discarded Lance (and wanted Mac Jones; the 49ers only took Lance because of the orchestrated uproar about White QBs being the first three picks). Just about any other team would have stuck with Lance for years hoping to unlock his supposed "mouth watering upside." But he gets no credit for quickly recognizing his mistake and moving on.
He traded for Christian McCaffrey, made a great pick taking Kittle, smartly signed Juice, saw the potential in Purdy, and caused a mini-uproar two years ago when he "reached" for Pearsall. San Francisco easily has the most watchable offense in the league. Yet he's despised by some posters for reasons I can't comprehend.
The Patriots drafts during their dynasty were almost always disappointing, yet the Patriots fielded a very enjoyable offense to watch. And which GMs are regularly drafting White defensive players in a league which has about 10% White defensive starters? So explain to me why he's the worst GM in the league, otherwise the endless Lynch bashing needs to be reined in.

I don't think criticizing him is unwarranted. Everyone here began criticizing Belichick during his tenure with the Pats for his poor drafting. The draft record speaks for itself. It's just frustrating knowing that the 49ers offensive stars - McCaffery, Kittle and Juszczyk are all aging, the offensive line and run blocking were big issues during last season and Lynch decides to just ignore what made him successful just like the Patriots at the end of their run. On top of that being someone that follows the draft closely each year with a very good level of knowledge about most White athletes in each draft class and watching Lynch (and every other GM to be fair) pass on them gnaws at me. My criticism is right in line with post #517 from you in this thread.
All GMs are worthy of criticism. Certainly Lynch is. What I wrote in #517 is accurate, in line with what we always write about the demographic ups and downs of teams within the narrow confines of the Caste System and the aging of some players on the 49ers. But what I wrote is also speculation, we don't know how the 49ers will look in a couple of years. The Patriots reloaded on White players through trades and free agent signings, not through the draft so we just don't know.
It's fun to criticize the league's buffoonery and I tried to go along with it in the case of Lynch in this thread until it became repetitive, as you clearly have a long-standing vendetta against him because he doesn't draft as many White defensive players as you'd like, as do some other posters. It's out of proportion as Lynch has to operate within the narrow confines of the Caste System whether he secretly would like to draft more White players or not. Dan Morgan is the pits but you seem to have minimal interest in his overseeing of a super black team including a black QB. He's a much more worthy target for ire to be directed at.
I'll say it again and it should be obvious -- a predominantly black defense is the tradeoff for having a "daring" offense. That's why I don't care if the 49ers have two or three White starters on defense, or just Bosa, it's not a big deal because that's how the Caste System works. After 45 years of watching the NFL from a racially aware perspective, I've learned to appreciate the rare exceptions like the Patriots and 49ers rather than villainizing the men who put them together for not doing more.
John Lynch doesn't give a **** what we think about who he should be drafting. He's not a closet White nationalist. It seems to me that to some Lynch is the designated whipping boy for not defying the Caste System and having a mostly White team, just as Carson Palmer was the whipping boy to some for not throwing away his career by advocating for more White receivers and running backs. Frustration should be directed at the system itself and those at the top who enable and maintain it, certainly not at individuals who build the most likeable teams within the longstanding, unwritten but strict rules of the system.
Which team will the vast majority of us be rooting for the most this season, or close to it? John Lynch's team, in conjunction with Kyle Shanahan.
White stars at the verboten positions in addition to a great White QB, and a superstar on defense. It may well be we're at peak White friendliness on the 49ers, but nothing lasts forever. We dreaded the day the Patriots would change demographically and it eventually happened. Appreciate it while it lasts. And even if you and others don't, understand that if there's what I regard as over the top singling out of John Lynch, I'll continue to push back and I sincerely hope that doesn't happen.

Im incredibly curious, what do you consider the first most friendliest white offense? Im guessing the Patriots? What would you say is #3? I kinda lean towards 2002-2010ish Indianapolis Colts…(Austin Collie, Brandon Stokely, Dallas Clark, Anthony Gonzales, etc.)
Yes, the Patriots when they had as many as 10 Whites on the field at times, but usually 8 or 9 during the glory days with multiple White receivers and Danny Woodhead and Rex Burkhead at running back.
The Colts were very good for a number of years too, while Bill Polian was the GM. There have been others, and others with more White starters than the 49ers, but it's the quality of the White starters on the 49ers that makes them exceptional.
As far as Lynch, some of those so quick to criticize him probably can't name half the current GMs in the league. Lynch has become sort of the go-to GM to hate on, and even before that going back to when he was an announcer whereas I always respected him as a player, announcer and now GM.
I would ask the Lynch haters, what do you think the 49ers would look like today if John Lynch hadn't become GM after the 2016 season? Would they have drafted Brock Purdy and given him an opportunity to start despite his lowly draft status? Would George Kittle have been drafted? Ricky Pearsall drafted in the first round? Christian McCaffrey traded for? Juice signed as a free agent?
My guess is "no" to all five. They would most likely be the typical NFL team, probably a White TE but not a superstar like Kittle, maybe a White QB, one or two Whites on the o-line, and maybe a White starter on defense.
If the NFL was still 75% White with plenty of White RBs, WRs and defensive starters, I would be right with the Lynch critics. But there's what we'd like to see, versus what is, and in today's NFL John Lynch is one of the best GMs if not the best.
And to be blunt about it, Purdy, Kittle, McCaffrey, Pearsall and Bosa have all been injury prone so who can blame Lynch if he's become gunshy about drafting White players. Something to consider when ritually condemning him.
I've also enjoyed this thread, with lots of great contributions from Leonardfan as always, and many others. Those "triggered" by Lynch "trigger" me because in the greater scheme of things with all his faults he's still one of the best at his job and should be respected for building the 49ers offense of the past several years.

It’s hard to argue with most of this, and I agree most GM’s would have given lance multiple years to develop, but I don’t see that as a positive for Lynch. It meant that lance really, really, sucked and his judgment in this case was especially poor because as you mentioned Black and Mullattos get multiple chances to fail. The draft capital he gave up to get lance is what really screwed the 49ers. Three first round picks and one third round. Even if they drafted mediocre black players with those picks I believe it’s very likely that they would’ve have grabbed at least one Super Bowl.
Yeah, they have a lot of fun white guys to watch on offense, but unlike the Patriots, who drafted shitty, they have no Super Bowls to show for it so what’s the point. . Maybe they’ll get it this year and a lot of of us will be wrong. I have a lot of fond memories of him as a player and wish him well. Definitely don’t despise him.
I can only say that if the key White 49ers players didn't get injured so often they would have won at least one Super Bowl. As it is they're in the hunt every year except when they've been crippled by injuries.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense as well. Lynch also can’t be blamed for the way the offense and defense were coached during the playoffs. Anyways, hope springs eternal would love to see Christian and the boys get one this year. Bosa and Rickey need to stay healthy.

I just saw this now. That's hilarious.
So they claimed 320,000 on the first day, 260,000 on Friday, which means that small crowd milling about in the on and off rain on Saturday was actually 205,000 people, enough to fill the football stadium next door over 3 times over. The word chutzpah doesn't even begin to describe it.
The posts below again mostly accept it and are so so proud of it except for the one immediately below which is a meme that says "My source is that I made it up."
I was hoping this would be the first year the NFL and its media partners would claim the big one mil was reached but that will have to wait until next year or the year after as the psy-op behind it mandates that the made up number grows every year.

I asked AI, “how does the NFL calculate their draft attendance numbers?”. I think I found out how they are “cooking the books”.
An additional search of “what items are prohibited in the NFL draft area?” informs us there is no outside food or drink (alcohol especially), no thermoses, and no chairs or seats of any kind. Only thing allowed is clear plastic bottles to use at water fill stations so the goyim don’t dehydrate and die. Now with this knowledge, and considering the length of time at the event each day, a single DWF might go in and out of the perimeter 2 or 3 times, but quite possibly much much more if they are a real booze-hound or a glutinous pig. We know that many of these DWFs fall into the latter category. Basically you can take the real attendance number and times it by multiples of 3, 4 or even 5 or more. Chutzpah is right! This level of dishonesty could make a dildo selling rabbi (if you know, you know) blush!

Overall this was one of the better drafts in years. It certainly fell fall short of being fair or unbiased but within the rules of the caste system I would have to say it was successful. The QB position saw 9/10 White QBs selected, 17 TEs drafted (the boomerang at this position from the mid 2000s has been pretty amazing - Gronk, Witten, Kelce all helped pave the way), 8 OTs, 6. OGs, 10 Centers (guys like Zuhn/Parker may end up playing elsewhere on the line), 9 LBs, 3 DEs and 3 Safeties drafted including a 1st rounder. Caste busters Kaden Wetjen and Eli Heidenreich both getting picked up by the Steelers was a good sub plot as well.
As in every year the 2027 mock drafts are already being published and the same narrative being pushed about the 2027 draft was being stated about the 2026 draft a year ago. Looking back to the "Way too early" 2026 mock drafts the agenda was obvious - Nico Iamaleava, Lanorris Sellers and Jalon Daniels were all 1st round picks along with Arch Manning and Garrett Nussmeier. In short the media was talking up the 2026 draft class as a very deep draft because of the non-White QBs. Fast forward to this year, the draft has just ended and the media with it's unrelenting and predictable agenda is now pushing black QBs again in the 2027 draft which is truly the year to draft a QB. Of course during the broadcast this was mentioned over and over again. So last year's presumptive number one overall pick Arch Manning is now not viewed as the consensus number 1 QB according to Daniel Cuckemiah who would of course select Dante Moore. Anyways, that is my rant for now on the 2027 draft. As usual I will wait until August and the college football previews to be complete before I dive into next year's list of prospects.
I wanted to do a quick review of the QB selections.
1/1 - QB Fernando Mendoza - This was a surprise to no one but it was still great to see Mendoza end up being the first QB selected, the last White QB that went 1 overall was Trevor Lawrence in 2021. He's physically and mentally equipped for the NFL and the Raiders at long last seem like they have a plan at the position after squandering Derek Carr's career. Looking forward to seeing him develop behind Cousins and eventually take over.
1/13 - QB Ty Simpson - I was a bit shocked by this pick. Everything I read made it seem like the Rams did like him but not enough to use the 13th overall pick on him. The more logical teams like the Jets/Browns/Cardinals on paper seemed likelier destinations but the Rams liked him enough to use their first round pick on him. Simpson's situation couldn't be much more ideal. He will get to sit and develop behind Stafford while being brought along by one of the few elite offensive minds in the league. He spent his career at Alabama and although he did not start until this season he did play and get developed over his career (not to mention his dad is an FCS coach). The small sample size is certainly a risk but I am willing to bet he could of started over Milroe in 2023 and 2024. Simpson also seems like a good kid, down to earth, religious, mature and intelligent. The selection was initially criticized and mocked with much being made about McVay's demeanor at the Rams press conference. This bit of news came out a few hours ago which of courses makes the media and their attempt at some draft day drama look like the fools they are:
3/1 - QB Carson Beck - I was surprised Beck was the third QB off the board but not disappointed. The Cardinals are going away from 7 seasons of manlet ball (which the Vikings decided to embrace) and bringing in an actual prototypical QB. Ironically enough I would compare Beck to Brissett just due to their similar physical stature and style of play. Beck was a much better college QB than Brissett and comes into the league with more starts, experience and production than Brissett had. On top of that Brissett is holding out for starter money so Beck may end up getting a chance to start earlier than anticipated. Brissett is a career journeyman/bridge QB and at 33 his "upside" is gone whereas Beck is all upside at this point. To me Beck came off as a bit aloof after transferring into Miami but he is saying all the right things so his opportunity in Arizona is something to keep an eye on.

3/12 - QB Drew Allar - This was a good pick but also adds a good young QB to a roster with another promising one in Will Howard. The Pittsburgh QB room is intriguing with Rodgers decision yet to be made. Allar has all the physical talent in the world, played well as PSU in an offense not tailored to his abilities. Landing in Pittsburgh with another capable offensive mind in Mike McCarthy is certainly a positive. Allar certainly has development and refinement to his game and mechanics but physically he is one of of the most talented QBs in this year's class. McCarthy's presence bodes well for both Allar and Howard. If Rodgers does return I think that will have a positive effect too. The media reaction and post draft analysis seems to be more critical than favorable but again they all read from the same script.

4/10 - QB Cade Klubnik - I honestly thought Klubnik would be selected lower so I was pleasantly surprised when he ended up going here. He was excellent in 2024 and Clemson struggled in 2025. I did a quick check and they were ranked 23rd in the country in dropped passes last season. Klubnik has a ton of experience and is a threat to run. The Jets per usual are a dumpster fire but going in Klubnik's favor is one of the weaker QB rooms in the league with the possibly the worst starting QB in the league. It's fair to say Klubnik may get a chance to play this season. Also going in his favor is that the Jets traded up to get him.
5/38 - QB Cole Payton - This one was a bit of a surprise but it also made sense. Payton is a big, athletic QB and as @Don Wassall mentioned when the pick was made Jalen Hurts tenure as starter while still solid might not be as long term as one would assume. I really don't care for the Eagles, their head coach is a douchebag and I still hold ill will towards the organization for how the failed Carson Wentz. I do however like Cole Payton, he was fun to watch this year and was developed over several years in the NDSU system which has a lot of pro style concepts. Only issue here is that much like in Pittsburgh their is a potential logjam at QB with Dalton, McKee and Payton all behind Hurts. The irony of an NDSU QB taking the job from Hurts wouldn't be lost on me though.
7/7 - QB Athan Kaliakmanis - This was an interesting pick. Believe it or not I did watch some Rutgers football the past few seasons and Kaliakmanis did indeed improve from his time at Minnesota and his two years at Rutgers. I was glad to see him get selected, Washington has the often injured fragile Daniels starting, the aging poly bust Mariota and the disappointing Sam Hartman. It's not far fetched to think Kaliakmanis makes the team with a strong training camp and preseason.
7/18 - QB Behren Morton - Can't blame the Pats for taking a flier on Morton. He certainly flashed over his career at Texas Tech and I always thought he had a good arm. Injuries have been an issue with him.
7/33 - Garrett Nussmeier - Frankly I was shocked he was not selected before every other QB besides Simpson and Mendoza. Nussmeier really fell on the sword for Brian Kelly this year and it was tough to watch him fall. While I hate the Chiefs this is actually a decent landing spot because Fat Bastard is also a good offensive mind. Nussmeier could have a chance to challenge Fields for the 2nd string job. I think his injury - cyst on his spine caused him to drop.

3/12 - QB Drew Allar - This was a good pick but also adds a good young QB to a roster with another promising one in Will Howard. The Pittsburgh QB room is intriguing with Rodgers decision yet to be made. Allar has all the physical talent in the world, played well as PSU in an offense not tailored to his abilities. Landing in Pittsburgh with another capable offensive mind in Mike McCarthy is certainly a positive. Allar certainly has development and refinement to his game and mechanics but physically he is one of of the most talented QBs in this year's class. McCarthy's presence bodes well for both Allar and Howard. If Rodgers does return I think that will have a positive effect too. The media reaction and post draft analysis seems to be more critical than favorable but again they all read from the same script.

4/10 - QB Cade Klubnik - I honestly thought Klubnik would be selected lower so I was pleasantly surprised when he ended up going here. He was excellent in 2024 and Clemson struggled in 2025. I did a quick check and they were ranked 23rd in the country in dropped passes last season. Klubnik has a ton of experience and is a threat to run. The Jets per usual are a dumpster fire but going in Klubnik's favor is one of the weaker QB rooms in the league with the possibly the worst starting QB in the league. It's fair to say Klubnik may get a chance to play this season. Also going in his favor is that the Jets traded up to get him.
5/38 - QB Cole Payton - This one was a bit of a surprise but it also made sense. Payton is a big, athletic QB and as @Don Wassall mentioned when the pick was made Jalen Hurts tenure as starter while still solid might not be as long term as one would assume. I really don't care for the Eagles, their head coach is a douchebag and I still hold ill will towards the organization for how the failed Carson Wentz. I do however like Cole Payton, he was fun to watch this year and was developed over several years in the NDSU system which has a lot of pro style concepts. Only issue here is that much like in Pittsburgh their is a potential logjam at QB with Dalton, McKee and Payton all behind Hurts. The irony of an NDSU QB taking the job from Hurts wouldn't be lost on me though.
7/7 - QB Athan Kaliakmanis - This was an interesting pick. Believe it or not I did watch some Rutgers football the past few seasons and Kaliakmanis did indeed improve from his time at Minnesota and his two years at Rutgers. I was glad to see him get selected, Washington has the often injured fragile Daniels starting, the aging poly bust Mariota and the disappointing Sam Hartman. It's not far fetched to think Kaliakmanis makes the team with a strong training camp and preseason.
7/18 - QB Behren Morton - Can't blame the Pats for taking a flier on Morton. He certainly flashed over his career at Texas Tech and I always thought he had a good arm. Injuries have been an issue with him.
7/33 - Garrett Nussmeier - Frankly I was shocked he was not selected before every other QB besides Simpson and Mendoza. Nussmeier really fell on the sword for Brian Kelly this year and it was tough to watch him fall. While I hate the Chiefs this is actually a decent landing spot because Fat Bastard is also a good offensive mind. Nussmeier could have a chance to challenge Fields for the 2nd string job. I think his injury - cyst on his spine caused him to drop.
Interesting. However, just about the first words out of Goodell's mouth on Thursday night as the draft opened were "We have over 320,000 here," so they already had their bogus number agreed on from the outset. So while they may have indeed counted and recounted the people coming and going for security and other reasons and know what the real numbers were, it would have taken recounting everyone there on Saturday 40 different times to come up with a preposterous number like 205,000.

I remember my brother always talking about the Rams being the one team that gave whites a chance (this would be early 2000s era) so us discussing the friendliness (offensively) of the Pats, 49ers, and Colts had me do some digging and sure enough….I think we need to add 1998ish-2008ish Rams to that list. During this time period they had Dane Looker, Kevin Curtis, Ricky Proehl, Mike Furrey, and a number of FBs that they drafted and kept on roster. In addition, what I find in retrospect to be shocking for the time period, in 2005 they had 2 whites playing SIGNIFICANT roles in their secondary; Adam Archuleta and Mike Furrey (4 Ints that year, the next year he would have 1,000 yards receiving for the Lions, that’s some 1940s two-way player stuff of legend!!). Looks like they were a friendlyish team we should add to the list as well.
The Rams when Mike Martz coached them were relatively White friendly for sure. They were very close to a majority White roster for a couple of years there.
I wasn't giving a complete list by any stretch. Chip Kelly when he coached the Eagles was called a "racist" by some because of all the Whites he added as well as standing by Riley Cooper after video of him using the n-word was used to try to drive him out of the league. Jeff Fisher for one year and one year only had a lot of Whites on the Titans, including on defense. Dan Reeves while with the Falcons.
Eric Mangini with the Browns in 2010, Peyton Hillis's big year. Steve Spagnuolo with the Rams. Sean McVay with the Rams at times. If you want to go back further in time, the Bills teams in the early 1990s that lost in the Super Bowl four straight years were roughly half White at a time when the league was rapidly going the "Jimmy Johnson route."
The Vikings in general have been consistently relatively White friendly for a while now, the Bengals for several years before reversing course. There's more but these quickly came to mind.
