During the Iowa St - Iowa broadcast the announcers made a comment that only 25 players on the ISU roster were from Iowa. Had to say that news was bit disheartening. The game overall was entertaining though. It seems that Hank Brown has solidified the QB spot for Iowa but they still need to open up the passing game a bit more.
Clemson freshman QB Tait Reynolds looked good against Ga Southern, Clemson overall looked like a better team than last week. Vizzina is out with injury so the QB position is probably Reynolds for as long as he plays well. He made a few very nice throws and showed off his mobility some too. I also did not see Ga Southern QB Chance Gamble get beat before I went to bed. Looks like he had a very respectable game - 6 total tackles, 5 solo, 1 TFL and 1 PD.
