Since 2005 the Buffaloes have started 10, 11, 9, 9, 12, 12, 14, 15, 13, 7, 8, 8, 7, 8, 6, 7, 6, 5, 3 and 1 white athletes. In 2026 Colorado is projected to start 3.
This might be a make or break year for Sanders but then of course we live in times of unrepentant black privilege. The Buffaloes roster has been made over again through the transfer portal. Former SJSU WR Danny Scudero is the name to watch here. Perhaps Zach Wilson's younger brother gets some playing time and LB Gideon Lampron was one of the best LBs in the MAC. This is one of many write-ups @Truthteller and I are collaborating on so just wanted to give him some credit.
